Japan, as of July 15th, 2019, started working on a new project to strengthen the country's defense against foreign threats. In no way will the members of this project go forth to patrol in these current cities/towns.

The SEDOL project was created by ████ ███ and a few high-ranking members of Japan's military. The project's home base is currently stationed in █████, █████. Only one photo of the base exists. As of right now, anyway.
The project introduces more advanced technology to better protect Japan. The most popular rumor about the project is the creation of a high-tech suit of armor. The SEDOL participants are chosen because they were the best of the best. Undergoing a vast series of tests and training, they are then chosen.
Afterward, all chosen personnel undergo surgery for a chip to be installed into their brain. This helps the compatibility with them and the suit. They wear black attire to fit them for the suit. No clunky outfits are allowed in the suit.
As Karakura's crime quiets down, the SEDOL personnel have an even bigger reason not to go to that forsaken town.

hi, really hoped you enjoyed this and all. this was all done in 2 days, just don't have any members for it if i do choose to have the SEDOL personnel actually go to karakura. maybe, maybe not.
