Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important because they are the foundation of new generations of schoolrp, they teach new foundations in SRP, and help players not only learn the server, but also important topics ICLy and OOCly, they are a foundational piece to SRP.

What's your character's full name?: Anneliese Nsytrom
What is your character's nationality?: She is Finnish!
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Performing Arts (Drama)
Describe your character:
Anneliese Nsytrom is a 5'4" woman who has split hair, white and black, though the black hair loomed across the woman's head, it was a bit more than the other. Her voice was sweet, almost like a candy, and she smelled oddly of a strong peppermint!!
Future Plans: These are.. Crazyy! She wants to be teaching for the majority of the rest of her life. Surprisingly, she enjoys teaching the newer generations and working towards making sure they enjoy the lessons they get!
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
She has a strong-moderate outlook on her peers. If they treat her well, she'll give them the same respect back. She will never disrespect a co-worker, however, and if she sees an issue arising, she will reach out to someone of a higher power to handle it
The woman sees students as the highest thing in the world, like jeez, she believes that they are truly the next step in the world, and if nurtured correctly, they could be shaped into educational weapons, and that. Is her goal.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Her motivation for teaching is the fact that she was never nurtured, her brain was never given the attention it needed, therefore she didn't get the best of her education, which she believed was everybody's right.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If they advocated for themselves, they were struggling to understand the content within the class, she would allow them a moment to step aside after class, and then discuss the content with them in as much detail as possible until they admitted that they had an understanding! Advocating for personal education and attention.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
She would try to pull them aside for a personal conversation, ask if there's a reason they are having this outburst and disrupting the class, and politely ask them to calm it down a little bit, if it proceeded, she would speak to them and politely ask them once more, mentioning that detention may be a possibility if it continued to go down this path.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
ABC Game: The ABC game is where the class would go down a line with the students, starting at A, where they would have to make 1 line using their respective letters, and form all 26 into a skit, if someone uses the wrong letter, they would be removed from the line and it would start over, if they make it through all 26 before the end of class, it would be repeated in reverse.
Prop Improv: This is a class that's allmighty interactive (and A bit inspired.) The people within the class would have to roll a dice, on this dice is the usual 12 numbers, and on the side I would have a spreadsheet of 12 items with corresponding items, and the student would get their respective prop, and be asked to perform a solo skit with it!!
