Ever since I had first ever set foot on this server I've maintained a consistent and proper schedule for my studies ( before getting a job ) and now for my workplace, to not only be an active member of this server but also have more than enough "me" time.
The work schedule that I've listed right above this text is only half right, since I also work weekends from 7 AM to 5 PM twice a month, giving two days off for that week ( before working the weekend ), mostly being Tuesday's and Wednesday's which are perfect for me to relax and even hop on the server for handful of time whenever I am needed. And on the days that I do work, by the time that I return home from either a day or night shift, I not only synchronize myself perfectly with players abroad, but I still have more than enough energy to hop on if needed for a meeting, roleplay scenario, continue/fill in quota, etc.
Besides everything that I've mentioned previously, not once did I ever find myself at a loss of motivation to remain active in this server, of course, for as long as I knew that I had a role to fill, whether it was as a sports team member, town hall worker, librarian, etc.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
The council is a 'mock'-authority ( while of course, it still remains the real deal ) within the school and also handle various school events while keeping things in order and ensuring the fact that everything in the lines of student safety and school rule-following are maintained in an orderly fashion. As far as I am aware, as a councillor you are tasked to patrol the school to make sure that there aren't any elements disturbing the peace that the educational institution has to offer while also offering your help and even guidance at all times for wishing new students in need.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
I have come to the conclusion that I am in need of a fresh breath of air as I have been trying my best to chase former roles and positions I have once held in the past. I strongly believe that the school council would be a step in the right direction for me and the tasks, challenges and many roleplaying opportunities that it has to offer would feel just right for me. Not only do I find this role important but rather interesting and wish to explore it even further by becoming a councillor myself.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
I am fully aware of this and would be more than happy to do so, as I myself tend to get creative at the most random times possible ( of course, I'm more than capable to think of something on the spot too if need be ), but given the fact that I currently have a job that contains a teamwork-intensive environment, I am more than used to being part of a team and cooperating with others towards similar goals.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
President | Vice-President | Councillors | SLT |
|---|---|---|---|
The "head" of all councillors, the ones that manage events, and ensure that every rank below them is working accordingly. | The right hand of a president, supposedly fulfilling all responsabilities necessary of their higher-up if vacant in order to assure, once more, that everything entrusted to them is running in a proper fashion. | Trained individuals that have been carefully selected to maintain order within the premises of the school, fulfilling the roles of helpful guides to newer or curious students while keeping watch for all kinds of trouble while on patrol. | The people who the councillors answer to. Handpicked individuals with a specialized backgrounds in education that handle fragile situations with care, like the suspension or expulsion of a student. |
I have personally also seen quite a number of activites that councillors complete while on duty, such as being positioned in the staand of the two-way open talking desk that is located inside the council room itself for students to approach the councillor on-duty at the time to ask them questions or help them out with whatever they may need. I have mostly seen councillors patrol around the school and ensuring that there are no fights going on at the given time or that somebody may be getting harassed.
I've seen them be present at interactive booths/stands of the gymnasium whenever there was an event going on there, most of the times selling food items and whatnot. Attending classes every now and then and assisting the teachers if need be to correct the behavior(s) of any student present that is acting in a way to disturb the class while also cooperating with the teacher/professor.
And last but not least, I have also had the pleasure of seeing them actually stop a fight and give detention to troublemaking students, alongside making sure that the said students made their way to the detention room before most likely giving them their detention tasks then standing guard at the door.

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?:
Senjutsu calmly itched his own chin, perhaps it was best to give the first question a strong start and see how he could maintain the flow in his words from there on out "For starters, I would approach the student and don a very calm behavior. The way that you use your tone towards others always leads the conversation wherever you desire for it to be, so an easy-going approach would be best to make sure that the disruptive behavior is put at a halt as soon as possible." He stopped talking just for a moment, readjusting his left hand to support his cheek with his head leaned slightly forwards, showing a growing interest on the subject "I would personally not jump the gun and instantly throw in some kind of threatning line, something in the words of 'Hey, be quiet, this is your first warning, then I'll give you a second one, then it's detention.', nor will I instantly pull the 'SLT' card for such an inconvenience, but if my hands are 'tied', and it only leads down that path, then I'll do what I must."
A sniff could be heard coming from his nostrils, rubbing the bridge of his nose before continuing even further "I believe that the best way to handle this is to approach the student as casually as possible, communicate with them and let them know that the way that they are currently acting benefits almost nobody and if the situation worsens by any means then I would politely ask them to come to the side and continue handling the situation in peace while not bothering others." Kōdō would place his right hand over his chest casually, not dramatically, expressing his following concern in detail "I will also go the extra-mile here and make the most realistic scenario, that being that they do not listen, start swearing or acting even worse, if that will be the case, I will be calling that out on the school-issued radio to let other working councillors/school staff be aware of the student's behavior and continue pursuing the quietest approach if possible, considering the fact that the person is not trollRP'ing."
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?:
With the first question out of the way, it would have only made sense for him to get a glimpse of a certain groove, keeping up the effort in his words without flaw "I believe that this question heavily depends on a condition that could be applied here, and that is whether or not I've already spoken to that person before. What I'm trying to say is that I would not start chasing them all by myself throughout the school, yelling my lungs out for them to stop, that is at least how I see it for now without any proper training or councillor-based experience."
"I would personally use the radio and call out the situation and the explain that there is a student that had ran away at the mention of detention. I would obviously describe all the details I know about said student like clothing and even the looks of the mask to best identify them, while most importantly mentioning their last known location." It was rather visible ( or in this case, audible ) by the way that he was expressing himself that he really put in some thought behind each and every single word, knowing well that lip service wouldn't get anybody as far as he wanted to go down this carreer path
"Even if I am not chasing them right off the bat like an officer probably would, that does not mean that I would not try to follow behind their trails, and if by all means I find them once more and they still refuse to take off the mask and even pose a potential threat to the safety/wellbeing of other students then I would obviously give them detention and if given the opportunity confiscate their mask."
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?:
A kind smile appeared on his lips, despite the somewhat specific and challenging question "This is a very good question as it is obviously key to cooperate with your other on-duty councillors, school employees, teachers and professors alltogether to secure a proper and safe environment for the institution's students. I would personally follow the lead of the teacher regarding this situation with a couple suggestions every now and then. And by suggestions, I am referring to first confiscating all the disturbing artwork then communicate with the student to remind them that at the end of the day they are within an educational institution and such malicious behavior will simply not be tolerated by any means."
"If things go sideways by any means and the student is just not willing to cooperate then I will simply be following along with the procedure of warning them once, then twice ( obviously I will be mentioning that after two warnings then it will be detention ), and if I find myself in the situation where the said student is already given detention and they still continue with their disruptive behavior, then I will be mentioning the consequences that the SLT could potentially have over them and it would be best if things were to end there."
An amused exhale dared escape his nose, like watching a tik tok video right before bed and not having enough energy to snicker "Of course, such lip service may not work all the time as this situation could potentially have a lot of variables that shape different outcomes everytime, but generally speaking I see a student that is behaving like this at a relentless rate be given detention and be kicked out of class. Especially if they do not FearRP the mention of detention/SLT." Despite his previous 'amused' exhale, he still treated the 'scenario' in his head like it was the real deal
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?:
"Once more, this heavily depends on the variables at hand." Senjutsu would be seen positioning his right hand's thumb over the top of his upper lip, removing it a couple seconds after he believed he might have had a decent answer to this scenario "Things such as the number of students, what exactly they wish to protest, the school faculty/councillors/SLT on-duty at the time, but 10/10 times I would advise myself with the people currently on-duty while also letting them know about the potential protest. Not only that but I would honestly not want such a thing to take place on school grounds if I was not assisted by at least one or two more available school staff members/councillors just in case the students decide to get riled up for whatever reason and start getting violent or spouting insults for whatever reason."
"Overall, if all positive conditions are met and I do allow/am given the permission to allow such a protest to take place, I would guide the said protestors somewhere where they could not disturb other student's time and peace on the school grounds. I believe that the school's statue on either sides would be a decent landmark for them to protest for as long as they do not occupy both access ways into the school, or even the gigantic tree landmark right in the middle of the school for them to speak their minds, of course, as long as it is nothing indecent."
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?:
Not wanting to offer yet another display of expressive theatrics, the man cut down right to the chase, answering "Once more, a great question. I have personally seen not many people, including a very, very small number of school employees not act so kind when push came to shove from higherups or colleagues."
"I wish to completely reassure you that I would not have any kind of negative behavior and hear out the opinion of the teacher/receptionist that communicated to me their opinion that I've done something that goes against my training. Obviously I would want to explore the whole idea and reasoning behind their statement and see if it is stands true, and if not I would just have a simple and constructive conversation with them while trying to make my point be heard, of course, if I am the one that is right. If not, then I will still be hearing them out and agree to rightful, constructive criticism."
"I wish to be transparent, everybody can make mistakes and that is completely fine for as long as both sides walk out happy and pleased by the end of the conversation."
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
Karakura School Summer Festival
This is an event that would obviously be taking place within the grounds of the school, more specifically over a total of three seperate landmarks such as the swimming pool, baseball field and volleyball courts to showcase sports and interactive activities that fit the summer vibes and theme:
The aim for this event is to integrate a numerous amount of interactive booths where students and faculty members can explore a wide variety of carefully planned activities. Of course, each and every singular landmark would have a specific set of activities in order for the public to pick and choose what would be of their best interest. Here are a couple examples that I've thought about:
The swimming pool:
The swimming pool can be used to host swim races between multiple competitors. The rules are rather simple, four seperate individuals must compete with eachother in a two lap pool race from one end to the other and the winner gets an exclusive reward ( like a plushie, fancy drink, or toy ) from one of the three booths available within the swimming pool area. The other two booths could be very easily used to sell refreshing drinks and food items to the public or gear to be used for the swimming pool ( like a pair of goggles or a snorkel )
The baseball field:
The baseball field could be used to have a total of five seperate baseball 'shooting ranges' where the individual that wishes to participate is given a bat temporarily to hit an incoming baseball from a baseball player. Of course, I've had in mind that this activity in particular could be rather similar to the same one that was hosted during last year's sports day event, so to not repeat the same idea over and over, I've thought of a 'water warfare' area. Despite the imposing name, this is just a fun little mini-game held on a specifically-built structure. The idea is simple, a one-way maze-like structure is built within the baseball field and the way that you play this mini-game is by entering the 'maze' and shooting all designated dummies ( stationary ) with a watergun while being watched carefully by the hosts of the mini-game itself within a time limit. Of course, you will be timed, and by finishing this mini-game as fast as you can, you can have a chance at winning a prize, similar to the reward system for the swimming pool. The faster you finish the mini-game, the better the reward, but if you miss a dummy by any chance, then your time will be penalized!
The volleyball courts:
The volleyball courts could be used to host perhaps the most 'competitive' game of all the ones I have listed previously. There will be one of three booths ( the rest being used for drinks/food for example ) that organize volleyball games between multiple teams that can be made out of either faculty, students, or even team members. This will be like a mini-tournament where a team must climb through ranks by winning matches and become the ultimate 'champions' through a fun set of 1 v 1's, 2 v 2's and even 3 v 3's depending on the number of people that are present at the time and wish to participate. This 'landmark' specifically will encourage teamwork, team communication and above all, sportsmanship as it will be supervised by event hosts and even volleyball team members if available. Of course, there will be rewards for the 'champions' of the mini-tournament, and to add just a tad bit of hype to it, this landmark's event in particular could be hosted/showcased last for all the people present for the School Summer Festival event to see people play volleyball.
Extra Notes:
I fully understand if I might have made this event sound kind of. . impossible and perhaps even all over the place to host as it would need a rather large number of supervisors and perhaps even staff members to be present. And I am only saying this as I am not too big on day dreaming and will always be doing my best to approach things as realistically as possible, but I do believe that it could be pulled off with the right adjustments and tweaks to certain details if necessary to some of the activities and the way that are being played off.
Personal Information
(in character)
Name:
"My name is Kōdō Senjutsu."
Gender:
"I'm a male."
Age:
"I am currently twenty two years of age."
Phone number:
"My phone number is 030-476-2041."
How would you describe your personality?:
"I would say that I am a calm individual but I am also quick to change my gears if the situations calls for that. For as long as I've first set foot in this town I have always tried to do what felt right to me and even help others in times of need. I must say. . I may come out as an envious individual every now and then, but I do not allow that kind of thinking get the best of me. I like to approach difficult situations from all kinds of angles to get the best possible outcome in the eyes of others and my own as well. I like to hear people out and understand them to the best of my ability as I strongly believe that every student present in school has a different mindset despite how similar some groups might be to one another. Of course, this could also be seen as a flaw, as sometimes I find myself getting emotionally attached to their situations and perhaps even misfortune."
Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
"The drive, will, and experience. I might not have been a councillor before, but I was a footballer for two years and a volleyballer for another year, alongside that, during my years with the sports community I was also the right hand and secretary of the Sayonara Gift Shop and cashier at the Okinasa shop, experience that had given me the opportunity to interact, train, and lead generations of cashiers and security guards, allowing me to learn about all kinds of behavior patterns. I've witnessed people achieve great things and lose themselves at their worst phases, and I strongly believe that one of my greatest strengths is the way that I can communicate and even relate to an individual without making them feel judged or approached in a forceful manner."
Why do you want this position?:
The man's expression turned gloomy all of a sudden "I have been marked, rather deeply by a school-wide riot that happened roughly two years ago, my ex-football teammate that went by the name of Dawson Hargrove had his life taken away shortly after the riot that completely changed the way that I've perceived rivalry as a football member since. The reason why the riot even started in the first place was solely because of rumours that were spread about him, nothing more, nothing less. Most people cannot help those who find themselves at some of the most stressful stages in their lives, whether it is the pressure of not being able to keep up with your goals or simply being crushed by the heel labeled as personal complications." He took his phone out for a moment, with a couple taps on the screen, he'd present an. . onrain post? Having the phone be positioned towards the interviewer

"Dawson Hargrove was human, and I personally considered him a close friend. On the day that the riot broke out and nobody could take control of the situation, I have lost a friend, a teammate, and a brother." Kōdō let out a sigh, not wanting to be too big a bore with a sob story "I apologise for the rather long side-track I just made you go through, but all of this was just to explain my motivation.
"The armband doesn't make the councillor, it just helps identify them. And I am motivated to make a change about myself and correct the behavior that I once had as a jock to help those in need. I will not allow other people to go through the same suffering and loss that I had endure for so long. I am determined, I am motivated, I am willing to make a change and protect those who are in need of shelter. That is what I wish to achieve here, in this position, to protect."
What interests you the most about student council?:
A soft smile appeared across his lips "The responsability. Challenge. The pressure and the knowledge that some people are looking up to you, expecting great things and to receive support and guidance from you. The blind trust that a new student could give you like an innocent butterfly that had landed right on your palm. Back when I was a footballer, I had a very different opinion about councillors, I believed that they were put in their spots just to ruin a team member's 'fun' in school, but now I understand that the things all councillors go through should be well credited and respected by all students. Whether it is keeping a student safe from trouble, keeping disruptive students at bay, or assisting school faculty, I honestly find a councillor's work commendable." It appears that he liked this question the most
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
"Experience. I can contribute to this school a vast amount of carefully accumulated or. . even cultivated experience that I had processed so far through my years as a member of the college football and volleyball team. Knowing such things had rewarded me with the possibility to recognize certain patterns in rivalry and how it is handled precisely, school fights and where they usually take place, all this with the goal in mind to prevent them from happening in the first place."
"People have been growing more and more prone to violence and insults over the years, and I believe that with my knowledge and persistance, I could heavily reduce the number of situations where the council finds themselves disrespected and harrassed by team members, delinquents and students alike. While also ensuring the safety of other students within the premises of this school."
