As I joined the School roleplay server, after taking a break. I got back into being more active. I play at least once a day, usually for about 2 or 4 hours Sometimes even more than that. Or more different days out of the week. Usually, it is dependent on how motivated I am on that day. But I do try to get on it once a day. If I were to rate my activity on School Roleplay, I would have to give it a solid 8-9/10. Though I am really active within it, there are some days I probably will not get on.

Yes, I do acknowledge that I will be demoted for being inactive, and I take full responsibility if I do end up being inactive.

Receptionist
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
School Receptionist’s are usually the first face you see for contact, for any visitor, staff, and students. A receptionist should create a rather welcoming environment around them, and make sure all tasks get completed. Some of these tasks are to greet visitors, students, parents, and direct them to the right person or department. Another task is to answer calls, take messages, and redirect calls, as required. Manage student records, and talk to them or their parents about their absenses. Give details about the school examples of this would be, schedules, events, or policies. Assist with the registration of students, and update students about their records. To be a good receptionist you have to have good communication skills, be calm and collected, patient, friendly, and a good problem solver.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying since I was a lot younger, I started out with different types of roleplays. Pretty much did a little bit of everything, you name it. I probably have done it. When I was about 18, I was introduced to the school roleplay server. I have done gangang roleplay, regular high school roleplay, different kinds of animal roleplays, college roleplay, school faction as a tutor.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Why do I want to join the School Employee faction? Well I quite enjoyed it when I was Tutor awhile back. I enjoyed meeting new people within the school faction, and would like to meet more. I also feel like applying for something new in the school employee faction will increase my chances in roleplay itself. I feel it could be really fun, and interesting.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Alina would try to talk to the student in a rather calm manner, as she would tell them that cursing/name-calling are not by any means allowed on campus. She would then ask the student why they were treating her that way, and how she could prevent name calling or cursing. Though Alina’s heart is rather kind, she does not condone any type of disrespect. If the student were to continue on calling her names, or cursing at her. She would end up warning them a second time, if they continue after that. She would hand them over a detention slip, and say she will see them after school.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
As Alina approached the students, her first action was to grab her radio, and contact other faculty. She would then raise her voice, rather loud, so she would get the two of their attention. “BREAK IT UP OR ITS DETENTION!” If the two of them continue after that, she would approach the two of them. Approaching the students she would then extend her arms, between the two of them pushing them both away from each other while she waited for the other staff to show up. Once the other employee showed up, she would ask them to ask one of the students on the side. What exactly was going on in the situation, alongside she would ask the other the same thing. She would then ask to pull up the cameras, to see if there was any lying. Then would give the one she was speaking to a detention slip. Inspecting for any injuries, if there were any, she would take them to the nurse.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Alina would think of the students first, trying to keep them as far as she could from the employee causing trouble. What she cares about the most is the well-being and safety of the students. Once getting the school employee away, she would then ask them what caused the action that they were doing. She would then ask if there was anything she could do to help them, then she would tell them what they did was against the school policy,and that they could have handled that situation a lot better. Then she would tell them that she is going to have to contact a higher department for a punishment.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the breakroom Alina would be the one to chatter, with every single employee she could. She would try her hardest to get to know them better, asking simple questions daily, how their day is going, and if they were not having a good one. She would give gifts, treats, coffee randomly, tell a joke, or just listen to them about their problems. Just wanting to do anything she could, to make her co-workers' day better.

/me walking through the school, she would have a look of pure glee. As she walked through the school to get to the front desk, she would wave at the students with a smile on her face. As she got to her designated area, she had sat down in her spot. She waited for someone to ask a question of some sort, as someone walked up, she would flash them a smile. “Hello Dear, How can I help you today?” She would then direct them to wherever they needed to go.
/me As she stayed seated at her desk, she couldn’t help but realize that there was an argument going on not far from where she was. She would then get up, and walk over to the two of them. As she approached them, she would then ask. “What is going on? Why are we shouting?” As she figured out what was going on, she would speak in a calm manner. “On school grounds, we use our inside voices. And if you feel the need to yell, come to some sort of faculty. And we sort it out. This is your warning, if I catch you doing it again, I will have to give you a detention slip.”
/me As it was her lunch, she walked down the hall with good posture. She would open the door of the faculty lounge, and would eat her lunch. She would then notice that someone seemed a bit down, about something. She would then reach into her bag, and pull out some sort of dessert. She would then hand it to her Co-Worker, with a smile on her face. “Hey I saw you looked upset, is everything alright?”

Backstory:
Alina was born in the middle of July of 1992, in Takayama, Japan. Her parents took wonderful care of Alina to the point no one had a bad thing to say about her. They had always thought of her as a bubbly/outgoing child. She was well known, as the valedictorian of her class. Never a grade lower than an A-. Alina had a smile that could brighten up the room just by looking at it, making sure it never fell even if she were to be upset. Always finding ways to keep it, whether it was to help a teacher, other students, telling jokes to make people laugh. Always just finding any amount of joy in helping other people. After middle school hit, she started to see a change not for the better. People were just so mean, coming across a male that was the same age as her. She realized he was calling younger female names, making fun of her looks, and getting physical with her. Alina watched it play off for a little bit, until she realized enough was enough. She had to help the situation, without a thought she just approached the both of them, and pulled him away from the female so she could escape. Hoping the girl would get some kind of employee to deal with this situation, but her stepping in only made things worse for herself. She never had been in a physical altercation, not knowing how to defend herself. So she ended up with her first black eye. Alina had heard a couple older voices, they had seemed to be yelling, and rushing to the two of them. It seemed that the male had done this so many times before that they had just given him a detention slip, deciding to give him one last warning, that if he does something like this again he will get expelled. Though this had not stopped the grudge the male had on the two of them, for getting him in trouble.
Hitting highschool, it was a hell of a ride for Alina. Each day, she was bullied by the guy from middle school, and his friends. Until one day it had gotten way too far, he had beaten her to the point she could hardly stand up without some kind of support. Enough was enough, she was tired of it. So she limped to the office, or well the best she could. As she entered, the Principal's face dropped from the horror that he was witnessing. Alina had explained the situation, and told him that there had to be a change. So the Principal called the male to the office, and all of his friends. He expelled every single one of them, he was tired of the amount of bullies in his school. Seeing them get expelled was a relief she had needed for years, it was almost like she could breathe freely again. This brought back the bubbly and outgoing side of her, and she could continue her education without worrying. As days went by, it was almost the day of graduation. Alina was really nervous, but she played it off well that she was not. She had not really figured out what career she had wanted, but she knew that she wanted to be working in faculty, and helping children. Until one day of doom-scrolling through the internet, she had come across an article about Receptionists. Then she knew what she wanted to do for her future.
After she graduated, it was not long after she started college. For the most part she was excited, she could not wait to get a degree, and start her career. The only thing she was nervous about was, college was a lot more difficult than high school was. She knew she had to work her hardest, because there were a lot of intelligent people. She had still wanted to be at the top of her class, so she worked hard everyday studying but she made sure not to overwork herself by it. That big smile she had as a child stayed on her face, helping people the best she could if they needed it, and was overall respectful to her peers. Her last day of college, they had to do a speech on whatever their heart desired. She had chosen kindness, which she had gotten several emotions from, tears, applause, and a little bit of laughter as she cracked some kind of joke.
As she finished college, Alina was excited to find out she could pursue the career she had worked so hard for over the years. She had decided to take a small break, instead of just rushing in to prepare herself for the career. Once she was ready, she was eager to fill out the application for faculty. As she looked over the web, she searched to see if there were any open positions anywhere. As she looked she had found a spot open in Tokyo, after she saw that she decided to go to the high school there, and fill out the application. They said if she got the position, that they would call her in a couple days. She was so excited when she heard that phone ring. She had gotten the job! She had worked there for years, deciding that she needed some sort of change. She had looked over the web again, and had seen there were a few receptionist positions in Karakura. She decided to apply there, and hoped she would get accepted.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation for joining Karakura High School would be that I wanted a fresh start. Somewhere that seemed to welcome me in, with kindness. I looked up different jobs, and this was to have the highest rating. So I thought it would be a good fit for me to apply. I also enjoy being a receptionist, and would like to continue with the career. I feel like I would be a good match for the position, and would love to meet new people, and help the students out.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Why should I be accepted over other applicants? Hm. That is a rather hard question, but if I were to give a reason. I feel as if I am rather good with communication, I am patient, calm, friendly, able to complete tasks, and good at helping people when they need it. I feel these are all roles that you have to have to be a true Receptionist. I feel like I suit the role, almost perfectly.
