Describe your activity on the server:
Right now I am relatively active, usually around 4 days a week. My activity varies a bit depending on my mood, truly, but between 12pm-8pm CET is when I usually get on and off (with breaks in between, I'm not mad). I'm going back to school soon though and when I do, I will probably be active from 5pm-8pm CET, but I know that right now I am stable enough in my life to balance real life and srp at the same time.
What is your timezone?:
CET/CEST
List your current and past applications:
Reporter application
Nurse application
List your current roles on the server:
None special, only grade-12
What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
To be frank, I've roleplayed since the beginning of my true minecraft years. I have roleplayed in many different scenarios, but one of my favorite roles has always been to be the medic. My detailrp is good, but I definitely think I could imporve in the sense where I forget not to use the same words twice in an act.
What is your motivation for applying?
I personally have always been very interested in psychology and am myself hoping to become a psychiatrist in the future, so I think I have the potential to be one in game as well. Per chance this could even help me understand the role 'psychiatrist' on a deeper level than I already do.
Which role are you applying for?
Psychiatrist
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
I think I have more knowledge of the psychiatrist role than the doctor role, but generally I understand the basics of their roles!
A shorter explanation of psychiatrists is that they are the ones who get assigned to a person who needs help with mental issues, they can help diagnose a person with for example depression, BPD, ADHD or autism and help file a prescription for medicine if that is needed.
A doctor, from how I see it, it depends what sort of doctor it is since there can be many types - such as surgeons and paramedics. A surgeon, in my mind, is someone who helps with more severe injuries and surgeries if that happens to be the case - while paramedics are the ones who usually respond to emergency calls for medical help, they sort of act as an emergency medical technician.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I understand that I have to attend training while I am active, otherwise I will not learn and there would of been no point in applying.

Lyssandra was born in the year 2000 in the little hollow of Pleshey, where her mother Catherine and father Aleksei had settled down to start a life together.
Growing up wasn't exactly easy with stubborn siblings and the fact Lyssandra quickly developed a sense of social distress when put into school - but she managed.
Lyssandra was the quiet girl who sat at the back and nobody really paid that much attention to - sure, some teasing now and then would appear, but Hart was too focused on studies to put too much mind to the words flying over her head.
Childhood went by smoothly - but the pre-teens and teenage years were harder for little Hart.
Lyssandra would lose her father Aleksei in an unfortunate car accident during december in 2014, which was a loss she would never fully recover from - the impact hit her hard like a blow right to the chest and she mourned for months before she could accept the harsh reality of it all.
The thought of her father still remained with her, but now it was no longer out of pain - but a happy memory that would help remind Lysa of her true passion; helping people who had lost their way and couldn't help themselves.
Hart was only 15 when she started doing research of psychology and sociology, seeing what colleges and other studies she could look forward to.
She had always been an empath, but this was different; it was like a fire burnt within her, one she couldn't wait to let out into the world as a blooming firework painting the sky in beautiful hues of reds and purples.
Lyssandra made it through high school with steady grades, set on getting the education she needed to work with her passionate project of helping those who needed it most.
Soon enough, she was 18 and old enough to enter college, where she would get her bachelor's degree in psychology.
And there.. life seemed to stand still for a moment. She tried out some apprenticeships, but never seemed to be able to find a real hard working job anywhere.
Hart decided to branch out even further - reaching for that master's degree that was gnawing at the back of her mind.
And more work in school, she managed to get herself a master's in psychology as well, she could only imagine how proud Aleksei must be after watching her hard work from above.
But what now? She thought to herself. She took work as a school counselor in London for a while, but that didn't seem to scratch that itch in her heart like she expected it to.
Lysa would move to Karakura in late 2025, where she found the pamhplets of open jobs in the city. She quickly did her research and found out they still had a few psychiatrist jobs open - and she smiled to herself as she began to work on her application..

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Lyssandra is a young lady standing at 5'1 with vibrant blue hair reaching down to her waistline, soft face features such as almost doe-like eyes and a pointy nose which was speckled with freckles which would compliment her slightly sunkissed hue. She would often be seen with a soft smile plastered on her lips, her eyes warm and welcoming when she spoke, often bringing a warm and cozy atmosphere, a motherly nature surrounding her.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Lyssandra brings a warm atmosphere where she goes, but of course she knows she has to keep a certain professional stance whenever there are patients in the room.
Hart will be welcoming and friendly, yet able to stand her ground if so need be.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Lyssandra prefers to do her work on her own, but she can function with others too if that need be; she doesn't discriminate and she's open to work outside her comfort zone if it means she learns more and grows as an individual.
