I'd say I'm very active for working quite a lot, I am on for normally 1-2 hours before I go in, and then on for some time before I go to sleep for maybe 3-4 hours. During the time on SRP, I do JockRP, CrimeRP, and overall try to get involved with as many people as I can because I enjoy RP and interactions. I am a full-time tailor, so if I'm seen AFK around town thats what I'm most likely doing, as it is also one of my passions besides joining a faction like this one.
If I were to give it a rating between 1-10, I'd say it's around an 8.5. My available times are pretty much always the same as it has been for the past 2 years because of the job I currently work at. Inactivity logs will, of course, be submitted if needed, but I will only normally do something for an extended amount of time if it's like a Holiday which is rare, and I will most likely give a long advance if I do.

What shop are you applying for?:
‘Soleil Kumo’, which this application will be reviewed on the 1-year anniversary of it!
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
I want to be a Shopkeeper on SRP because it is very intriguing to me, and it is also one of the most sought-after Factions. It is a very interactive and immersive experience, and you have the ability to get the community involved. Being a member of a restaurant on SRP is a good way to develop DetailRP with cooking, friendly interactions, etc. This faction is also a very wide-open faction, because you have your own shop, and you have your own employees. It is one of my personal most appealing factions to apply to. Overall, when I get onto something, I am fully dedicated to it and give it my all, which gives me a huge amount of motivation and passion. I love the fact that I will own it myself, I run it, and basically manage the whole shop, though other factors play a part, like stock, pay, and other things that can get slightly more complicated, but also very interesting to find out how to manage.
There are more aspects to the roleplay that I'd like to be a part of as well, like the hiring process, which will all be done ICLY, such as interviews and interactions to really get a feel of how people act and are in-game on their characters to see if they are a great fit for us.
Now onto the shop itself, I specifically chose Soleil Kumo because the shop itself interested me. A reason I chose not to fully change the shop is that I truly like all the aspects of it, and I think that some shops should not be changed and stay within the server for legacy and lore. I mean, who doesn't like Japanese and French food? Why not combine the 2 and roll with it? Soleil Kumo is definitely one of the most appealing shops I could have chosen, thanks to Rosechu for cooking on the shop itself.
What will you sell in your shop?
Our restaurant will have an assortment of traditional Japanese dishes, as well as 95% of the items that were on the past owner's menu for variety. It will continue to be a French-Japanese-inspired restaurant with a few new additions that will hopefully be a new hit in Karakura. The items below on the right will need to be customs as well, and are just overall concepts.
Overall, I want the menu to keep some key items that it had, along with some custom new ones. We will occasionally have festive foods and seasonal items, but nothing too crazy, as Soleil Kumo is a fine dining establishment. Items will need to be added as I don't know all of the Japanese/French foods on SRP that have been made already, but I assume I will learn what I'm able to obtain and sell within our restaurant.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Soleil Kumo has a legacy on the Server that I would like to keep. I'd like to add a few more things to spice it up a bit, though!

Soleil Kumo is already a very unique shop. I feel like keeping up the legacy and adding a few more things will get the restaurant back into its prime. The restaurant will continue to be a place for high-class fine dining, delectable foods, and a place to overall enjoy yourself. It will have similar dishes, a great vibe to the place, but some different aspects to bring the community into the field to catch that eye it needs. I feel like most restaurants will say they are different, but they never really give any details or ideas that make it seem different, and it will sound like any other restaurant. You can give a restaurant a new name and a new theme, but besides that, what is the restaurant doing to really bring attention and be different from any other one on SRP? Its the events you hold, the things you do with the community, and how it is upheld. I truly do believe that the ideas and events I have mentioned will open an eye, along with the newly added food fusions, and the fact that the restaurant is under new management will surely make it a great experience to be at and for me to represent. The restaurant will change with a new, refreshing logo, menus, and food changes. The place can also be rented out for weddings, banquets, parties, anything like that. There will also be the basic Karakoe rooms, which you can rent out if you'd like. Onrain will also be used for promoting the shop as well, like pictures of how the night went, to get our name on that platform for publicity.
Exterior
Soleil Kumo's exterior will stay relatively the same, making a few small changes like lantern lights hanging from the front, and some outdoor seating. Along with some text in Japanese that makes it look authentic, and signs displaying some menu items, so people can view part of the menu.
Interior
Overall, I don't see a need to change the interior. It already has everything a Japanese-style restaurant needs, with larger rooms for parties, private rooms for high-class people in the community, and a stage for shows. Unless I need to make a change for some reason, Soleil Kumo's interior will stay the same. One small change I would like to add is a few karaoke rooms, which will most likely be on the very top floor. Just a little machine with a small TV to present lyrics to the song will do the trick and keep the rooms pretty simple.

The assistant manager is between a Manager and all the other roles within the restaurant. They will need to be able to jump in whereever along with directing if needed, and be able to act as manager when the actual Manager is around. They are one of the most versatile roles within Soleil Kumo, needing to do dable in everything.

Waiter 4/7
Waiters will make 45k per shift, along with all the tips they bring in that day from customers.
Waiters serve food to the customers, take orders, check up on the customers, and overall make it a wonderful experience for the customers. Waiters will need to wear an appropriate outfit with our apron over it, but they can use the one we supply if needed.

Security makes 35k per shift, and will have extra pay depending on their actions.
The security will mostly stay outside the building, coming inside if needed when asked to. If things were to escalate, they would need to contact the owner/manager for any further instructions on said scenario. They must wear an appropriate style of clothing, preferably a formal suit or a nice jacket. Clothing can be sorted out for them as well.

Why should I be accepted?
I truly know I'm a good fit because I am fully committed and motivated to stay on track and commit to this. I'm overall pretty knowledgeable about how to handle a business and handling a good hiring process, along with showing people the ropes in certain scenarios. I am also genuinely consistent in staying active on the server, and I know that I can handle a large amount of responsibility within this faction.
I have good expectations for myself and well-set goals that I know I can obtain if accepted. I know what I want for this restaurant, and I am 100% willing to stick to the concept and overall aspects of Soleil Kumo. I know for a fact that I will enjoy this faction and I will help others do so as well, plus the community as a whole.
Overall, I know what I am capable of doing, and I know that I can be relied on to do my best and stay on track to my goals for this shop and the faction. Plus, this will be my one and only faction on my main account; I won't be sidetracked by other factions or other accounts; this is my main account with all of my priorities, and I don't see a need to apply to any other factions besides this one if accepted, because again, I am fully dedicated and motivated to this specific faction.
