I am most skilled at role-playing in DetailRP where I do my best to put in all the detail in order for me to be able to give an immersive and developed action.
What is your motivation for applying?
What inspires me in applying for this position is the opportunity of seeing Karakura from a different angle, as well as the challenges that go hand-in-hand with working in the hospital setting. I would like to meet people from diverse backgrounds, make a contribution to the local community, and take part in all kinds of activities happening within the hospital walls. Such an experience will help me mature and be more active in the city’s affairs.

Clinical Lead - Clinical Lead is an experienced medical practitioner who manages the standards of practice as well as the performance of certain departments or teams in a hospital setting. Their main duties involve ensuring that the other workers follow the correct medical procedures, achieve high levels of patient care, and carry out their duties in a safe manner. Clinical leads also assist other workers in decision-making.
Attending Doctor - The Attending Doctor refers to the licensed senior doctor who has undergone all necessary training to take full charge of patients at the hospital. The attending doctor leads the interns, the residents, and other junior doctors while making decisions regarding the treatment and ensuring adherence to the necessary standards of medicine. The attending doctor has specialized skills and usually handles specific departments or medical cases.
Doctor Resident - A Doctor Resident is a graduate of a medical program who is currently learning through direct experience in a hospital setting. Residents learn through hands-on training under the supervision of Attending Doctors and Clinical Leads as they gain practical experience, enhance their medical abilities, and gain the knowledge needed to take charge of real patient cases. As part of the learning process, residents conduct examinations, help carry out procedures, make notes, and take care of patients.
Doctor Trainee - A Doctor Trainee is one who is at the beginning of his career in medicine and is acquiring skills that will enable him to work within the hospital setup. Such people learn through observation, assisting in their work under guidance, and by studying clinical practices. Although Doctor Trainees are not fully entrusted with the role of attending to patients, they are acquiring the necessary skills needed for more advanced positions like that of Resident or Intern.

He is still in the learning phase of Genetics and Genomics and I'll give you a few ideas on what Genetics and Genomics means
Medical geneticists evaluate, diagnose, and manage genetic disorders and birth defects, and they help patients and their families understand and cope with such disorders. Geneticists provide genetic counseling through the use of biochemical, cytogenetic, and radiologic testing. These types of doctors also use the****utic interventions and aid in prevention through prenatal diagnosis

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Ryōsuke, on the other hand, towers above the rest of humanity at seven feet, a fact that makes him stand out even when he tries to blend in. Although just eighteen years old, Ryōsuke is quite physically fit for a teenager; he is thin, but very well-built with muscle gained through sheer stamina. The paleness of his skin is nicely offset by his choice of colors, which is mostly earth-tones, like the black shirt, grey-brown jacket, and brownish-grey trousers he is wearing, indicating that they are well-traveled items.IGN (In-Game Name):

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
The color of his hair is light beige and is quite tousled, and this is the hair which frames his face. While the features of his face don’t change much beyond showing the calm and unimpressed demeanor he always seems to have, Umeki Ryōsuke has the look of an observant man, judging by the way his eyes are half-lidded all the time.
Even though Ryō is such a high person, there is a certain stability in his mannerism which makes a person feel secure. Moreover, his appearance and demeanor imply that Though physically imposing in stature, he seems to have a certain earthiness about him; his presence is solid and even protective, in some sense. There is a sense that he is a man of many stories, many experiences, but he keeps them all close, not allowing them to be bared easily. His dress is functional and speaks of a life where one has had to fight just to survive. Ryō might come across as aloof or distant to outsiders, but for anyone lucky enough to befriend him, there is another side to him – one of patience and thoughtfulness, an individual who observes more than he speaks and takes care of you by being consistent with his efforts rather than making any big gestures. He sticks around and shadows you, once he has made up his mind about you.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Despite his imposing height and reserved nature, Ryō exudes an air of professional calmness from the moment he enters the hospital. He’s not a boisterous man who demands to be heard or noticed. Rather, he’s efficient and observant. With his half-closed eyes, he scans his surroundings, taking everything in.His tone is always soft and measured, never loud and brusque. He doesn’t use unnecessary words, but neither does he waste anyone’s time. He makes sure everyone knows he is listening without having to say a word.
While Ryō treats his colleagues and patients with respect, he can hardly be called an emotional person. Yet his calm demeanor itself usually puts people at ease. In the case of patients who are feeling scared or distressed, Ryō provides a calming influence by being the rock to lean on. He listens to them and comforts them with his presence.
Despite his lack of smiles, Ryō is far from unfeeling. On occasion, he will help out without being asked. For example, he might step in to assist when someone feels overwhelmed or adjust equipment on his own accord.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Ryō is well suited for working independently as well. His ability to focus and observe, together with self-reliance, makes him very effective when it comes to dealing with jobs that need precision. Instead of panicking over the task at hand, he remains calm and collected.Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Nevertheless, when compared to working individually, Ryō does prefer a teamwork approach. Although he is not a particularly talkative person, he appreciates the discipline that comes with teamwork. The fact that having several heads working towards a common goal improves the results is something Ryō is aware of. In medicine, especially, this principle proves particularly important. He might not be a loud part of a group, but he is definitely the anchor in it.
In a team environment, Ryō proves highly adaptable, communicative, and efficient. Moreover, he prefers to be efficient rather than have people recognize his efforts.
