What are your current roles on the server?:
College and highschool.
Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are a crucial and or necessary part of SchoolRP, as they not only maintain the server's aesthetic, but they're perhaps the most important role throughout the entire server because it is a school-based role-play. Without teachers, a school cannot function, which is why the role holds such importance.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: As a former art teacher, I had decided to step away from the role because I hadn't felt like I was the "interactive" and "fun" teacher I'd wanted to be. I also struggled to understand and teach some of the newer players, and or "greenies." However, now that some time has passed, I believe that if given a second chance, I could improve and possibly fix most of the mistakes that I'd made during my previous attempt at teaching. I am confident that I could perform much better this time around, if given the opportunity.

Describe your character:
Yu'ui Shaki is a female with long, blond hair and a small hairclip that sits comfortably above her left eye. She has two small, but noticeable, heart stickers that are always atop her right cheek... for some reason. Her outfits vary, but her personality is a mixture of both snarkiness and responsibility. She usually acts properly, but she enjoys poking fun at foolish remarks whenever she gets the chance. For example, she might respond to overly silly jokes with a sarcastic, "Hahaha... That's soooo good... Anyhow." Or when confronted with incorrect claims, she often reacts with something along the lines of, "That's a bold idea... It doesn't work, but it's bold!" Her snarky attitude is mostly selective. She doesn't always make sarcastic remarks, but rather waits until someone says something pretty ridiculous or confidently states something that's just plain wrong, then responds with a remark that targets the idea rather than the person. She hadn't always wanted to be a teacher, but had only recently grown fond of the idea after a teacher she'd looked up to throughout her high school years informed her of the joys of teaching. She decided on art, having worked as a part-time artist in Karakura throughout most of her teen years, and became pretty good at it. She now aspires to become an art teacher.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Yu'ui isn't the type, nor will she ever be, to embarrass someone that's genuinely trying! She'd patiently assist the student in a one-on-one situation, explaining whatever topic she might be teaching at the time, from a few different angles, or just in a more simplistic manner until it clicked. Though she might slip in a few lighthearted, sarcastic comments to ease the tension, she'd never mock someone for genuinely attempting to do their best to learn.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Yu'ui would most likely halt whatever she'd been doing for a few moments, look at the student, and calmly say something along the lines of, "You've had your turn. Now it's mine." If the behavior from said student still hadn't improved, she'd give a more forward, proper warning. In the case that student continued, she'd respectfully remove them from her classroom.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
1. Model-based Observational art: Yu'ui would first inform the students of the rules they must follow whilst being in her class, before bringing them up to the art room. From this point on, she'd begin a small, simplistic lecture about observational art, and it's importance, before holding up a most-likely medium sized object, either a plushie, some small statue with decent detail, or whatever she'd prepared for said lesson, allowing her students to do whatever they'd please on the classroom's canvases as long as it stayed reasonable. Drawing, painting, finger painting, ext. She'd make sure to walk around, keeping an eye on her students, assisting when need be, and making sure to move the supposed object around if necessary, handing out stickers to those who had listened and tried.
2. The importance of inspiration: Yu'ui would first inform her students of the rules they must follow whilst being in her class, which would most likely already be posted up behind her, on the whiteboard. She'd quickly start up a small lecture about how the most famous of artists made their pieces with inspiration, and that good artwork doesn't just take skill and time, but determination, and the ability to sit down and get what you've started, done. She'd end her lecture with a quick demonstration! Not exactly live, but showering off her own artwork, one of which, clearly having been rushed, and bland, whilst the other is quite wonderful, with clear time and dedication clearly being put into it. After doing this, she'd section off her classroom into two groups, one side being people who must draw a given topic, and then the other being freestyle. She'd give both sides around 15 minutes to create their artwork, before swapping the students around from each side, giving those who'd just done a given topic a chance to freestyle, and those who'd freestyled a given a topic, taking another 15 minutes to let each side finish off their artwork, then requesting they compare the two, picking whichever they like best, and sticking them around the classroom, giving off stickers to who'd ever followed the classes instructions properly, and put in obvious effort.
