I'd say I have decent experience and knowledge of roleplay, but I'm lacking in some areas. I can provide more detail above the minimum. I've been on SchoolRP for around a year and a half, maybe 2 years, and have been very prominent in one sport, which I'm co-captain of, which would be College Baseball. I also had a bunch of experiences in GangRP & FamilyRP, since I was part of a family called Senova, which was later rebranded as Jin-Ryuk. I've also been in the family Kuznetsov & Solas, which again is another old family. I usually log on through the night and sometimes throughout the day to help my captain host practices. My schedules are mostly free unless some emergency pops up (Which isn't often! So no worries in that department). I witnessed a huge load of events on the server during my time on the server and met a bunch of new people.
In your own words, why do you think professors are important to SchoolRP?
Professors are important to SRP because they give you reasons to extend and reach out for help, maybe it's for master's and others for PHD, without them, you'd be clearly lost on what to do after college. From an ICLY perspective, without professors guidence you wouldn't know what major/minor to choose for your character. With professors and their classes, they show you what the class has to offer and let you choose if you want to major in that class or not, while also being positive and prepared.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive, you may face demotion or removal from the faction?
Yes, I fully acknowledge that if I am inactive in any circumstance, I can be demoted or even removed from the faction.
Do you understand that if your application is accepted, you may have to undergo professor training?:
I understand that upon acceptance, I will participate in professor training before I can start teaching.

Describe the character: How do they look and act? What makes them unique and different? What are their plans for the future? Optionally, what is their past?
Akshin stood at a comfortable height of 5'11 181 CM if you want to be that exact. His lustrous black hair drifted along the wind whenever it blew due to it being mildly long, almost reaching his neck. His eyes stood out, mostly being a deep aquatic blue, reminding most people of the ocean. His personality is more crucial and maybe a bit optimistic, casually overthinking most things and coming out with fewer things to do. His plans for the future really are confusing. He hopes to continue working at the school for a couple of years, then maybe settle down somewhere where he doesn't have to worry about his safety or his thoughts! Akshin grew up in North Korea and the city of Wonsan, around the age of 7, living with his mom and dad in their own family diner, which soon went bankrupt, and that's when he started to discover his generational doubt. He thought he was the reason the diner went down the way it did; luckily enough, his parents still had enough to send him to school and manage with so little money. So as Akshin grew older and held back his thoughts, he soon looked for work inside the city, where he soon found a restaurant that was hiring, where he soon grew alongside the restaurant, washing dishes and paying close attention to the head chefs, where he found his love for baking pastries and other meals, and where he found his specialty, Bingsu. He quickly learned it and perfected it while picking up meals and desserts. Akshin found himself in his Senior year at school, where he graduated through hard work and focus. Soon he found himself looking for places to explore and learn new cultural pastries, ending up in Karakura.
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
How would Akshin treat his students? What is his overall outlook? Well, he sees his students as family, meaning he treats them with the utmost respect. He wishes for his students to succeed in life, no matter where they go. He loves seeing how they think and the ideas they can come up with. He will always respect their feelings and opinions. If students needed anything from him, he would not hesitate to go forth and assist where he could!
What is their motivation for becoming a professor?:
Being able to finally do what he wishes, his motivation for becoming a professor is to provide students who want to pursue being a chef he wants to provide that learning and encourage students to go forth to become what they wish, he wants to be there to teach the college kids wha they would need to know and what they would need to do, providing not only the cooking experience but also a experience of the workforce as for being a chef.
A jock is ignoring your lesson and throwing paper balls at another student. What would your character do?
Akshin coughed, his eyes drifted towards the jock who threw the paper ball, and he finally spoke in a serious tone. “Mr. Jock. If you proceed to throw another paper ball at another student in my class, it will result in a consequence.” He turned back around, picking up one of the ingredients that was on the shelf. "Those consequences would either be detention or SLT, both come with class removal, but that isn't as bad." He viewed the ingredient before bringing it down to the table and letting it rest there, with no ulterior motives.
To say the student had continued the notorious actions, Akshin would shift to the jock and bring on a more serious and structured attitude. Stepping forward to the student, he would take out a detention slip from his pocket before administering it to the jock
“I gave you a pre-warning that if you continue, it will result in detention. I will see you after school.”
With that, Akshin would continue to teach his class, helping other students. If the jock had continued regarding the detention slip, Akshin would have kicked the student out of the class for being disruptive towards others' learning.
A student doesn’t seem to understand the material, yet hasn’t requested help. What would your character do?
Akshin would look towards the student, his eyebrows raised as he saw the student struggling. He walked over to the counter, his voice coming out with a hint of comfort, “How are you doing?”
If the student showed that they were struggling, he would hand-on assist by showing them an example. As a culinary teacher, it is more hands-on work; if they are struggling to read a recipe or are unsure what exactly to make, Akshin would provide many ideas and assist with how to read the recipe.
If the student still has a hard time struggling and shows any frustration towards the subject, Akshin would allow the student to take a break and would speak to them to soothe their nerves. As Akshin doesn’t want his students to over-stress about pastries
.
When in the faculty lounge, how does your character act?
Akshin is entering any faculty lounge or room involving other colleagues, he would still possess his serious nature, as he would not mind sparking up a conversation with others to provide that co-worker friendliness, though during his free time in the faculty lounge, he can be seen making or grading homework, or finding new recipes to present to his next class.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas and one field trip idea related to your subject
(Providing more than one idea, as I think these ideas would be nice to include!)
Class idea 1:
Akshin would gather the students all around and split them into two divided groups, then he would set up an imposter game for both teams, but with cooking! So, how'd it go would be like one student out of the group would be selected, but they would be given a topic to mess up the food, basically working for the other team! For the team, they must 1st find the imposter, then cook a delicious snack for the judges, and it must look decent, too! If the imposter is caught, then the team that the imposter was working for immediately loses, so the imposter must think carefully about their decisions when it comes to making the food look bad. By chance, if the food is cooked properly and the imposter didn't do anything to the food, then it must be judged on looks, taste, and time management
Class Idea 2:
Akshin gathered the students in the middle and then told them to pick a corner; each corner would have a food item or pastry. The people would then be cooking a related meal or pastry to the corner that they chose. If the corners are balanced, the game would get switched to a team competition; if there are too many people on one corner, the game would be turned into a solo baking competition
Field Trip Idea 1:
Upon any approval by both a teacher and the higher-ups, the idea would be that we would take the drama class, and the original culinary class out to find a restaurant (Upon approval from the restaurant owner to use their place of business) the culinary students would make the drama kids a meal, reenacting a part of working in a restaurant, they will be expected to cook food properly, as the drama kids would give feed back, the aspect of this is to show students the reality of working in a kitchen using their skills of cooking and customer service. Akshin would be there directing them, or another student would be directed to the role of head chef.
Field Trip Idea 2:
The students would take a trip to the beach with a pair of fishing rods and gloves, then they'd be shown how to fish. The flash assignment would be to catch 3 fish, then they'd learn how to properly scale the fish and take out any harmful things inside the fish, and actually prep the fish for it to be seasoned and cooked! Then the class would make their way to the pier for some enjoyment after all that hard work, and ice cream paid for by Akshin.
Notes : It was acting a bit janky on centering so apologies if it looks bad!
