Well, I play around 6ish hours a day at a minimum, attempting to keep a repetitive amount of play time each week! Occasionally, I will play for more than 6 hours, or sometimes less. It really depends on the day. I’ve been fully active on the server for just over a year now, with my longest char being 10 months old! I first joined the server over 2 years ago, but sadly it didn't last long.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have not only been in a few factions within the SRP server, but I’ve roleplayed before that, I have spent over four years of my life roleplaying! Learning more as time went on!
CrimeRP:
I have been accepted into multiple crime businesses, which have taught me to think better quickly, respond to the stress of swiftly formed roleplay scenarios, and more things like that! It also taught me the importance of actions and how they can help with better-developed roleplays!
Factions:
Factions have given me more in-depth experiences with how to roleplay out a more professional/mature character. Or just a place around that. And all good stuff! It’s a huge learning experience and I'm glad to have been able to use it as such!
What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation for applying for the EMS faction is: The medical field is something I’ve always been a bit interested in, but too scared to learn. I think being able to roleplay with the surrounding activities would be a good way to get a more general knowledge! I also know how the faction is a nice place, the people are nice and welcoming, which is something I love to see within a faction. I also want to be able to learn more aspects of the server, as well as be able to help out the people on the server that need ‘help’, so to speak, or just want to roleplay with an emergency worker!

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?

Emergency Department!
[Chief Paramedic]
This is the highest position within the emergency department of EMS. This position is held by somebody who has shown great dedication and knowledge over the faction as a whole, and is willing to help out, as well as learn more! They, as all paramedics, will be trained in both fields of work, Doctor and Psychiatrist.
[Deputy Chief Paramedic]
This is the second-in-command position in the Emergency Department. They have a general understanding of the faction, a willingness to help out, and a dedication that the Chief and Director noticed! They are also trained in Both Doctor and Psychiatrist duties!
[Paramedic]
This is the normal ranking of the emergency department. This is someone who has shown dedication to their respective department and has been assigned to the emergency department, upon acceptance into this department, they are taught the other departments' training! Whether that be a Doctor or a Psychiatrist!

Higher-Up Positions!
[Clinical Lead]
The clinical lead of each department is somebody who has shown immense dedication to the faction. A willingness to learn and help out, they are often trained in only their department's side of work, though if one is selected from a paramedic, they will know both!
[Clinical Supervisor]
The supervisor is the second in ranking when it comes to their respective department. This person also shows the same dedication to the faction, the same willingness to learn, and help. And is recognized by the faction lead/director, for this, and chosen for the position! They are in a position to oversee their respective departments, they are often trained, and well-experienced in their department!
[Director]
This is the faction lead, or the lead of the entirety of the hospital! They are trained in both departments and can perform the duties of either one! If they wanted to. They are the #1 in the chain of command!

Honestly, not sure what makes someone a trainer. I just know they are experienced within their department, and are willing to teach the newbies! And are willing to learn more themselves

This is a newbie to this respective department! They are slowly learning the ways of being a doctor! Taught about surgeries, and more by the [Doctor]s who are qualified to be trainers! Learning the ropes, then advancing into the next branch of Doctors!

The 2nd step of being a doctor! When you’ve gotten here, you’ve learned the basics, and you can handle all the procedures yourself, there might still be a few things that you’re iffy on, but there’s nothing wrong with asking, no matter the rank!
[Attending Doctor]
The top rank of Doctors before higher-up positions. You’ve learned everything, have most things down, and learned, but you still might have questions! That’s okay! You’re allowed to have questions, but you’re pretty acquitted once you get here. You’ve learned and shown dedication!

The attending psychiatrist is one who has shown dedication and caught the attention of their higher-ups! Worked hard and put in the effort to learn! Climbed the ranks, and is willing to actually do the job, and enjoy it!

SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS
Character’s Full Name:
[!] the female’s legs became a slight X as the crossed each other, resting comfortably as they scrunched up against one another, a small hum broke free from the woman’s previously trembling lips. Her hum stayed at a continuous remedy, nothing was breaking it, other then then tapping of her fingernails as they trailed along the edge of the table, until the question came, and as anyone does in an interview.. She had to answer. [!]
“Sterkson. Annabelle, which is my full name Annabelle Sterkson.”
[!] A final huff broke free from her lips, as she finally folded her hands into her lap, squeezing a final formal breath, before she nodded herself into the next question yikes. [!]

[!] her face lit up slightly. This was a question she got a LOT, but she didn’t mind giving the same perky response every time, it was an easy question to answer, at least to her. [!]
“I am a female, I go by either She/Her or They/Them, Please do not refer to me as He/Him or anything else..”
[!] Her nod proceeded, then a small hand gesture, attempting to motion for the next question. [!]

[!] Briefness. Yikes. Not something that you would see from annabelle, not too often anyway, she was usually very conversational, wanted to talk at every corner, though this response was short, brief, and quite down to earth, and straight to the point. [!]
“I am 25 years old.”

[!] the female presented her degrees.. Pointing to the wrong one as she spoke, of course, just in opposites, though the finger pointing and paper showing, wasn’t enough, she had to speak as well.. Yeah? [!]
“Ah yes, well, I have a doctorate, or a PhD in Childhood Development. Alongside a masters degree in occupational and organizational psychology!”
Character’s Nationality:
[!] grabbed a.. Map from her bag. What is this woman, Dora the explorer? It seemed like it with all the things she stuffed in her bag, and a map on top of that? woahza. [!]
“I am russian! I was born and raised there, therefore it is my native tongue.. Though i’ve grown awfully rusty over time. Speaking purely Japanese.. Y'know?"
[!] much more information then what was needed, which is fine, it’s not like this interview could determine just how Annabelle spends the rest of her life.. Or sees herself.. Right? [!]
Character’s Marital Status:
[!] the woman.. Would of course flash her wedding ring, a soft giggle breaking from her lips. That slowly formed into a chuckle as she nodded. [!]
“Married! A lot has changed since the last time I was in an interview here, I found the love of my life, who knew she was right in front of me the whole time.”
Character’s Religious Denomination:
[!] she took once more, another item out of her mary poppins purse, this time it was a rosary, was this just a facade? An act that Annabelle put on? Or was this a religion she truly followed intently, only her lover would ever know. And of course, that’s if she asked.[!]
“Well, I’ve been catholic since I was young, I came from a religious family, so I just naturally formed myself into the religion!”
Character’s Spoken Languages:
[!] the females lips finally pressed together, forming into a nice, even line. Before they split once more, the final question. The interview was done. These questions were make her break, she only hoped that she answered them all to at least the other’s liking, even if she didn’t, well that’s ‘Too damn bad’ in her words, because she gave her truth, not some conformed bullshit that everybody says when they’re trying to get a job. [!]
“I can speak Russian, Japanese, and I'm slowly learning JSL..!”
Character Backstory (Optional):
Younger Days:
Annabelle’s younger days were a bit drastic, the common sob story if you were to look into it further, but it’s what influenced her future aspirations, and brought her towards psychiatry! Her parents would often come home stressed from work, all poor sterkson wanted to do was help them through it, talk to them, put smiles on their faces, this was a hard task, not one that was always completed, but when it was it brought her a great excitement to see the smiles creep on their faces. She was often failing her classes because her biggest focus was her parents happiness, and relieving their stress!
College Days: Annabelle finally stepped away from the home at the age of 17, she had graduated early on in her career, just a year but for her that was a giant accomplishment for her, and for her family name! She stepped onto her college campus, she took the required classes, she tried her best to call her parents every day to make sure they were doing alright, and not to over stress themselves over work and other issues that they may have, talking them through and down it, she worked towards getting her PhD in childhood development, spending more time speaking with her parents speaking about her profession, and theirs more than she spent even thinking of any children! She figured out she’d rather help out people with their work stress then talk to kids, and help their brain development! She had already gotten her PhD at the time of this realization, but worked towards her masters afterwards!
Later days and work:
She took on a few guidance councillor positions, wanting to make some money while going to school for her masters, as well as using her PhD for something more useful than looking pretty on a shelf! Once she got out of college for her second degree she took up a position in her local Tokyo clinic! Giving brief therapy sessions for people over bared with work, or that are finding it to be all together stressful, much more then they need it to be, helping them work through the issues!
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

[!] the female’s hands coldly clashed against each other, creating a hold against the fingers of the other one, before laying comfortably across the table, giving a small hum as she did so, nodding along with the other’s words, before answering quickly. With a decent pace. [!]
“Well, my specialization is Work-Place mental health! I work with my clients to talk through stress, or anything mentally afflicting that may happen within the workplace, helping them through it, giving them techniques like meditations, or breathing exercises. Things along those lines that may help them!”
[!] a small quiver came from her lip, as she shuffled her hands to rest firmly on the back of her neck, her hum becoming more nervous as the interviewer asked the next question, her legs finally relaxing, still in the earlier X formation, but weaker in general, loosely just laying there. [!]
“Well, I chose that speciality because I always had been in toxic work places, or things that brought stress to me, like my old guidance counselor position. Or the old tokyo clinic that I worked at. Both brought great stress, and mental health concerns, but having someone to talk to, at least near the end of both positions was nice, and the breathing exercised made me feel just a little bit less stressed, since then I’ve wanted to be able to be on the delivering side of the relief, showing my clients the breathing exercises, and how to relax their mind, at the end of day..”
[!] a small chuckle came from her lips, only interrupted by a small comment.. A joke of sorts. “Well.. Ice cream helps too I suppose.. Always does, no matter the issue.” her chuckle was strong. But nothing too over-bearing. [!]
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
[!] the female’s hands folded together, sliding over a small portfolio. Her old places of employment, but she gave a small nod, along with a smile that had been tugging at the edges of her mouth. She spoke out between the reading, and the next question, just wanting to verbalize her ex-work-places, instead of just forcing the other to read them. [!]
“Mm, well, during my second time of schooling, whilst I was going for my master’s, I worked at a local Russian high school, as a guidance counselor! Wanting to make some money, whilst putting my degree to good use, and helping the next generation, at least as best as I could. I was a Guidance Counselor at Lomonosov School for about four years, for the entire duration of working at my second college degree. The master’s! Then, once I achieved that, I went to work at a small Tokyo clinic, finally making the move over to Japan, which is what eventually led me here. Karakura. Tokyo Mental Health Shintomi Therapy Office. I worked there until just a year ago, when I finally made my final move here to karakura, and ever since then I've been trying for a position within your hospital’s staff!”
[!] she gave a small exhale.. Slightly out of breath it seemed, the female moved her hands to fix her bangs slightly, they had been messed up with all her hand movements and head movements during her prior monologue. She talked with her hands and her head.. A LOT! Which could be easier observed over the length of the interview. [!]
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Annabelle Sterkson;
Looks: The female stood firmly at a solid.. 5 '1, she may be below average height, but she was proud of it, she almost never wore heels unless she was at a big gala or ball, something that required more.. ‘Fancy’ footwear. She dyed her hair just about monthly, keeping it with a lavender purple hue, she wore contacts, why wouldn’t she, she wanted her eyes to match her hair, almost everything about her looks were fake, other than her height.. She wore light purple contacts, a bit darker than the lavender that laced her hair. She often wore these blue hue’d sunglasses on top of her head!
Personality: The female was often strict, especially when it came to a work place, she used to lead a ‘Squad’ of sorts, here in the heart of karakura, and she enforced a strong rule-set. But there were also times even when she was goofy or silly. She allowed jokes, and times of joy and silliness to be shared within her work crews, all of her ex places of employment, but she also kept it incredibly professional, it was still a work place afterall. She’s great outside of the workplace, but very different, having a way more lax personality, silly, calm. She was much more of an enjoyable person to get along with, someone that more people wished to be around her. I mean, she got a wife for a reason.
Percivation by Others: there’s a word that a lot of her old co-workers or under-workers would describe her with if they didn’t know her very well outside of the workplace ‘BITCH’ was likely the one. But she also shared a good laugh, those that knew her in more than just the work-place, would describe her as sweet, kind, caring, all the generic terms that you would want to hear when searching for a new friend, right?
How does your character act around the hospital?
Around The Hospital Behaviour: Sterkson has her own personal rule set when it comes to behaviour around the hospital, and any work-place for that matter. She acts very formal, very professionally within the workspace, she’s very strict with how she acts within the therapy room, but if it’s behind the counter, not being watched by any others, she allows herself to be slightly calmer, more loose with how she acts, but if there’s even a chance that an outside-viewer can see her, she will be very formal. Though if she’s relaxing in a breakroom with co-workers, she’ll be much more relaxed, and even allow herself to laugh, and have a good time.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Functioning Skills: Annabelle often works with others, and also works alone.. She ultimately works better when working alongside others. She says that the reason is that ‘there’s much less stress on a single person when it’s shared.’ - Which isn’t too awfully wrong, at least not from where she sits. She finds that sharing the stress with a crew takes away her personal stress, which makes it easier for her to work without overthinking! - She can also work alone, it just makes it more likely for her to overthink on certain things, which she can eventually overcome, it just may take extra time then working with a crew.

[!] A final huff broke free from her lips, as she finally folded her hands into her lap, squeezing a final formal breath, before she nodded herself into the next question yikes. [!]

[!] her face lit up slightly. This was a question she got a LOT, but she didn’t mind giving the same perky response every time, it was an easy question to answer, at least to her. [!]
“I am a female, I go by either She/Her or They/Them, Please do not refer to me as He/Him or anything else..”
[!] Her nod proceeded, then a small hand gesture, attempting to motion for the next question. [!]
Character’s Age (if accepted):
[!] Briefness. Yikes. Not something that you would see from annabelle, not too often anyway, she was usually very conversational, wanted to talk at every corner, though this response was short, brief, and quite down to earth, and straight to the point. [!]
“I am 25 years old.”
Character’s Academic Background:

[!] the female presented her degrees.. Pointing to the wrong one as she spoke, of course, just in opposites, though the finger pointing and paper showing, wasn’t enough, she had to speak as well.. Yeah? [!]
“Ah yes, well, I have a doctorate, or a PhD in Childhood Development. Alongside a masters degree in occupational and organizational psychology!”
Character’s Nationality:
[!] grabbed a.. Map from her bag. What is this woman, Dora the explorer? It seemed like it with all the things she stuffed in her bag, and a map on top of that? woahza. [!]
“I am russian! I was born and raised there, therefore it is my native tongue.. Though i’ve grown awfully rusty over time. Speaking purely Japanese.. Y'know?"
[!] much more information then what was needed, which is fine, it’s not like this interview could determine just how Annabelle spends the rest of her life.. Or sees herself.. Right? [!]
Character’s Marital Status:
[!] the woman.. Would of course flash her wedding ring, a soft giggle breaking from her lips. That slowly formed into a chuckle as she nodded. [!]
“Married! A lot has changed since the last time I was in an interview here, I found the love of my life, who knew she was right in front of me the whole time.”
Character’s Religious Denomination:
[!] she took once more, another item out of her mary poppins purse, this time it was a rosary, was this just a facade? An act that Annabelle put on? Or was this a religion she truly followed intently, only her lover would ever know. And of course, that’s if she asked.[!]
“Well, I’ve been catholic since I was young, I came from a religious family, so I just naturally formed myself into the religion!”
Character’s Spoken Languages:
[!] the females lips finally pressed together, forming into a nice, even line. Before they split once more, the final question. The interview was done. These questions were make her break, she only hoped that she answered them all to at least the other’s liking, even if she didn’t, well that’s ‘Too damn bad’ in her words, because she gave her truth, not some conformed bullshit that everybody says when they’re trying to get a job. [!]
“I can speak Russian, Japanese, and I'm slowly learning JSL..!”
Character Backstory (Optional):
Younger Days:
Annabelle’s younger days were a bit drastic, the common sob story if you were to look into it further, but it’s what influenced her future aspirations, and brought her towards psychiatry! Her parents would often come home stressed from work, all poor sterkson wanted to do was help them through it, talk to them, put smiles on their faces, this was a hard task, not one that was always completed, but when it was it brought her a great excitement to see the smiles creep on their faces. She was often failing her classes because her biggest focus was her parents happiness, and relieving their stress!
College Days: Annabelle finally stepped away from the home at the age of 17, she had graduated early on in her career, just a year but for her that was a giant accomplishment for her, and for her family name! She stepped onto her college campus, she took the required classes, she tried her best to call her parents every day to make sure they were doing alright, and not to over stress themselves over work and other issues that they may have, talking them through and down it, she worked towards getting her PhD in childhood development, spending more time speaking with her parents speaking about her profession, and theirs more than she spent even thinking of any children! She figured out she’d rather help out people with their work stress then talk to kids, and help their brain development! She had already gotten her PhD at the time of this realization, but worked towards her masters afterwards!
Later days and work:
She took on a few guidance councillor positions, wanting to make some money while going to school for her masters, as well as using her PhD for something more useful than looking pretty on a shelf! Once she got out of college for her second degree she took up a position in her local Tokyo clinic! Giving brief therapy sessions for people over bared with work, or that are finding it to be all together stressful, much more then they need it to be, helping them work through the issues!
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

[!] the female’s hands coldly clashed against each other, creating a hold against the fingers of the other one, before laying comfortably across the table, giving a small hum as she did so, nodding along with the other’s words, before answering quickly. With a decent pace. [!]
“Well, my specialization is Work-Place mental health! I work with my clients to talk through stress, or anything mentally afflicting that may happen within the workplace, helping them through it, giving them techniques like meditations, or breathing exercises. Things along those lines that may help them!”
[!] a small quiver came from her lip, as she shuffled her hands to rest firmly on the back of her neck, her hum becoming more nervous as the interviewer asked the next question, her legs finally relaxing, still in the earlier X formation, but weaker in general, loosely just laying there. [!]
“Well, I chose that speciality because I always had been in toxic work places, or things that brought stress to me, like my old guidance counselor position. Or the old tokyo clinic that I worked at. Both brought great stress, and mental health concerns, but having someone to talk to, at least near the end of both positions was nice, and the breathing exercised made me feel just a little bit less stressed, since then I’ve wanted to be able to be on the delivering side of the relief, showing my clients the breathing exercises, and how to relax their mind, at the end of day..”
[!] a small chuckle came from her lips, only interrupted by a small comment.. A joke of sorts. “Well.. Ice cream helps too I suppose.. Always does, no matter the issue.” her chuckle was strong. But nothing too over-bearing. [!]
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
[!] the female’s hands folded together, sliding over a small portfolio. Her old places of employment, but she gave a small nod, along with a smile that had been tugging at the edges of her mouth. She spoke out between the reading, and the next question, just wanting to verbalize her ex-work-places, instead of just forcing the other to read them. [!]
“Mm, well, during my second time of schooling, whilst I was going for my master’s, I worked at a local Russian high school, as a guidance counselor! Wanting to make some money, whilst putting my degree to good use, and helping the next generation, at least as best as I could. I was a Guidance Counselor at Lomonosov School for about four years, for the entire duration of working at my second college degree. The master’s! Then, once I achieved that, I went to work at a small Tokyo clinic, finally making the move over to Japan, which is what eventually led me here. Karakura. Tokyo Mental Health Shintomi Therapy Office. I worked there until just a year ago, when I finally made my final move here to karakura, and ever since then I've been trying for a position within your hospital’s staff!”
[!] she gave a small exhale.. Slightly out of breath it seemed, the female moved her hands to fix her bangs slightly, they had been messed up with all her hand movements and head movements during her prior monologue. She talked with her hands and her head.. A LOT! Which could be easier observed over the length of the interview. [!]
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Annabelle Sterkson;
Looks: The female stood firmly at a solid.. 5 '1, she may be below average height, but she was proud of it, she almost never wore heels unless she was at a big gala or ball, something that required more.. ‘Fancy’ footwear. She dyed her hair just about monthly, keeping it with a lavender purple hue, she wore contacts, why wouldn’t she, she wanted her eyes to match her hair, almost everything about her looks were fake, other than her height.. She wore light purple contacts, a bit darker than the lavender that laced her hair. She often wore these blue hue’d sunglasses on top of her head!
Personality: The female was often strict, especially when it came to a work place, she used to lead a ‘Squad’ of sorts, here in the heart of karakura, and she enforced a strong rule-set. But there were also times even when she was goofy or silly. She allowed jokes, and times of joy and silliness to be shared within her work crews, all of her ex places of employment, but she also kept it incredibly professional, it was still a work place afterall. She’s great outside of the workplace, but very different, having a way more lax personality, silly, calm. She was much more of an enjoyable person to get along with, someone that more people wished to be around her. I mean, she got a wife for a reason.
Percivation by Others: there’s a word that a lot of her old co-workers or under-workers would describe her with if they didn’t know her very well outside of the workplace ‘BITCH’ was likely the one. But she also shared a good laugh, those that knew her in more than just the work-place, would describe her as sweet, kind, caring, all the generic terms that you would want to hear when searching for a new friend, right?
How does your character act around the hospital?
Around The Hospital Behaviour: Sterkson has her own personal rule set when it comes to behaviour around the hospital, and any work-place for that matter. She acts very formal, very professionally within the workspace, she’s very strict with how she acts within the therapy room, but if it’s behind the counter, not being watched by any others, she allows herself to be slightly calmer, more loose with how she acts, but if there’s even a chance that an outside-viewer can see her, she will be very formal. Though if she’s relaxing in a breakroom with co-workers, she’ll be much more relaxed, and even allow herself to laugh, and have a good time.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Functioning Skills: Annabelle often works with others, and also works alone.. She ultimately works better when working alongside others. She says that the reason is that ‘there’s much less stress on a single person when it’s shared.’ - Which isn’t too awfully wrong, at least not from where she sits. She finds that sharing the stress with a crew takes away her personal stress, which makes it easier for her to work without overthinking! - She can also work alone, it just makes it more likely for her to overthink on certain things, which she can eventually overcome, it just may take extra time then working with a crew.
