Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers in SRP are important to the overall accuracy of an actual school, rather than just having a school server but no classes/teachers to teach students about different subjects. Through their guidance, education becomes a central and meaningful part of the roleplay experience rather than a background feature. In addition to teaching, educators are responsible for communicating and enforcing policies set by the School Leadership Team (SLT), helping maintain order, consistency, and clear expectations for all students. Their involvement adds a strong sense of realism to the server, as lessons and interactions are led by real people instead of automated systems, creating a more authentic and immersive school experience. Teachers also offer both academic guidance and emotional support, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for students. They frequently host interactive lessons and educational games that make learning engaging and enjoyable. Beyond the classroom, teachers play an essential role in organizing school events, running extracurricular activities, and contributing to a positive, active community that enhances the overall roleplay experience.

In-Character Section
What's your character's full name?: Nicolò Dante Forger
What is your character's nationality?: Italian
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Performaing Arts (Drama)
Describe your character:
Nicolò is an Italian male with a dark red colored hair and light brown colored eyes. With snake tattoos going across his right arm and back. Nicolò is a calm and collected guy who always seems to have a plan up his sleeve, rarely would you catch this guy off guard, He has a mysterious vibe about him and there was NO telling what this guy is thinking. He has a passion for acting and is often seen helping his family members out with their acting and such. He hopes to be able to help the kids with a passion for acting become true actors.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Nicolò is a teacher who mostly keeps to himself, while helping the students with whatever they need, he keeps his personal life completely private, he is often seen communicating with his family, other than that he is mostly seen by himself or talking to any of the few friends he has around the school. He sees his students somewhat as his own children, so he treats his students how he would want his children to be treated, with the utmost respect, but disciplined when wrong and rewarded when in the right.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Nicolò has always been a big fan of acting, whether it be behind a screen or in front of him on a stage, he loved doing it too, he would always stay up late into the night practicing his acting skills and presenting it to his parents. He'd create these universes with all the characters he has acted and would act to himself to make sure he never grew rust. He hopes to help all students with a future of acting.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Nicolò would ask if the student needed help at first and try to help them accordingly based on fun little activities and such, if this doesn't exactly help the student, he'd do his best to incorporate subjects the student enjoys into his own, hoping to add a little motivation. For example, a student is struggling in his class, and they are a huge sports fan, Nicolò might use sports related examples or scenarios to explain the material in a way that feels familiar and exciting. By connecting learning to the student’s personal interests, he aims to create a more engaging, supportive, and effective learning experience.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Nicolò is NOT a fan of disruptive behavior. However, he believes in giving students a fair chance. He will issue one clear warning and one warning only to address the behavior. If the disruption continues after this warning, Nicolò will not hesitate to ask the student to leave the classroom in order to maintain a respectful, focused learning environment for everyone else. Although if he is feeling generous, he may attempt to get the student involved with the class by forcing them to act as a certain character for the current subject.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
IMPROV
Students choose a general subject or scenario to act out. Once the subject has been selected, one student is chosen at random to perform. The selected student must then improvise a short performance based on the chosen subject, often incorporating randomly assigned props, roles, or limitations provided by Nicolò, at the end of the class, students will decide on which performance they found the most entertaining, the one with the highest number of votes will receive a reward.
COMEDY DAY
Students will be free to enter the stage with any stand up comedy routine prewritten or improved (their choice). This class will be announced during a previous class so the students may prepare in advance, Students or helping Teachers would also be selected to be judges in the performance, creating an atmosphere similar to shows like "America's Got Talent" Participation in this class is encouraged, creating a supportive environment for those who enjoy comedy or wish to step outside their comfort zone. The focus of the class is on creativity, confidence, and entertainment rather than perfection.
