IGN: My main account is lovestained, though my alternate account is perfectregime.

Explain your activity on the Server: Overall, I would consider myself an exceedingly active player on SRP. I'm online for a minimum of four hours a day, but my total playtime from day to day varies. As long as the COVID-19 quarantine still in affect, my activity should be transcending at a somewhat unhealthy amount. On weekdays, I tend to be more active during the evening or night time due to the scheduled online classes I have in the morning. If I'm needed during those times, it is always possible for me to watch the recorded lesson later in the day instead so it wouldn't be much of a hassle. As for the weekends, I'm active for a majority of the day. I live in EST (Eastern Standard Timezone), to clarify. If I'm ever to be inactive for a certain period of time, I'd be sure to inform the coordinator beforehand. Of course, I'd use my best effort to avoid being inactive but I highly doubt that it will become a problem.

What previous experience do you have working in a team?: I have tons of experience when it comes to teamwork, in and outside of SchoolRP. On both of my accounts, I'm employed at different shops. Although this seems fairly simple, being a punctilious individual who is capable of communicating with others makes doing things easier and enhances the overall experience. This also applies to my College-Professor role. Although college professors teach and plan their classes individually, there's also times where they may have to aid or get aid from other college staff in certain situations or ask for advice on any lessons they have planned or need help planning. I'm the second-in-command for the Vendittis as well, which entrusts me with the responsibility of working with the other higher-ups to keep order within the family itself. Outside of SRP, I play volleyball and lead my grade as class president. Volleyball is a sport that cannot go on without the equal participation of a group of people. Everyone has to do their job and commune with each other in order for the game to run smoothly. A lack of these qualities in a team can take away its title as a "team". As class president, I advocate different happenings and work with the rest of the council to improve the school environment.

What makes you different from other applicants: I feel as though I have a different outlook on the responsibilities an event team member is entrusted with. Of course I'll be dedicated to whatever tasks are given, but I'll also make sure to be consistent with that dedication. I'll also acquire a good attitude when it comes to participating in any meetings, making idea proposals, taking/giving constructive criticism, etc. I'm always open to hearing others opinions as well as sharing my own mostly because I like to have an understanding of other peoples thoughts and vice versa. Along with that, I'm completely aware of the image the event team has to maintain and the tasks that have to be taken care of when you have this role. I'm capable of doing so and will meet the expectations that are given. An abundance of people that are acquainted with me know that I don't condone toxicity at all, especially the members within my family. Although I love to joke around and have fun, I maintain an overall mature image. I can also be very innovative when it comes to advocating ideas for different events that the players on the server would enjoy. My ideas tend to include interactive aspects that are inclusive of everyone on the server, and not just limited to one group of people.

Provide a detailed event proposal that would be seen by the Event-Team:
SUMMARY:
I think that a concert/talent show-type event would be interesting. This event would be beach-oriented. The stage could possibly be set up off-shore (like in the middle of the water) and the people attending could be attired in swimwear since they'd most likely be spectating the concert from in the water. Or even a pier could be set up. Anyone could perform during the concert, but to ensure that there isn't any trolling and its actually a serious inquiry. The event could be announced a few days before hand, so whoever has anything prepared could DM an event team member with what they plan to do and get it approved before the event actually starts. On the shore line, there could be little booths set up for shops that are catering and/or just a booth that's selling simple foods and drinks. At the end of the event, there could be a reward given out to whoever is deemed to have the best performance.

================================================================================
DETAILS:
First, there'd be an announcement making the date/time and aspects of the event public. It'd be made known that in order to be one of the performances during this concert, you must sign up and get the performance approved by an event team member before the event has started. Some type of prize would be rewarded to the best performance (which would most likely motivate people to sign up), and it'd also be mentioned that being attired in swimwear is recommended, but not necessarily required.

The event would most likely start in the evening (ICly) and gradually extend into the nighttime. A pier that extends into a stage area could be built, and possibly along the pier or along the shore booths selling simple items such as icecreams, tropical coconut drinks, alcoholic beverages, things like that could be set up. Shops could also cater during this event if they choose to.

Before the event has started, anyone who has signed up to perform during the event would already be backstage. It'd also be smart to make sure they're actually able to be online during the time to event is being conducted so there aren't any problems with people not showing up. If they'd like, they could practice what they've planned beforehand so there aren't any complications when it comes to the actual performance.

At the start of the event, the gateway to the pier would be open by the hostess, who would most likely be a well-known figure in Karakura. The hostess would have the job of introducing the event, the performances, any activities, and also be sure to mention the sales going on along the pier. The performances would then begin, and depending on the amount of people who've signed up to perform there could be short activities citizens could participate in to make the event interactive and inclusive of players who are not performing.

At the end of the event, the reward would be given to whoever had the best performance. Voting could be done by the members of the event team, staff members, or there could be a strawpoll link posted in the chat for everyone to vote on. The link could be published ten minutes prior the announcement of who performed the best in order to give time for everyone there to put it their vote. During this time, an activity could take place. After the event is over, everyone would be free to hang around for a bit.

ACTIVITIES:
There could be dunk tanks set up on the stage or along the pier/shore. The victims of the dunk tank could be important figures such as the mayor, the college dean, the principal or vice principal, etc. (This could be voted on using strawpoll prior to the event). In order for the dunk tank to be triggered, they could roll out of 2 to clarify whether the target was hit or not. Rolling a one would mean the target was not hit and rolling a two would mean the target was hit. This could be something that has to be paid for, or something that is free to all citizens. (Inspired by the egging at the easter event)

A scavenger hunt of some sort. Chests could be placed underwater around the general area with a set of instructions in each one. The set of instructions would contain information on an area or place in that general area that they would have to find in order to receive a small prize. In order to receive this prize, they would have to present the person who has been selected to give out the rewards with the book they've found.

Swimming races. Two to three lanes could be set up beside the pier. Three people race to the end of the lane and back, whoever gets back to the start first wins a small prize. The prize could be something as simple as a toy airplane, toy chicken, etc.
