hello! i require some help please,

i sat down on some stairs that we`re on a wall and i`ve been keep kicked because "flying is not enabled on the server" i try to use /spawn or try to stand up but it doesn`t work, could anyone PLEASE help??

Just keep logging in and out, till it stops kicking you.
Also try not to sit on the stairs when they are in a wall.
