Why do you want to own a shop?
I want to own a shop because my character has always been fascinated by the idea of business and profit. Also, I've always wanted to look into the business side of SchoolRP. I've wanted to see roleplay from all different perspectives. I've already seen it as a student and employee. Now I want to look at it from an owner's perspective. I love to make people happy with the work I do. As a shop owner, I'll be able to do what I love without being a major role. As the owner, I can add to the story of my most used character. I can also add onto the storylines of many other players, leaving an impact on those characters. I strongly believe I can run this cafe with employees that are mature, active and respectful to all. I will make sure we have security so that if something happens, we can stop it before it causes too much of a problem. As a shop owner, I will not tolerate anyone in my cafe being disrespected or hurt by an employee or another bystander. I will be sure to check everyone's service at the cafe at the end of their meal to see if they liked the service or not. I will positively make sure everyone is getting what they ordered, and everyone is having a good time. I will not accept fighting, or disrespect because of their race, religion, or beliefs. I follow my own style, and I make sure people are getting the respect that everyone deserves. I will make sure we have enough stock so consumers can have the food or drinks they want. I would love to run this cafe because we can host movie nights, or maybe we can even have bands that can come and play songs. I want to make sure we have excellent food so the consumer can enjoy it, and still have a good time. I want to make sure everyone has a great experience. I want to make sure that we have enough money so we can restock. I want to make sure we have different things, so people don't get bored of coming to the cafe. I can make sure that if my staff is doing something wrong, I can take care of it as soon as possible. I want to make sure the business has many activities so that they can share their great experience with their friends. Whenever seeing customers happy, and enjoying my own, or anyone else's services, it makes me happy. If I can make other people happy, then I am happy too.

What do you plan to do with the shop?
I plan to make a cafe where people no matter what age or occupation may visit. Anyone is welcomed to come to this shop to hang out and relax for as long as they want. People can come on different days and participate in the special events that will be set on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I plan to have active employees. I plan to make sure the shop is open every day, and to have logical and mature employees, who have a level head, and are able to serve anyone. The employees will pay back 35-45% of what is made to the owners by the end of the day and log it down for further reference as well. They will keep the rest of the money. I plan to have a cafe that is a cool place to hang out and a friendly place for people. I want to own a cafe because I want to be responsible and make sure I have the right staff and the right business. I know how to handle money and a store, and I think that I could use that knowledge to grow the cafe. I plan to make sure that we always have items in stock so that we can serve people what they want. I want to make an incredible cafe, with any activities and certain days where things happen, like Maid Monday. I also want to be able to do things like drink or food of the day. I want to make sure my shop increases with business, and better staff so that we can get more consumers. I also plan to change the name to "The Kiyoura Cafe." I plan to make the shop a fun place for people to have a break and relax, in oppose to sitting on the streets. My shop will be a cafe, welcoming everyone in the town, teachers, students, the elderly, you name it. To make sure people aren't tired of the same thing every single day, I will make events, such as comedy nights, maid days, and more unique things like that.

How will your shop be unique?
My shop will be unique because we will have various events from Discount days to StandUp Comedy Nights. We also have a Delivery Service. I can make sure that people have a good time there, that means fights or arguments are not tolerated. I will add new features to the shop so that everyone will have a good time there. I want to be able to take suggestions from the customers, and I will make sure to in courage feedback. We will make sure we have a filled stock so that people can get the things they want, and deserve. I will also, as the owner, help the waitresses, cooks, and cashiers. Maid Mondays will be every Monday, the staff at the cafe will be dressed in a maid attire or in a suit. Trivia Tuesdays will be every Tuesday, there will be a trivia question and whoever can guess it gets a free meal! Fridays will be raffle Friday, there will be an announcement to come to the cafe. A number will be picked and whoever guesses the number will get a free meal. Sugar Saturdays will be every Saturday, there will be a discount on all sugary treats! Lastly, Sound Sunday will be every Sunday, there will be an open mic night where anyone can come and say inspirational words or sing songs. I will make my shop unique by having different events, such as Maid Monday, or comedy, and maybe invite a band to play as stated before. I also plan to decorate the store, making it more relaxing, and colorful. I will also be working on uniforms for the staff.
How many employees are you planning to have?
I plan to have twenty employees. The twenty employees would consist of, four chefs, four Cashiers, two Security, three Delivery, four Waitresses/Waiters, two Managers and one Co-Owner.
