My motivation for becoming a teacher is to teach students something new everyday and make class fun. I am very interested in this field as not only can you teach students something new, but you can also learn from them.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs is basically a database containing all the information that describes the activities done during each class and it is important because it keeps track of which teachers are doing their jobs and which ones aren't.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would be required to make an application on the Teachers forum using a special format mentioned in the Faculty Handbook. The book also states the rules and directions that should be followed during the trip in which a teacher must follow, and after submitting my application I would wait for authorization and instructions.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
As a teacher, I would have the following:
I do not have experience as a teacher, but I have experienced some sort of similar RP as a school employee on the server. I have been on multiple rp servers, and most follow pretty much the same rules that School RP has. I have been playing SRP for quite a couple months now and I have gotten a hang of how things work.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: HD is the head of the department, responsible for making the lesson plans and making the curriculum.
- QTLS: QTL's are qualified teachers in learning skills, being able to host classes without an HD present.
- NQT: NQT's are newly qualified teachers that, who are new to the field and need the HD to host the class.

Teachers are important, because they help children to be good citizens and have a good education so that they can be prepared to have jobs in the future. The salaries are 150K Yen. The way teachers teach is very unique, as they each have a different style in helping students remember what they have learned. In their spare time, they are either grading papers or helping students after school with their work.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
As mentioned earlier, teachers are important because they help students become better people in the future. They are their mentors through their entire school career and are responsible for teaching them the required materials so that they can go to college. They are also responsible for their mental health, and can help them get better since they notice what is going on with each and every student as they are with them everyday. The server also needs teachers, or else it would not be a School RP server.

Mars Emerson is a very tall man, with brown hair and light brown eyes. He is unique in telling very detailed stories and a heavy French accent. He is different from most people, because he never surrenders, he is willing to fight to the end and fight in what he believes is right. Mars doesn't think first impressions or first thoughts are important. He believes that actions on what someone does over the course of time are what defines them, this includes everyone for example: Students and Teachers. His personality is described as a patient, kind young man with interesting views on the world. His plans for the future are to educate and help as many students as possible graduate and get a successful job.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would ask them to stop cursing in a respectful manner and not to do it again as it can have negative impact in their lives.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would give them 3 warnings, and if that doesn't work I would give them detention and kick them out of the class because they are disrupting their peers from learning.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
My character acts professional and serious in the teachers lounge. He would mention a few points on how they can make a bigger postitive impact in the lifes of the students and the school.

/me He'd stand in front of the classroom, glazing his eyes at the students and waiting on them to settle down.
/me He'd open his suit case and take out writing utensils and a couple books, and then he gently puts them on the table.
/me Opens book and flips to page 58 on the history book and slightly looks up at the students with a smile.
/me He'd clear his throat a bit, and then would excuse himself and start talking again.
/me He'd close the book lightly and pack up everything, and his arm would extend outwards as a gesture of letting the students go first.
Backstory
Mars Emerson was born in the city of Rennes, France. He would move to Japan at the age of 13, after his parents moved there to open a Cafe bussiness now known as Heartbucks. He attented Karakura High and graduated. He was interested in majoring in History, as he had helped history teachers at Karakura teach certain topics. His adoptive father became a History Teacher, and this is where he really became interested in studying even for history. At the age of 21, he got a job at the school so that he could use the library once he finished his work to write and publish some history books which became famous in town. After his success, he decided to focus on American history and the effects of it around the world.
