My ban wasn't lifted

My ban was accepted nearly 24 hours ago and I'm still banned. Is there a reason for this or is this normal? I was told it will be lifted shortly. (Sorry If this is the wrong place to put this)

The ban plugin is having some technical difficulties with certain commands, and /unban is one of them. So please sit tight until this is fixed. It should be fixed sometime today, hopefully.
