I spend and enjoy my time on the server and forums by communicating with other users, and maturely role playing with them.
Sometimes i am encountered with Fail RP but i report it without trouble, i have actually been banned a few times for some immature behavior (I have grew out of it).
I don't anymore get in trouble and have full understanding of the rules. I have no other intentions other than educating students and helping others. I also think you'll find I am smart for my age.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: Only to teach students to their full potential and give them a chance to succeed at life and make something out of it, I also want to help anyone who is in need of it.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I have much experience in role playing from other games and i actually find role playing games the best type of game as they portray life in fantasy worlds or even just realistically. i believe i started role playing in general at the age of 7 because of video games and etc* influenced me to.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: The faculty Handbook was suddenly removed for some reason but i still have all the information needed luckily.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs are logs that have recorded data from the previous session that was written down, everything learnt in the class just so they can prove they did the teaching correctly and the amount of money earn't is based on how much data they collected and wrote on their log. And this is crucial just in case they had students doing extra credit work or were doing an additional lesson.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: First of all I would ask my superior or any administration before i did or said anything just to see if it would be possible, i would note down all the classmates allergy's and if they had anything already scheduled so that it would be as neat and planned as possible.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No disrespectful, irresponsible or unsafe behavior. Consequences will be dealt depending on what the situation is and how it was dealt with by the students and staff members. (This applies to everyone)
2. No mobile phones, tablets or any electronics are to be held in class and must be off and inside the students backpack on silent mode. Refusing to put away devices may result in class removal, detention, suspension or even expulsion, depending on how large the offense was.
3. If a group activity is decided, it may or may not be a students choice whether who to be seated with. Any disrespect towards a classmate because of their involvement in the group will be dealt with properly. The level of volume will be decided by the teacher but most of the time, the student must raise their hand to ask a question or tell the teacher something only if the teacher answers to their raised hand. calling out will be dealt will of course depending on what it was.
4. Foul language is unacceptable no matter what the circumstance, every student must feel like they are in a safe, inclusive and friendly environment. Back chatting is also very disrespectful.
5. The most important rule is keeping all body parts to the students selves and are not to touch anyone without their consent in or out of class. Being inappropriate behaving sexually will be dealt with extremely seriously. Caution is always kept in mind with teachers at all times when a student is violent.

My experience personally was great, even in small servers i would always play with my friends and having fun role playing. on this server the experience was even better playing with all these people at once but not feeling crowded. Being a teacher is my only dream and being one in a video game is making our way to the real deal. Even single player role playing games like Skyrim were fun.

"Johnathan" is a very handsome man who originally had the idea of becoming a news reporter but found so much more interest in teaching. he knew it would take great responsibility which he had, He never has an expression because in his homeland all of his relatives died in a freak accident in front of his eyes, this and he was tortured by child traffickers. This would roughen his sense of humor. "Johnathan" see's great potential in every young man and wants to educate them the best he can, He believes someone killed his parents but isn't looking for them though.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Ask them to stop cursing and if that they didn't they would get detention. I would also ask them if they has somewhere to be.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Wait for them to be silent and if they didn't i would say "Stop, Look and Listen" as cringe as it may sound, anything to make them listen to me in an appropriate manner.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Silently drinks his cup of coffee and relax while he could but if anyone asked him a question or etc* he would answer as to not be rude. He would try to encourage the others to relax if they struggled with students.

Born in the Russian slums, he went to primary school and it was rough for him. men holding guns, kids holding sticks and he was holding fear inside him. Dimitri, he never stopped for mercy, he just kept beating him and beating him into submission. "you are nothing!" they would say, but he was much more than they were. Hills was walking home in tears as he saw a large truck in an alleyway with writing on the side, "keep dreaming and grow strong". Hills tried to live by these simple words.
Growing up he started becoming the bigger man, the kid who made the decisions. no one could stop him, not yet anyway. Dimitri didn't care how his opponents looked because he was never the one to beat them. A freak accident with his mum, dad, little brother and older sister killed them all except him. he grew up in a disgusting and messy orphanage filled with rats and spiders. Some lucky day he was thrown out, and then he got lost roaming into an enemy camp.
He was afraid of being hurt so he purposely exposed himself to the men. although he was already somewhat tough, being beat up with the end of a gun made him capable of taking a beating, but also being able do dish it right back out fiercely. Hills sought out to kill all of these men that beat him, all of them. One colorful morning Hills woke up to gunshots. there was a gang war going on. Hills took his chance to escape and he did.
No idea how to drive he went as far as he could to a small empty bar. The first thing visible was a poster, a poster of a man in-front of a school. This is where it began for Hills. All of this was behind him though because he needed this job, a teacher. He was the most respectful to all his colleagues on the way and all he had to do was graduate. He finally found someone he liked and wanted her to be there with him once he graduated. their relationship blossomed like a flower under the light of destiny. And there it came as fast as day, graduation.
