Motivation: My motivation for applying to become a news-reporter is I want to have a good paying job in the city of Karakura and eventually have a steady flow of income to be able to provide for myself. I feel this job will bring great life experience and will be a fun time as I love writing about what's going on in the world anyway.
Knowledge of journalists work? I have plenty of knowledge on journalist work. For example, their job is to gain knowledge on what's going on in the area, put together a neat and organized report, and broadcast it.

Why are reporters important? News reporters play a very important role as without them, nobody will know what's going on in the world and nobody would really know what is going on near them. For example, if theres a serial killer on the lose, nobody is there to make a report on it to warn people.
