Shop #7 would also be a great place to start/reboot a business, as it is near the usual spot where people are known to be around. (I will not give the location out, as I am unsure if it is metagaming.)
Why do you want to own a shop?
I want to own a shop because I actually feel responsible this time, I have been active on the server, but mostly doing nothing for just hours and hours, the last time I applied for a shop is when I applied for the Eleven-7. But before it ever opened, I quit immediately due to the feeling of not having enough responsibility. I noticed that there aren't many shops open, and it is quite annoying to see owners inactive for a very large period of time. I feel responsible because I put a lot of dedication and effort, which is something I have shown in my classes in real life. I want to reboot Suoobway, because after I immediately quit 11/7, I never got to experience how it feels to really be a shop owner. I've been around a lot of people who made pretty good BusinessRP decisions, it has inspired me a lot. After working in 11/7 for months a long time ago, I think it is safe to say I have a lot of experience with people, and how they generally act. I don't have much of a big reputation on the server, besides being originally known as Typeicide to some people, but I spent quite a lot of time on SchoolRP when I have free time, and once again, I want to at least do something productive. Bluntly, I also just want to be able to earn in-game currency, since at this time, if you're not an employee or a shop-owner— It gets quite difficult to earn money.

What do you plan to do with the shop?
Since this shop is basically a Subway, I plan on renovating it a bit to make it look a bit original, I will make the inside look much more like a calm place to study in, or a calm place to just hang around in. I will also create fair prices for the food, and make it a bit more welcoming for customers as they enter the shop. I also plan on remodeling the exterior, because I want to make it look more like it is from Japan and just fixing it so it would look more pleasing for the eyes because currently, it looks too bland. Making the shop look visually better would likely improve the chances of customers.
How will your shop be unique?
My shop would be unique because I plan on selling the items that would actually be sold at that kind of fast food restaurant, such as sandwiches. Workers could even make the sandwiches if the cooking plugin still works. This shop will also be less formal compared to the other shops, but I want to make it more like a spot where people can do their homework, such a usual spot for high schoolers or college students to hang out after classes. The owner (myself) will also be a little bit of a lenient person, but will get strict if things go too far such as a customer causing trouble inside the restaurant to the employees, or even the other customers (E.G. Not leaving the store if told to, bothering customers, persuading other customers to go to another store/advertising their store, bothering working employees and disrupting the work environment, etc). I will create uniforms to fit the fast-food area as well as finding employees who can have a positive impact in the working environment so Suoobway may be known to be a place with friendly people to hang around with.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I plan on having 11 to 13 employees to manage around the store.
One Co-Owner - The Co-Owner will be my right-hand man/woman, they will notify me about an employee who is not doing their job correctly. They will collect the earnings that were collected by the manager to be calculated. They will be able to open the shop when/if I am offline.
This person is a person who my character completely trusts, they also need to be at least 20+
*Two Managers - The manager will be the person who ensures that the employees are doing their jobs correctly. If an employee is caught breaking any kind of rule, the manager will be responsible for notifying me or the co-owner. If they catch a customer breaking some sort of rule, they will be the ones to notify security guards. They will collect the 50% and will give them to either me or the co-owner. They will also be able to open the shop if I am offline. (Though, permission from the Co-Owner or myself will be needed.)
Age Requirement: 19+
This is another job that requires my full trust.
5000¥ an IC Hour
Four to Six Cashiers - Cashiers will be the ones serving the customers, and will be pay back the managers, the owner or the co-owner. At least two to three of these customers will be called to work and must work at least twice in a real-life week, otherwise, they will be fired for inactivity if they do not have a fair excuse to why they were absent.
Workers will pay back 45% of what they earn
Age Requirement: 16+
*Four Security Guards - Security Guards will be responsible for keeping the area safe for the customers, they will ensure that there isn’t any sort of nuisance in the store, and if there is, they will be the ones to get them out. Though, if the force of the nuisances is stronger, they will also be the ones to call the authorities. These people will be paid depending on how long they stay for the shift.
5000¥ every IC Hour
Age Requirement: 19+
* These workers will notify me or the co-owner about how many IC Hours they have worked after getting off their shift, and will have to record them on a text-channel in Discord, and will be paid every week.
