Describe your activity on the server?: During the week, 6-7 hours a day, during the weekend 9-10 hours a day.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yes, I understand that fully and have no problem with that happening to me, if I ever need to be inactive for a while for personal reasons or just in general I will be sure to inform a member of the council or even a staff member before I take my absence.

What is the Student Council?: A student council is a group of elementary/high school children or
even teens who are chosen by other students or peers to work in certain areas of the school, almost every student is welcome to become a councillor but the final judgement is up to the students themselves. Most students who take up the school council learn a basic understanding on how meetings and speeches are conducted, this helps the students in the future with whatever they move onto doing. Other than that the council are the ones who take feedback and ideas from the students and make them a reality, they are like a mouth piece for the students.
What happens in the School Council?: The school council have a meeting once a week where they discuss problems, ideas and desires from the students to keep the school in an environment where everybody wants to learn. This allows the students to build a strong relationship with the council and therefore be more comfortable with sharing their ideas. The entire school council needs to agree for a certain decision, if anyone thinks that there is a problem with an idea, then they must be heard and have their proposal taken into consideration.
Do you prefer to work alone or in a group?: Either, I am not picky with who i'm set with or nobody at all for that matter. I'd personally just focus on the task at hand and not worry about who is around me or who I get to talk to while doing so.
Do you have any experience Roleplaying?: Yes, not only in Minecraft, my experience in role playing varies from games such as GTA V, Arma 3 etc.
Roleplay Scenario
You are on the Student Council and the chairman submits an awful idea. What do you do?: Rather than be rude and completely deny it, try to find a way to improve the idea. Such as discuss it with the entire group further to hopefully gain some sort of advice that'll help the idea become a reality. If the idea is inappropriate then the entire council should have some sort of vote to deny the request, but must always be respectful, never lash out at the person, because at the end of the day they still tried.
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?: People are entitled to their own opinions and I will need to respect that if I am to be a successful councillor. If the council would like to elaborate on why it was a bad idea and provide me with some feedback I will more than happily take that into consideration and take more care in the future when requesting certain things.
There is a split decision on an idea. The Councillors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?: Hoping that my fellow councillors are more mature than that but. If a situation like this was to break out then I would personally try to calm everyone down, now I understand that may not work seeming as they're already in some sort of debate but it's better than joining in and taking a side which will therefore fuel the debate more and possibly start a dispute between councillors. If councillors are to work well together they need to have a stable relationship with each other, otherwise we'll waste more time with arguing rather than actually dealing with the issues at hand with the school.

Why do you want this position? : I personally think that with me being as active as I am and me having a lot of free time that I can help the council with whatever they need. I personally don't think i'm immature but if I need to fix up on a few things I wouldn't mind doing so. This would benefit me as it would give me something to do and also benefit the council itself or even the server in general, having active people helping and suggesting new ideas is never a bad thing in my opinion. Most of all I like having a position in which I can help people express their ideas, this can be done easily with this role so this would be ideal for me.
