What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for applying is that I have been on this server for about a year now and I feel like I am mature enough to apply for a teacher. I also wanted to apply because I have noticed there are not a lot of teachers so I wanted to apply so we have even more.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: yes I do I was a student, I also worked at 11/7 ive been playing for two years.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: yes I have.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: They log when teachers teach the class and they make sure everyone teaches a class.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would make a field-trip application by completing both the OOC application and the IC application using the format provided. In RP, I would talk to the vice principle after gaining signatures from other teachers who would like to join us.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: It would be similar to the ones most people use- raising your hand, not to be disrespectful, no inappropriate language or behavior, not to talk while the teacher is speaking, if you want to go somewhere you have to ask me & if you want to eat/drink in class you make sure you throw all the garbage out.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I'm close friends with someone who has had a teaching role for over a year, and that gives me a good insight as to what I'm getting myself in to.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: You plan all the lessons for that department and train the new incoming teachers. HD is the highest teaching rank.
- QTLS: You are a real teacher and can have class when you like in a school day, but you must discuss and organize with the other teachers.
- NQT: You have the skills to run a classroom, but still need permission from the HD. You also need to get the lesson plans from the HD.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: This server is based off of a School- meaning we need teachers. If you want it to be realistic, you would need classes, which the teachers run.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The lesson planning system that the school has is a must have / could have / should have system. Students should always be prepared, and if they're not, it's their fault.

What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future? My Character,Isobel Shaw,has brown hair and green eyes. I think she's very different from the other teachers because she's a laid back teacher,but when students get out of hand,she will become strict and be able to take control. She thinks that every student has an opportunity to succeed,and that once they want to learn,they will become better thinkers and more positive. She thinks that all teachers have a chance to make learning fun in different ways. Isobel's personality is very sweet and kind to others but can also be encouraging as well. Her plan for the future is to settle down,make learning great again,and have students enjoy learning!

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I will step outside my classroom and tell them that this Behavior is not necessary in school and if they don't stop I will escort them to the Principals Office.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would try to get the students attention by clapping my hands or calling on them when they aren't paying attention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: My character would act very polite and have proper manners but sometimes she might be shy.

Backstory
Isobel was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She had a good life, She lived in the upper class part of Brooklyn. She studied Abroad in Highschool where she went on her first trip to Venice, Italy. Her parents worked hard her Mom Pediatric Nurse and her father was working in the Black Market, where he would sell items to the gangsters in downtown Brooklyn where Isobel was not allowed to go to but She fell in Love with a gangster. Her father didn't want her to be like him so he kicked her out of the house for a little while but this didn't stop her from being with the gangster she then thought it was a good idea to go back home. She saw her mother Pregnant in her 3rd trimester with a baby boy, he died shortly after birth due to water in his lungs shortly after, he was pronounced dead because of lack of oxygen. Isobel was heart very depressed, She wanted to move far away from her old life and forget about everything that happened. So she decided to take the next flight to Karakura, Japan on a morning when her parents weren't home. She always wanted to be a teacher when she was a little girl, so she decided to go college to earn her masters degree in Music and a Minor degree in Science. Shortly after college Isobel went out with her friends for a couple of hours she thought it was a good idea to drink and drive and she caused herself a bad accident where her car flipped over and was rushed to the hospital, she was having an anxiety attack on her way, she was thinking in her head "This is my last moment on this earth" "I'm dying" "Tell my parents I love them". But surely enough her parents got a call from the Emergency room to come quick they spent so much money on the plane to get there as quick as they can, so they did.... (A few Months Later) Isobel's parents have been helping her at home when she has been feeling ill or from the impact on her brain remembering what happened. Finally in the mail comes her Application, it has been accepted, So she's finally going to start working in September. She's so happy to see all of her students coming on her first day.
