What timezone are you in?:
I’m in Central Standard Time (GMT -6:00.)

Do you have Discord? If you do, list it here:
I do, currently, it is alli#0927.

How long have you been on the server for?:
I first started playing around the end of 2017, I believe. I continued to play much after school along with on the weekends and I genuinely enjoyed it. Later on, I had taken a break in the summer, lasting for a few months until I came back a little bit before winter. I had continued to play for a little while more, continuing my frequent activity before once again taking a much needed 3-week break. After that, I’m back once again. And, my ar check is currently 125 days at the time of writing this application.

Do you have any previous bans or kicks?:
Previous, yes. During the start of my time on SRP, I had acted out and got banned for around 2 minutes for server disrespect. It took place around 2 years ago, however, I can assure you that I have matured greatly since then. Ongoing, no. If I happen to have any more bans besides the one listed (I heavily doubt I do), I was not aware of it. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any proof.

What’s your motivation for applying?:
Well, last time when I was a doctor, I suppose it kept me busy and I guess I feel like I could socialize freely with my other co-workers when things began to chill down at the hospital. Working there was honestly one of my best and my most favorite experience I ever had on SchoolRP. Most of the time on the server, I just wandered around, feeling too scared to roleplay with people I didn't know, and it was honestly a bit boring. But, again, the hospital kinda pulled me out of that anti-social habit of mine, I felt like I could have fun again as I can actually socialize with others without that anxiety, and while it was stressful and at times, scary working on operations, overall I just miss the experiences it gave me, the sort of freedom I felt in the job, my friendships, etc.
Another reason I’d like to apply once again for doctor is that I just love helping people. Both my character and I have somewhat the same morals, and mine is usually to just help people in any way I possibly can. Even though it’s just roleplaying, it still gives me this wonderful feeling of helping people and assisting their characters.

What are you applying for?:
I am applying for the position of Doctor.

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
I suppose I'd know a lot about what the job contains and what is required of me in the Karakura Hospital, as I've experienced most of it firsthand whilst I worked there about a month ago. I remember most of what our guidelines were along with what the doctor position regularly does and what we fill in for if a certain position were to be completely offline; example, if someone were to require surgery and no surgeons were able to log on, the doctors would most likely need to fill in. Most of what I was capable of doing or what I was required to perform is still fresh in my mind.

Do you know the basic Color Codes for medical emergencies?:
• Code Red - There may be a possibility or it is assured that there is a fire hazard within the building.
• Code Orange - A hazardous substance has been spilled.
• Code Yellow - There is a natural disaster of any kind taking place.
• Code Green - An emergency evacuation will need to take place immediately due to unfortunate circumstances.
• Code Blue - A patient is currently experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency and a team of EMS must be on the scene to attempt at saving them.
• Code Violet - There is a violent individual who may be within the Hospital disturbing and/or affecting patients and staff.
• Code Pink - An infant or child has or is currently being abducted.
• Code Brown - There are severe weather conditions and that it could affect the Hospital, such as its power, the structure of the building, et cetera.
• Code Black - There is a bomb threat to the Hospital.
• Code Silver - There is an active shooter within the vicinity of the Hospital.
• Code White - The inhabitants within the hospital (staff and patients) will need to evacuate.

Are you aware that each position has a set minimum age limit?:
I am aware, and I will follow the age limit.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I do, however, I can assure that my activity will not be an issue.

What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
I suppose I still know the basics. Mainly that we are to help people with injuries and such that they may have suffered due to circumstances or accidents and that it’s used to help save people's lives from diseases or deadly occurrences. If you don’t have the proper knowledge of it, you could possibly make a major misstep that could result in the end of life you are attempting to help. You also have an array of tools to help you, along with colleagues to assist you with this. However, the more intense aspects such as surgeries and a few other emergencies I have difficulties with, I may need some guidance on (or I may need to observe, frankly both will help me learn,) before I’m confident to do it on my own.

List all the EMS roles and their jobs:
Head Physician - The Head Physician is the one selected to run the hospital (alongside their assistants.) They maintain many responsibilities such as selecting applicants, dealing with paychecks, promotions and demotions, meetings and much more.

Clinical Manager - Clinical Managers are assistants to the Head Physician. They're the ones who manage the hospital if the Head Physician weren't around; they may not have all the responsibilities as the Head Physician but they do assist them in any way possible.

Clinical Leads - A Clinical Lead is a person who has great knowledge of their set occupation and has been trusted enough to manage their team (example; a C.L surgeon managing their team, the surgeons, ) they also may assist the Head Physician with a few responsibilities.

Surgeon - A surgeon is able to perform surgical operations along with prescribing medication, check-ups, examine patients along with diagnosing illnesses and/or treat serious or minor injuries.

Doctor - A doctor examines patients, diagnose and treat illnesses and/or injuries, prescribe medication, and at times may assist or lead a surgical operation.

Veterinarian - A veterinarian treats animals who have been wounded and/or sick, as well as finding and helping choose new owners for the abandoned pets.

Nurse - A nurse treats injured and/or ill patients and even assist doctors and surgeons in diagnosing patients. At times they may offer advice to their patients and help doctors/surgeons decide treatment for a patient.

Psychiatrist - A Psychiatrist deals in the more emotional and mental part of medical treatment. They, at times, act as a the****** and assist patients who may have any type of mental illness or disability.

How are you like during and off shift?:
In general, Cosette is reserved and prefers to keep to herself. Socializing isn't exactly her prime so interacting with others is nearly impossible in her eyes nowadays. She is in no way shy, but she has a dislike towards the overall act most citizens have in Karakura and she just prefers to stay out of that. If she's by those she knows and feels comfortable around, she'll be more vocal and outgoing, but if she's by herself in a group she doesn't know at all, it'll result in the opposite reaction; an anti-social reaction.

On the job, she strives to be professional and a tad strict with her other co-workers but she may let loose from time to time depending on the overall environment. She may be a tad explosive if shoved under layers and layers of pressure but she is slowly working at her composition. She can be a bit panicky if shoved in a situation she doesn't know how to deal with but someone beside her during it may calm her. Sometimes she may let out a joke or two near the ones she's closest too, but again it depends on the overall environment.

How would you describe your personality in summary?:
Cosette is painfully shy and reserved; hence why she’d usually be by herself most of the time. She communicates with others, but it’s either about basic topics or if she’s just required to communicate with them. She understands that communication is important for the job, and she will communicate but she won’t be quick to befriend everybody right away, nor will she feel personally comfortable near them. However, she does convince herself to put a large amount of trust within her co-workers, which will greatly help her in talking with them.

How would you describe your appearance?
She is suspected to be suffering from anxiety. However, she has no recorded physical illnesses.

Do you have any mental or physical illnesses we should be aware of?
She is suspected to be suffering from anxiety along with depression, however, she is attempting to improve as much as possible. However, she has no recorded physical illnesses.

Cosette Brodeur was born on the date October 21st of 1994; a few years after her older brother, Corvin Brodeur, to both Viviane Brodeur and Arek Brodeur. Unfortunately, her mother passed away after the birth. This put the family in grief, although Cosette and Corvin were a bit too young to know what was going on, they at least knew something was wrong, something was… gone. Someone was just… gone.

They grew up with a strict and at times neglective father. He was prone to snap at the siblings so they tended to avoid him many times. They often hung out with each other and kept close as at that time, they were both the only family they had, until Cecile Brodeur, sister to Arek, Cosette’s and Corvin’s aunt entered their life.

She was almost like a guardian figure to them; a teacher, and funny enough... guardian angel. She would always take care of the two whilst Arek was out taking care of family duties, she would always be the one to stand up for the children during one of Arek’s outbursts; she meant everything to them. Until she was nowhere to be seen again.

The two siblings were puzzled at this, they even asked their father, but, as usual, he snapped at and they eventually gave up even wondering where she went, but it wouldn’t be long until they figured out what happened. It was when they were both of age, Corvin being 14, Cosette being 12, that they were introduced to the… business side of the Brodeur family.

It was somewhat of an elite illegal family business, allied with other families and groups similar to it. The details won’t be delved into as they don’t play much of significance in Cosette’s life currently, however, the most shocking part is when they realized what had happened to Viviane and Cecile. Viviane passed after birth; Cecile was killed by an organization against the Brodeur’s and their allies. They were distraught and terrified. They were born into a life that seemed risky, dangerous, even criminal. They didn’t want this.

But, it seemed that they had no choice but to accept the fact that this would be their life. They continued to grow up, not that involved in the family until both were older. Corvin was announced to be the next family head of Brodeur's once Arek retired or passed as he was the current head. Cosette was chosen as his second in command, meaning she would not only be next in line if something were to happen to her brother, but she would have to protect him, defend him; risk her own life for him. She would have to learn how to do just that.

She had remembered that Cecile was Arek's second in command as well, instead of pure defense, she would be the sort of a medic for the family and for her brother. She wanted to learn to do both. If she could not only fight back to protect her brother and family but an attempt to save them, it seemed like a good idea in her eyes. However, none were simple. Both options she pursued were beyond difficult.

Normally Cosette was physically weak, so physical training was no walk in the park. The main people who trained her was Arek Brodeur, and her grandfather Francis Brodeur, the last former family head. But, the other part of Cosette's goals seemed easy. She was normally pretty smart in her classes, all she had to do was push herself harder. Becoming advanced in the medical field would take work, and she was willing to work as hard as possible. If it was for her brother, she would push herself beyond the breaking point. Around that time, Cosette had adopted a brown tabby kitten named Charlie. Cosette adored her. She was now one of the biggest parts of Cosette’s world. Charlie was now her family.

Many years passed later, Corvin had graduated high school and was sent to college. As Cosette was still in high school, she couldn't go with to protect him. She wasn't that worried, after all, he got more intense training than she did to protect himself. She was confident he'd be safe. Until a year later, in Corbin's second year of university, he'd been reported missing; a high chance of him being murdered. Cosette was in absolute grief. It was difficult to cope with. She lost another person dear to her. But, at least she still had her kitten, Charlie… right?

However, the last person she treasured in her life wouldn’t stick around long. Graduation was coming close for Cosette, meaning college would be another new journey for her. But, she was worried about what to do with Charlie. The colleges she got accepted to didn’t allow pets in the dorms, and she couldn’t trust her family not to neglect her kitten. She worried frequently about it but began to notice strange signs from Charlie. At first, it was her not eating, her going outside the litterbox, not as active… Charlie was still quite young, so it obviously couldn’t be old age. However, as Corvin passed and the Cosette was now next to be the family head, she had to go through more training and teachings that took up most of her time, and school may have been close to finished, but she still had to focus.

Unfortunately, she found out too late. Cosette skipped a teaching session to bring her kitten to a vet. They performed a few tests and took a blood sample. They requested to have Cosette leave Charlie with them for the night before they get any results back. She was hesitant, but she agreed. These were professionals, they knew what they were doing, everything would be alright. The next day brought grim news. Cosette had gotten a call from the vet clinic, and Charlie had a tumor in her liver. It would be too late to do anything non-drastic, or anything that wouldn’t help her kitten.

Cosette was far past distraught. Charlie, the last living being she had cared about is… basically going to die. She’s going to die because Cosette was too caught up in studies, trainings, teachings- she felt more than guilt. Believe it or not, this was world-shattering for the girl. Sadly, Charlie passed away a month after. They had gotten her cremated, and Cosette kept the ashes in a nicely designed blue urn.

The family took a few precautions before sending Cosette off to university. They suspected that the prime reason Corvin was killed was because of his status as the next family head in. They had an idea to change Cosette completely. They had dyed her hair to a more reddish shade, given her green contacts and changed her birth name to ‘Charlotte Brodeur.’ She would more so fit the appearance of another family member and could pass off as another relative to them, as long as they hide the truth, the next family head would hopefully make it through without suffering the same fate as her brother.

Whilst at university, she had not only taken up majors and minors relating to the medical field, but she had fallen in love and soon started a relationship with a man she grew close to in her second year of university, his name was irrelevant, as the relationship seemed to take an abusive turn soon leading to the scar on Cosette's hip. Fortunately, the police had taken care of it.

Cosette was in quite an amount of distress and worry for a while. She had lost so many people, she had to lead a group she never wanted to be part of, she had to manage the businesses, and it would be without the people she once cared about by her side. But, soon she came to accept the fact that this was the real world, and she would have to be alone in it. Graduation followed after this realization.

Years passed and Cosette's leadership was drawing close. However, she had gotten a task handed to her. She was to travel to Japan with her grandfather and soon bring along more family along as they set up the business, make more allies, but the city she would be sent to left Cosette unsettled. She had heard this city was prone to gang violence, illnesses, outbreak viruses, and many more incidents. She questioned if it would be safe to travel to, but she was reminded she wouldn't have to stay there long. As long as everything got set up, she could come back home.

So, she left immediately during the Summer on her own for now, gathering information about the town as soon as possible from the citizens. She was actually quite intrigued at what this town’s history was. Perhaps she wouldn't mind sticking around for a while.

Many events took place during Cosette's time in Karakura (but I'll briefly mention them to prevent this story from getting way longer than needed) such as meeting a few acquaintances, setting up business behind the scenes, soon changing her appearance and name back to its original one, working a few jobs and soon even leaving the Brodeur family along with halting the business, sending everyone back home, cutting all contact and becoming a Saiky. Cosette no longer wanted to be apart of the legacy the Brodeur family had; she didn't want to walk the path forced onto her.

Of course, she had soon fallen into a depressive state and soon left elsewhere for a while to help treat her… issues. But, it wouldn't be long until she returned, especially in greater health.
