I am very active in both the server and the forums. On the server I average about 2-4 hours per one session and 6 hours every day. On the forums I believe I am active as I try to read all the posts possible and reply to them. I am currently in level 24 I believe.

Trivia

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I want to become a teacher (again) because it makes the roleplay more realistic especially in ICT because I do not know if we ever had any active ICT teachers before in SchoolRP. Since I have been a teacher before I know what it is like to Roleplay as a teacher and what you have to do. I believe that all that will change is the subject for me.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I do have a lot of experience in roleplaying as both a teacher, student, shop owner, and some more. I have roleplayed with the teacher role for about 1.5 months where I taught about 37 classes before temporarily leaving the role. I know how the Roleplaying rules go and I believe I can do a good job Roleplaying as a teacher again.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
I have read and understood it.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs is a google sheet on how many classes a teacher taught, what the HD, QT, and NQT of a subject are and how many weekly classes a teacher taught. It can be found in the forums where you find two sheets, one about all of the classes that have been put in the logs starting from some time ago to today and two what I explained before.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would ask the headmaster for permission to go to a local ICT Museum, if the answer is a positive, I would tell my students that there will be a field trip to an ICT Museum at the best date possible. I will bring four chaperones with me, permission slips needed and I will get a substitute teacher in placement if any student cannot make it and a summary shall be written. If the answer is no, the answer won't let me down and I will go on teaching, I might though try again on another date.


As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Respect for self, others, and school
2. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself
3. No eating or drinking during class
4. Keep flip-phones in pockets or bags during class
5. Swearing or racist comments will not be tolerated inside a classroom
6. Be prepared (for example always bring a pen, pencil and a book)
7. Always remember to do your homework and hand it in on the correct day.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have been a teacher in SchoolRP before so I know what the RP experience is like, I have taught many classes reaching 37 (for the time I have been a teacher) and I know what to do in Roleplay. I also have many ICLY and OOCLY friends who work for the school ICLY so that always will help my experience.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: Head Of Department, this role is the Head of Department of a subject, he/she can teach freely and has to know what the QTLS is teaching and to give permission for an NQT to teach.

- QTLS: Qualified Teacher with Learning Skills, this role is a teacher who is well Qualified to teach freely, however, he/she must tell the HD of their subject which section of the subject they are teaching in.

- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher, the newly qualified teacher MUST ask their HD for permission to teach in classes and when they do they must tell what section of the subject they are teaching in.


Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
In Game:
In Game the teacher teaches one class either Period 2, 3, 4 or any other after-school activity or any tutoring, where their purpose is to teach the students what they are talking about, their subject and how it should be learning, with the salary, the teacher should be happy with whatever they are getting, because it reflects how either they are working and teaching.
OOC:
Out of the character, the teacher should still be a role model to his/her students and be as very very respectful to all others and following the rules.

In the teachers spare time, the teacher can walk do after school classes, they can also go to a local shop and do all legal things that a teacher should do, a teacher can be around 11/7 and answer any needed questions.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
What is a school without any teachers? Teachers are paramount and vital to both SchoolRP and any school, they teach students what they have to learn for now and the future, the preparation to university and to their future life and job. If there were no teachers, it would be called RP, not SchoolRP.
In Conclusion, teachers are crucial to schools.

Strolk P Troken is a man born in Russia, Moscow in 1950. His father fought in the World War and he taught him how to be a strong but also smart man. Strolk was never going to be a "strong" man since his mother hated him leaving the home and going out to the gym with his father so he thought of something different, technology. He thought he would use his brains to use it in a better way and that is what he did.

Being aged 68 he is an old male standing at 5'9 with good posture an average build, white hair, and light blue eyes. He weighs 135lbs and is known for being a friendly nice man but he can definitely be very stubborn indeed.

He would wear a rolled up white shirt with a tie and black trousers, combing what is left of his hair. He is in good health but he has an everlasting cough due to previous life smoking.

He thinks his students as his apprentices and he teaches them his old and new ways of ICT, he knows all about ICT as he studied it for about 55 years of his life.

The other teachers are simple to him, colleagues, nothing else, sure he can get into a conversation but he already has his friends and for him, there is no need into getting to know them deeply.

His plans for the future is to know a new type of ICT and soon retire at the age of 85.



Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Holding his cane high he would tap it on the floor staring into the delinquents. He would clear his throat and tell them to stop, he would follow them secretly and if they do not stop, an immediate detention would be put in place.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would clear my throat and tap my cane on the floor looking at each and every one of them. I would be telling them to listen up now and if they do not they will have to do the work for homework, he would know that would get their attention.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Calm, keeping himself to himself, will talk if asked to but he would not really start a conversation.

Backstory
Strolk P Troken is a man born in Russia, Moscow in 1950. His father fought in the World War and he taught him how to be a strong but also smart man. Strolk was never going to be a "strong" man since his mother hated him leaving the home and going out to the gym with his father so he thought of something different, technology. He thought he would use his brains to use it in a better way and that is what he did. He self-taught himself ICT but his mother was fond of him becoming smart so she paid and got him into a school. Life went on and he became a successful ICT man the town he lived in Moscow, he taught kids, adults how to use an old computer. When he reached the age of 15 his father passed away due to cancer, Strolk was not seen for 5 weeks. He came back a fresh looking teenager ready to learn more. When he did come back it was three years of the same life. When he reached university he thought that computers were going to be his life so he followed that passion, he had achieved a scholar to study inside the U.S which made him only better with Technology. Later life was happy, he married a woman named Beatrice and worked at a company where he would help make some new devices.
Life went on and he knew that this life was getting old and he had to do something different. He moved to Japan from New York with his family and thought for a while. Instead of fixing myself, I will teach. Looking for schools around Japan he found a nice city named Karakura where Karakura high was being taught. One of his good friends from Brazil in the Secrost family was teaching their, the man who taught him Portuguese. He applied to become a teacher and that is where he is now.
