What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
After resigning from Office Secretary a few months ago, I kind of wanted to work back in the school again because I missed it but this time as a teacher so I can get more experience in this type of roleplay I have also always wanted to be a teacher from 2015 when I joined SchoolRP, I also want to help new people to SchoolRP if they don't know what they are doing.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I believe I have quite a lot of experience in roleplay. I've been roleplaying for maybe 5 years now, and I've learned a lot throughout those years.

Yes, I have.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are for teachers. It's important that teachers log when they're teaching and what they taught. It also shows the staff that the teacher is active and doing their job correctly.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If I was to organize/start a school field trip, I send a letter to the Principal's office at least one fortnight before the actual trip. If approved, I gather at least 4 teachers to help supervise students. Then, I'll have to make permission slips for my students to go on this trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. In my class, you will not use your phones while a lesson is taking place.
2. There will be no eating in my class.
3. Have respect for others. Don't interrupt another student, or teacher when speaking.
4. Profanity will not be tolerated.
5. Violence in my class is also not tolerated. If violence was to occur, you will be given detention and will be reported to the Principal.
6. Coming to class with the proper materials will benefit your learning experience.
7. Keep your station tidy.
8. Raise your hand before speaking.
9. Take pride in your work. Don't slack off.
10. Treat people the way you'd like to be treated.

I have roleplayed as an Adult, Office Secretary, School Council and a Highschool student but nothing else.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department - You will be in charge of planning lessons for that department, and will train the new incoming teachers.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Of Learning Skills - You're a certified teacher, capable of hosting a class by yourself. You still discuss and organize with other teachers.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - You have the skills to run a classroom, but will still receive help from the Head of Department.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers are in our lives for the purpose of teaching us how to live our lives, they teach us everything that most of us would like to know. Teachers are at times like a second set of parents, they are there to correct us and educate us for the future that we all hold. They protect the students when they aren't at home, and they try their hardest to make sure that all the students are doing their very best. Teachers sacrifice so much time in their day to plan out the week's schedule, grade student work, and then they don't make very much, usually, around 55k maybe less, and they end up putting in more than they get. Teachers are here to make sure that each and every student has themselves together and know how to do many things on their own once the students graduate.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
It wouldn't be a SchoolRP without teachers. Teachers are what brings realism and what makes the server more fun to be on. Many of the teachers now probably resemble their own teachers outside the server.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The 'Must have, Could have, Should have' system.

Warn them, if they do not heed the warning then I'd simply warn them once again in a more stern tone. After that, if they still do not change their ways I'd send them away to detention.

First I'd shout over them, and if all else fails I'd blow into a whistle that I have to gain their attention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Act like his normal self, casual, respectful, and very kind to everyone.

Backstory
When Liam reached the age of 7, his father began to beat his mother due to the anger and purebred hatred their toxic relationship had birthed. He was reminded constantly by his father that he was a just a mistake which would never accomplish anything with his life. Within Liam, anxiety from the mere existence of his father began to chip away at his sanity as he would lock himself within his room and programmed on his computer. He wasn't very good at it but he'd enjoy it so much that it would put his entire life on a whole new track.
Despite all the hardships and emotional abuse he faced as a child, his life turned around when he reached high school and went on to study ICT as he wanted to educate the future generations on a topic he held so dearly in his heart; technology. It wasn't easy at first but he picked up the basics one step at a time. When it came to his exams, he passed with relative ease, receiving an A. Liam chose to gain more knowledge about technology when he went to university.
