Personality:
Arisu is a kind individual in which seems rather optimistic in most situations; however, in certain situations it would be clear that she is not in such a great mood. Arisu can sometimes be a rather closed off person, when it comes to her emotions. She isn't afraid to step up and defend someone - however in a major situation she'll do the only thing she can do. As a believer in shinto-ism, peace is her top priority. She is a sociable lady, however, when it comes to romance, she is quite unsure on how to portray herself due to her closed off background.

Arisu is generally a reasonable, and nice girl. She'd be very appreciative of the things she is given. Doing things that aren't peaceful, will cause her to distance herself from you.

Arisu has various different hobbies, however she tends to stick to a few, as she has a limited amount of time. She is centred around studying for college. Them few hobbies in which she has is very simple and straight forwards. She sees herself as a writer, so she spends some free time writing books of her own in order to work towards her aspirations. On the side, she sees herself as a musical girl, no where near professional however she is very good when it comes to singing. Lastly, she see's herself as a woman of adventure - always looking for interesting places to discover, and to travel to.

Serious problems/disorders/addictions/flaws/disabilities:
Arisu doesn't have any serious addictions, or disabilities, however you can see her kindness as a flaw to her, she doesn't know when to back off for her own good; sometimes putting herself in harms way in order to provide safety to the good people in which she surrounds herself with. She doesn't know how to turn a blind eye to certain things, initially being the hamartia to this character. Her beliefs sometimes causes her to drive people away; well, those in which do things wrong before her eyes or if she finds out. She is able to cut ties with even the closest people and develop a mild hatred towards the person for their bad actions towards another civil human-being.

Skills:
Arisu is considered to be an academic person, this ties into her backstory. However, it could be deemed that her ability to learn quickly is seen as a skill. Other than that, she has an exceptional singing voice, and has quite a bit of skill when it comes to musical instruments. But her biggest skill is her ability to use the Japanese language to make in-depth and entertaining books for people to read; she has clear ability and natural talent to use the vast amount of knowledge to make a riveting story. She has little amount of physical skill - for example, she isn't exactly the best when it comes to sports. However, the only sport in which she is able to do well in is Kendo. However she rarely participates in this sport.

Quirks:
Arisu has a few quirks to her personality. Arisu is considered a neat freak, meaning she likes everything to be neat and tidy; if not then she would take it upon herself to make it a personal task to make it neat and tidy. Her politeness and formality is considered a quirk. She is always nice, and presents herself properly. Lastly, she is considered a fantastic cook, with the ability to make amazing dishes.

Backstory:

The Nishimura history is quite unknown until the 1960s. However, from the stories that was passed down from generation to generation of the Nishimura family.

1960s:
Fumiko and Daishi founded each other at the Fushimi Inari Shrine, where this tail of love begins. Some can deem it as love at first sight, however Daishi was somewhat reluctant to make things too quick between them. Daishi was a High-class male of society, with quite a bit of money behind him. He was one of the many rich men within the city of Kyoto. On the other hand, Fumiko was a regular female, with an average pay and a middle sized home. Daishi was under the strict control of his parents, they wanted him to find a perfect woman of the same class of him. It is considered a formality and a tradition for the male to be the 'aggressor' in the development of a relationship between a couple. However, between Fumiko and Daishi, Fumiko was the person leading the development of the relationship. Both families were deep believers in Shintoism, therefore they both would see each other over multiple occasions. As time progressed, and Daishi's family began to fade - with the loss of his parents, he gained full control over his family; being the Nishimura's. With there being no one else there for him, the only person who was there to provide love and care for Daishi was Fumiko. Time progressed and Daishi began to heal and recover from the loss of his parents. The love between Daishi and Fumiko gradually getting stronger with each passing day, more and more time spent together... Before you know it, the couple had been married, and gave birth to Noriko. The first, of the three children they had. The other two being later on in life; as Noriko got older and older.

1970s:
The Nishimura family was finally on the recovery from the loss of the two main, key family members. Noriko was the first of the 3 children in which Fumiko and Daishi had. This made her, the Haire to the family. She was enrolled to a prestigious school in Kyoto, the best one around. Along side of the rest of the family, Norkio was also highly religious; following the Shintoism beliefs. She would become to be a highly sociable lady, with a lot of knowledge behind her. However, this didn't change the fact she was majorly bullied by her upper-classmen at the school in which she attended. As for Mai and Kazuki they were both starting out in life. With the pressure being placed on Noriko, she was expected to follow the many traditions of the Japanese life style. Learning the arts of Shintoism and the things she must do in order to be a successful Haire to the family. From there on, as she got older, she started to become more confident, and out-going. She was highly intelligent from such a young age; the family was extremely proud of Noriko and her achievements so far in life; they have high expectations for the future.

1980s:
As Noriko grew older, and older - she began to adjust to her way of life, and was fully aware of the responsibilities she had upon her shoulders. Her farther, Daishi told her: "Progression comes from one's struggle". In which Noriko then followed this advice for the rest of her school days. She began to feel her aspirations come through; someone dreaming of where she wanted to be when she was older. In comparison to Daishi's farther and mother, he was much easier on Noriko. Daishi believed that controlling the fate, and outcome of your children is something that should never be forced, or controlled. He was simply giving Noriko the life that he was never able to have; while also passing down the family to her with all the responsibility that came along with it. Noriko was grateful for the life she had so far, and made her first huge decision in life; by agreeing to take on the responsibility of the family.

1990s:
Noriko moves up into high school. Starting out in her high school years, she became more and more sociable, her grades becoming the highest the school has ever seen. She was highly supported by the family. During Noriko's high school life, she took the role of Council President, helping run the school and improve it. This means she had a relatively high reputation within the school. This also helped her become a good leader, granting her the ability to run a good team that provides insightful information for the school. By the end of her high-school life, she had surpassed the expectations of the school, and her family. Doing so in the mean time, she managed to find herself a loving, and well mannered boyfriend; that being Kazumi. In 1997, Noriko and Kazumi married - however, this was deemed an early age for Noriko to get married at. But despite that, she was in love with him, and would not let anything stop her from being with him; as it is her choice. After 3 years of marriage, they finally decided that it would be time for a child of their own. And therefore, a new child was going to be added to the Nishimura family.

2000s:
In 2001, Arisu Nishimura was born. This is where Arisu's story begins. She was a very fast learner, so meaning it was quite early on when it came to Arisu speaking her first word and learning to walk. Her early childhood was rather simple, and easy. When getting in to her school years, she was quite keen on learning and always had a passion for writing. She'd always be seen reading the small picture books from the library. As she got older, she started to read the more advanced, and complex books. Already from such a young age, her aspiration was to become a professional writer. Arisu was never really the one for dating, so she never really 'got close' with anyone. It was in Kyoto where Arisu met Hana Yagi, her current best friend. They formed a close bond with each other extremely quickly and would often be seen together at school. Hana was Arisu sister that she never really had. Like Noriko, she was enrolled into a prestigious school in order to provide her with the best knowledge. She was under-preforming in her early school years, but made big improvements over the years. Her mother and farther wasn't concerned about giving Arisu the talk about handing the responsibility down to Arisu; due to the fact that Noriko and Kazumi was so young when they had Arisu - so it wasn't that much of a major concern to them. They thought it was best to give Arisu the freedom in which she deserves. It was Arisu decision to go to a Karakura. She started there at the age of 17, when her parents bought her a place of her home until she could fund for herself. She passed her examinations with flying colours thanks to the support given by her family. In the time she had off between high school, and joining college she took it upon herself to visit her distant family, being Mai; she spend the whole summer with her, enjoying the outdoors of Hankone. She even took the time to write a short story on the time she spent there. Before she even knew it, the summer was over and she had to return to Karakura for college; at the start of the year she applied to become a college councillor; in which she enjoyed being a part of, getting to know her current friends. Not to forget the fact she wasn't alone when she came to Karakura, she had moved with a very close friend, Hana Yagi. Arisu and Hana have always been close friends; and she cherishes the friendship she has with her.
