Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have never been banned from this server from what I can remember, but I have been kicked from the server. I hope to never be banned from this excellent SchoolRP.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I can ensure you that I will do my best to come on as often as I can.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Associate Headteacher is higher in the rankings higher than a deputy but is also less senior than the but then again they are also in effect the Head Teacher but in the Head's absence but also in some cases serve as the headteacher.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes I am an office assistant going for bigger dreams in this roleplays that's also the part reason why I'm going for Associate HeadTeacher
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My experience in this roleplay has enlarged in over they's past few years of playing I've played many other servers but they're not as good as this one I've decided to put as much time and effort into this server, that's how much it means to me.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: The Associate Head Teacher is rather a female or male role that is played by someone and they help out the head teacher with work and help others, they can do many things such as a headteacher can too.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: i will build up with three warnings that the last time id take them right to the head teacher and explain the situation and furthermore lay down some consequences as an Associate Headteacher and put them into detention, if they where to carry on I would take the situation further with the head teach and maybe ask for this student to be expelled.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I will begin to ask what situation I shall be dealing with, furthermore into the conversation I would ask if it would be suitable for me and ask about the health and safety of the students and other teacher and even my self. I would ask if we could get a specialist to come out and deal with the situation put in place by the Headteacher.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would sit down and speak with the teacher and explain what they could do better and what they were doing wrong and if they went on to be out of order towards me i would consult the Headteacher and report the teacher responsible for the situation.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My motivation for joining the YHS is that id like to help out with this lovely school and help out even more because I know that we can do better as a school but I feel like with that little extra bit of help we could make it better than ever before and make it bigger better and stronger, I'm always open to new things that's why I have chosen this very job because I want to see how I would act in other situations and test my self.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I feel like I should be accepted over other applications because I have more past experience and also being an office worker, and office assistant so I feel like I would be suitable for this job because ill give it my best and show how hard I can work for your lovely school and show how good I can be. This school means everything to me I've always tried doing my best to help pupils and other teachers and I feel like i should be picked because i can prove that i can give it my all.
