Previous warns/kicks/bans:
Banned once when I was newer to the server (it was months ago) and I wasn’t as mature as I should of been, so I decided to metagame in order to not lose my character. My second one was a mistake, as I had to go help my dad do yard work, and due to his old age he needed my help and my brother was not home at the time, I even sent proof but I still got banned for "AvoidRP" when I logged off, then unbanned a couple hours later and Sam apologized saying I couldn't help having to leave.

Shop wanted:
Shop 12

Why do you want to own a shop?:
Why do I want to own a shop? There are many reasons why, but I will name a few. First of all, the experience. Playing SchoolRP for quite a while, I’d like to have as many experiences as possible, being a shop owner is one of those I’d like to have. My second reason is because creating your own shop means you get to create your own environment. It’s something you created. And, I guess it just feels special. My third reason is I get to build a community with my shop, meet new people, things like that. And I think it’d be fun to meet new people and create my own community within that shop. My third and final reason is to get involved with the community. I know I haven’t made much of an effort to do so, but I’d like to get more involved with the BusinessRP community and learn new things. This whole thing is a learning experience for me, and I’m excited for newly found knowledge.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to have the shop be a sort of cafe. The cafe will have specials such as family nights on a Saturday, where there will be a certain percentage off of meals for 18 and younger. On Friday it will be date night, where people that come with a date will get a certain percentage off, and the atmosphere will be a very romantic one. People will have to talk quieter as to not disturb the other players, so they can have a great time with their loved ones and everyone will feel welcome.

There will be a team of workers who do delivery, so if the players don’t want to go to the store they can call my character and she will send a delivery person over to deliver the customers chosen items after pay.

I also plan to have events that only happen on certain days, for everyone in the community to unite and become “one” and for people to have a fun time and forget about their worries, maybe even make new friends while in the process.

On Sunday I will host a Karaoke night, anyone is welcome to come and perform. At the end there will be a small contest for the best singers, along with three judges the owner picks from the crowd randomly. The judges will talk together and then tell the owner who they think is the best, and if I agree they’ll announce and then have a small reward after, for the winner.

I'll be changing the name to "Goyang-i" which means "cat" in Korean. Pronunciation is "quey-on-ee".
How will your shop be unique?:
I am wanting to do different cosplay themed days. For one week the workers will dress up as a certain cosplay. On Monday, the employees will wear the outfit as someone from the anime Tokyo Ghoul. Tuesday will be someone from Fullmetal Alchemist. Wednesday is Sword Art Online. Thursday is Bleach. Friday is Pokemon. Saturday is Fairy tail, and Sunday is Attack on Titan.

My shop will also be unique by the fact that two Korean females are running it, the atmosphere will have a Korean style to it, accommodating the two girls and making them feel more at home there. The exterior will be bright colors to make the atmosphere more happy, and there’s Korea’s flag hung up on the wall.

On the top floor, there is a room excluded to parties. People can go up to the owner and ask to rent it for up to six ic hours, or until the shop closes. This would be for major events such as a party for someone returning home, birthday parties, or a wedding. If it’s a wedding they’ll tell me in advance so I can decorate it according to how they want it, and make the room fit for a wedding, while following their guidelines.

There will be a “sleepover” night on Monday where anyone that wants to come can, snacks will be provided and there will be different movies playing until late in the night, and then they can either go home or stay there until the morning as sleeping bags will be provided. Keep in mind there will be many more events planned, as soon as I contemplate more.

How many employees are you planning to have?:
The employees I am planning to have are listed below;

One Manager

The manager is the most important employee. They help the owner with their duties or handle them entirely when the owner can’t be present. A manager can open and close the establishment, purchase needed supplies, train and manage the other employees, track inventory, deal with suppliers, and many other miscellaneous tasks.

One Chef
Normally the chef is the star attraction when working in a restaurant, often creating their own culinary masterpieces and making or breaking a restaurant. The salary of the Chefs depends on their working experience, and how skilled they are when it comes to their cooking.

Two Cooks
The cooks often help the Chefs during peak hours, such as weekend rushes. They can work as a line cook, do simple preparation during slow periods. The more experienced cook out of the two can also take care of food preparation before the restaurant opens during slow times and after the restaurant closes.

Four to Six Serving Staff
The serving staff are the people that your customers will have the most interaction with, so they must make a good impression to keep customers from coming back. Servers must be able to work well under pressure, being able to meet the demands of the customers at several tables while keeping a positive and pleasant demeanor.

Two Hosting Staff
Hosting Staff can seat guests when Serving Staff cannot, they can often take reservations ahead of time and can also determine the first impression my customers form of my serving staff.

Two Buspersons
Buspersons are responsible for setting up and cleaning tables, and taking care of customers needs after they are seated. Buspersons should be trained to pay attention to their stations they are assigned, making sure condiment containers are clean and full, and working together with the Servers.

Three Security
Certain Security need to monitor the door, greeting guests with a warm smile and making sure they feel welcome, being friendly and enthusiastic towards customers and fellow employees. When instructed under specific circumstances, search the bag and belongings of customers and employees, if suspicion arises as well. When there is a conflict between customers and employees, they try to calmly settle the situation, if it doesn’t work they get law involved. They basically keep everything calm, making it easier for the workers and customers to get their jobs done or get seated, getting the food they deserve and feeling safe. One security to stay by the door. One security by the "Party Room" (upstairs) to collect the money for entry, which is 1k, and one security up in the party room, to watch for any reckless behavior.
