What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation consists of wanting to return back to old times; in a medical roleplay means. Being a Police Officer not only meant being in control of everything in the town but also meant an aspect of medical roleplay that I had to, in some cases, save lives of myself and others around me. This motivation has driven me to want to apply for this role and be able to have a character that once again is able to support others in the medical aspect to make them feel better about themselves or diagnose them with, sometimes life-saving, mental/physical illnesses to get them through life in this way.

Another way I feel motivated to carry out this job is down to pure interest. I feel this role will play a big part for the server and can help become a part of the Hospital roleplayers too. There's also the fact that Psychology is something I want to study in real life and appeals as a huge interest to me that I want to pursue for the future.

What do you know about medical practice?:
I know quite a lot about medical practice in general, however, I will also provide you with my knowledge to the specialized area I will be applying for too.

General Medical Practise Knowledge - Medical practice is the practice that aims to support everyone in the local community and wider to give health care to anybody who may need this. It doesn't discriminate anybody from the above, no matter race, ethnicity, gender, ability or disability, the health care service offers support and medical advice for all. This also includes doing what's best for the patient at all times and being a trustworthy member of the hospital to be able to carry out sometimes life-threatening tasks to save someone's life. Medical Practices must be professionally signed for and have complete confidentiality with the doctor and the patient to ensure the safety of all that attend and may need anything from the hospital. Another thing to include the general medical practice would be that the doctors/physicians should be able to critically evaluate, collect the implication and withdrawal of information that may be shown through different patients and be able to act upon this according to their job focus and what they are able to offer to that person.

Psychiatrist Medical Practice Knowledge - Medical Practice for a Psychiatrist is only slightly different from that of general medical practice. Psychiatrist Medical Practice is one that specializes in the area and study of the mind and how it works/responds to stimuli and the world around us. Psychiatrists are devoted to diagnosing and preventing somebody else suffering; this and pure in-depth studying of cases to cure/suppress symptoms of different mental illnesses. They also match up the correct medications to that person's illness and ensure that they are in a stable enough environment that they are able to execute this in an effective way. They are the overall judge to personal safety and must do this in a very strategic way when weighing up the possibilities of somebody getting better or going downhill; all down to that patient's situation ethics.

What are the basic color codes in a medical emergency and hospital?:
Code Blue - This would mean a vital Medical Emergency that all units should try and respond too.

Code Red - This would mean a fire has been started within the building, and all units must respond to this in order to keep themselves and others in safety. There are different scales on how to judge the fire, but you will be notified as it happens.

Code Black - This would mean there is a bomb threat within the building. This is very rare, but a serious one. During the training to become a doctor/physician you will be taught how to respond to this matter.

Code Pink - This hints towards a Child Kidnapping/Abduction within the hospital or around the hospital's area. Units should respond to this and contact any police/social services around the earlier immediately and notify them of the child's appearance.

Code Silver - This hints towards an attack with the intent to kill using *********. Units will be taught how to respond to this during training.

Code Orange - This tells the units that there has been a substance with the means of harm or poisonous being has been located on campus. Units must take action.

Code Violet - This tells units that some sort of assault/fight has happened on the hospital's grounds and must be acted upon.

Yes, I do in fact realize that I will be demoted if my activity is lacking on the account I have applied on.

Sector Two: In-Character (IC) Section

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
How is your character during and off the job?:
During the job, my current character is a very conscientious and hyper-aware character. He's overly-empathetic and works to help others in able to improve his own mental health. He's a very kind person to be around but also knows when it is appropriate to be able to act around friends and family away from the job. This makes him a very down to earth person who is also very aware of himself and how to act in everyday situations as well as acting professionally when needed.

What do they look like?:
His physical description would consist of: "A slim male in his 20's with a slim general build to himself. He'd stand at around 5'9'' and carry a confident stature wherever he was. He'd emit the feeling of relaxation and come across as rather enclosed in personality. He'd have bright-purple eyes (contacts) equipped with a calming smile and purple-dyed hair, in his own style; this would be along with sharp facial features that accentuated his face for more better than worse reasons. He'd be slightly underweight, yet make up for this with broadened, almost muscular shoulders."

Do they have any mental or physical illnesses?:
My character has been diagnosed with anorexia and bulimia as a teenager. However, through tremendous recovery, has managed to come through with his grades in fantastic progress and is almost at the point of full recovery. He finds it as purely a learning curve where he can now teach others how not to fall down the same route he did.

What makes your character unique?:
My character is unique because he has his own story to tell about his working space. Growing up, he never reached out at the beginning about his issues and kept them all to himself until his two mums both realized that something wasn't right. The stigma attached to the illness he went through was a sign of weakness and psychotic behavior when really he was just mentally ill. He is unique because he has physically experienced. what it's like to be in such a low point in life and has reformed himself from it to become the person he is today and uses his past traumas as motivation to help others whilst improving his own levels of happiness during the process. He wants to be able to give the love and support someone may need that he didn't have until someone else realized something wasn't right.

Tsukiyama Laikyio's Backstory. . .
Tsukiyama or 'Tsu Tsu' was born in Tokyo on the 6th of December 1995. He was a regular child and was born into a rather unusual family. He was a child to three parents, to begin with (Polyamorous relationship)- this meaning that he had 2 mums and 1 dad throughout his younger years. He grew up thinking that this was a 'normal' thing to have and was an extremely happy young boy with nothing but the will to learn and grow in person. He had a very set path to follow seeing as the young boy wanted to become a vet at first and would become overly-excited to hear anything involving an animal. He'd always enjoyed caring for others and was often complimented at pre-school for being an overly-empathetic individual who let others stamp all over him (metaphorically).. in some ways this being a negative trait and being too lenient, especially when these kids grew up and these kids became violent.

Tsu was always seen as the 'gay kid' during school times. He'd have very effeminate traits and show signs of attraction to the same sex he identified as. This made him a very easy target for the kids around him who didn't understand why he was so confident to act like this. He'd take re-occurring insults daily with many different bigotted and derogatory terms being thrown at him for simply expressing who he really was. He'd always try to see the best in people, and never became defensive or even snapped back at those people, but instead tried to help them if they were suffering. Because of this, he often made friends with others alike to him and helped them to see their flaws and helped them through this.

However, becoming the 'dad' person to everybody took a toll on his mental health. He began to feel awful about himself and saw an instant decline in academic performance after moving schools to high school. He'd lost all of his confidence all in one and felt that nobody else felt the way that he did. Nobody he knew was homosexual or even understood what the term meant. He felt alone. In addition to this, he saw a huge drop in his levels of happiness after one horrible night. His father had become addicted after losing his mother to drugs and showed the horrific signs afterward in the way he treated his own son. Tsu would often be the subject of the arguments and often many insults hurtled his way such as 'obese puffa' and 'effeminate retard' and finally 'that boy will grow up being a transgender'. Many things that, at the age of 15, you should not be hearing; especially through someone who was supposed to be loving and caring. The whole family, after this, was split in half and this meant that Tsu had to live with the two mums instead of with his father, who went on to attend a mental hospital and develop many levels of psychosis that made him dangerous to ever see Tsu or his mothers ever again. This completely broke Tsu and made him feel like he'd lost something in his life that was extremely close to him; something unique that no one else had that made his days better.

After the verbal abusive stage in his life, Tsu's eating habits took a turn for the worst. In any eating disorder, each person will respond differently to deal with this, but in Tsu's case, the mental derangement he had been through showed in his diet and a now unhealthy addiction to starving himself. This went on for a small while before one of his mothers picked up on this and decided to get him checked out. This was after Tsu was refusing to eat even his favorite food, for 3 days in a row. It was time for some big changes in his life. He'd attend a psychiatrist appointment every week to speak about his issues and eventually, saw a change in his diet, weight and overall lookout on life. It was then that he realized that his past doesn't define him and that everything that doesn't kill him, makes him in fact stronger. He'd got through 100% of his bad days and showed them that he is the bigger person.

After this, Tsu chose to study Psychology, Criminology, and RE (Buddhism) at College after receiving outstanding grades of all A's across the board for all subjects. This introduced the idea of becoming a Psychiatrist when he grew older in order to help others who need to reform into themselves once again; it was then that he was set to become the person who once helped him through everything. This brings him to modern-day now, where he is applying for the job as a Psychiatrist at Karakura Hospital; ready to start his journey and pursue his dreams in psychology.
