I will be applying for School Mentor.
How often do you log onto the server?:
8-10 hours a day depending on what I am doing.
Do you have discord?
Yes. And I have joined the Karakura Academics discord.
Do you have a microphone?
Yes. Though it sometimes dies randomly because of the plug.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
I have never been banned, ever. Though I have been warned a few times.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I will try to be on as often as I was before when I was a teacher.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
I definitely recognize that I could be ICly fired. Which is why I will avoid doing anything that is against the rules as a School Employee.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A School Mentor is meant to help students catch up on what they are supposed to be learning about. They are supposed to guide and support them as they grow up to be what they desire. This area can be entered with no degree background and roles may also be open to those who do not have higher education qualifications, particularly if they have gained relevant experience through work or volunteering. There would be many key skills into being a learning mentor which includes maturity, interpersonal skills, listening skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, assertiveness, resilience, a non-judgemental approach, and the ability to relate to young people and act as a role model.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
No. Though I do have two months of experience with teaching as a Drama teacher. I know for a fact it was not the best experience, though this is quite a small price to pay, and I am willing to work harder with this type of roleplay.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In general, I believe I have nearly two years of experience in roleplay, mostly on this server specifically. I've roleplayed in Discord the times I was not online, and I have generally known how to roleplay for so long.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
I am not too familiar with my job does, though I did use to have a friend (not name dropping) who was a school mentor themselves. You have to work a specific amount of hours with students who seem to require assistance whether it is with homework, studying or just general counseling. I will learn more as I work with this role as a School Mentor.
[ Situations]
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
As a school mentor, I would stay calm and ask them to stop themselves before they get into any more trouble, though if they continue to curse and be disrespectful, I would write their name up (if I know it) and bring the situation up to a higher upper like an Office Manager, the Vice-Principal, or the Principal.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would remain calm and avoid questioning the job, doing the job regardless of its hazards. Though if the job is life-threatening (which it would likely not be) I would kindly decline and ask if they could request someone else to do the job. If they can't find anyone else, then I will accept the hazardous job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would watch to make sure students and co-workers are safe, though if the School Employee's behavior or actions put someone in danger, I would first warn them about the consequences, then if it is continued I would contact the higher uppers or the police to ensure the safety of the students, co-workers, and the reputation of the High School.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining Karakura High School is to help students achieve their goals by teaching them lessons of life and anything that deems useful for the students' four years of learning in High School education. Like many others, I would also love to help uphold the reputation of Karakura High by trying to keep students safe and to try to help those in need, so students can be happy in their learning environment.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted over other applicants because I know how to give advice to students because of my twenty of life. I believe I hold great knowledge that can be passed down to students who may need it. My motivation to help is very high, and I would do whatever it takes to help achieve their goal in being what they strive to be.
