Why do you want to own a shop?:
I would like to own a shop because I have had many experiences in BusinessRP so I know about profit and i know about how fascinating BusinessRP is. I have been a college student for awhile now and I believe that I have what it takes to take a step forward and look at things from a owners perspective. I have wanted to own a shop for awhile and have taken time and consideration to think about where in BusinessRP I would like to pursue. MacFromage has always caught my eye and now that it is unowned I decided to take this opportunity to apply for it. I also really enjoy the SchoolRP community and I would love to contribute to it more by owning a shop and allowing many to be able to be a part of this fast food shop--customers and workers alike. I have noticed that many shops haven't been as actively run so I would like to increase the amount of times that this particular shop opens to allow for places with more activity to be created. I understand that there are many possibilities of what this shop can become. However, I would love this shop to become a place that anyone can join and enjoy their experience at. I also enjoy the responsibility of becoming a shop-owner and I’d like to embrace it by achieving excellence through hard work. I enjoy helping people and making them happy with the work that I do. I am very happy to consider taking on so much responsibility because it helps me learn and it helps others learn around me who want to apply. I want to be able to leave a positive impact on others characters.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I don’t plan on changing too much because I really do like the McDonald’s theme of the fast food restaurant. However, I do plan on changing the menu by either expanding it or changing prices. In addition, I would also like to do more collaborations with other shops and create new events that can be beneficial for the server environment and add more to people’s rp stories. I also love the roof of MacFromage and would love to incorporate that more into a VIP area, making it more exclusive to many people. I also would like to open more, since I am also a very active member of SchoolRP, I’d like to contribute my activity to doing something productive for the community.
How will your shop be unique?:
The shop will be unique due to it having to accessibility of it. The location is nice and with the menu, I would like to continue selling happy meals and certain extra value meals as well. I also would like to give opportunity to people who would like to work. I would also like to create a ‘100 yen’ menu and perhaps add a breakfast menu or just a day where people can come for brunch around certain times of the day.I am considering adding uniforms. I would will try to limit the amount of fights and arguments because they will not be tolerated. I would like to make this atmosphere very welcoming to all. Whenever possible I will try to add new features to the shop that everyone will enjoy as well as, I would like the customers and workers to feel like they are in a place where they feel comfortable commenting on things without me being angry about it. I want everyone to feel like they are capable of giving ideas and feedback, If there are new items or new things I can and will use that to add a more interesting touch to MacFromage. I admire how McDonald’s in real life is set up I want to do something similar to what they have to create a more realistic aspect to MacFromage as it is based off of McDonalds so for example I’d like to change up the toys that would normally be given in the happy meals every now and then just to make them more enjoyable for others because not everyone likes the same things. I remember as a little kid I’d go into mcdonalds so excited on my birthday because they would throw the best birthday parties I’d like for other people to have that same excitement coming into MacFromage as well so I’d like to consider setting up times for things like birthday parties or dinner or some way to celebrate.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I plan on having up to 20 members of staff. I’d like to have one co-owner that can help me with everything that I need help with and also that I can get second opinions from. I’d like to have up to ten cashiers/servers, up to six securities, one Event manager, and one Restock manager and a Janitor. This is also very malleable and can change based on what is needed and not needed.
