I was never banned from the server, or discord, even the forums. Since I did not attempt to raid the discord. I did not spam on the forums. And did not break a rule on the server, and I am not going to break one, since I perfectly know them. But I almost got banned, but it was due to the Warn Limit, I only had 3 warns, but luckily did not reach the 4th warn.

Yes, I read Roleplay documents at least 2 hours a day, so do not worry about that one, I also daily check it.

Yes, I know I can be demoted any time, for inactivity, failing to follow a rule, and get banned pernanently.(gets me banned and fired), which means I will not do anything that could get me demoted at any given time, even without a reason, I accept the fact I can be fired any time.

Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I log on kind of often on School Roleplay, But I willl explain how much I do.
On the school days, I log on from 1-2 P.M, and I am going to quit playing always at 8-10 P.M, depends on what day it mostly, is if it is Thursday, I will stay at least an hour longer, since I am prepared for the last day on school, and have way more time to play on School Roleplay and Roleplay as an History Teacher and provide lessons with great amounts of information. Due to me moving a Grade up, I will be on the server may be a bit shorter, like an hour or two, maybe even four.
On the weekends, I am active from 10 A.M, and I am plannning to make it stay like that, because I always have more time on the weekends then school days, So I can even play to 9 A.M. For the quitting at night. It is Midnight. Since I do not need to do school.
Summer . Well, I can not promise lots of activity on the server, since I will be going on trips, and camps, I need to also be active outside, since it is Summer. But I will be active atleast for two days before going going on an another trip that is happening tomorrow or after tomorrow.
Special Days. I also may not be avaible then, I will not take my laptop then, because I want to enjoy the outside there, for example when I am going somewhere on the special day, I may not take any mechanical device. What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I would like to try something new out on the Server School Roleplay, I already did a few roleplays, I mostly got bored, and now I am applying for an History Teacher, to try something new and have more fun on School Roleplay. I heard it is fun, so I am giving it a try to get in, because I want to really at least try TeacherRP. I have experience, so I am giving it an another try to get accepted as an History Teacher, this time I made the application longer, I spent more time thinking about it, thought about what to put into it so I can raise my chance of getting accepted as an Teacher, and what not to put into it. This time I put more effort, work into it, time. And it is IMPORTANT to know what I will have to do as an teacher so I do not mess up really soon, so I know what I will have to do. and now I am ready to apply on SchoolRP to be an History Teacher once again, and try to not fail, and not get fired like I did as an P.T.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes, I have lots of experience in roleplaying, I mostly started roleplaying at the age of 8-9, and then I was searching for servers, and then I found School-Roleplay thanks to my friend, he mostly left, but I began to play, and then I was playing for a great 5-7 months.
But I have only a little exprience as an Teacher, due to me TeacherRPing on an different server at least 2 years ago.

I would mostly have to do an application and wait if it gets accepted, I will have to wait patiently for it.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD:
Head Department is the lead of the subject, which gives them a role of guiding lessons and education. They help to design the lesson to the NQT's and QTLS's and make sure they know everything they need to know to teach the students.
- QTLS:
Qualified Teachers Learning and Skills are approved teachers that have permission to teach all alone, they do not need any support from the HD's, they got promoted after a really hard proven work as an NQT.
- NQT:
A newly Qualified Teacher is someone that needs lots of guidance from the Head Department or the Qualified Teacher Learning Skils.they ALSO get supported by one of them. They still need perimssion from the Head Department, to teach a class.
But may not need one if they are not online.
Teacher Knowledge

As a teacher, you are meant to educate students/pupils, and to teach them about the world. Also give them about the entire world. The salary of a teacher is usually around 200,000 yen, to 270,000 yen. Without teachers, education would be unavailble. So teachers need to work, to educate pupils, and to teach them Real Info, And also teachers need to mark students work, after they've done a test, they'll hand it to the teacher, for the teacher to mark the test. If the student does not give the teacher the work, the student and the teacher would have to talk about it. And once the students test is marked, the teacher hands it to the student, and the student browses the work, what he has done good, and wrong.
Also teachers sometimes to go out with their colleagues to know them better. Just more informantion about their co--workers. Teachers talk with friends, or do work, like printing tests, etc....
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
The teachers are important, because they educate Pupils, to make them clever. And teach them something new. Like...History, Something new from maths, new education, just to make the students enough clever, so they can go study on college. And then be a successful person, BUT if the TEACHERS won't exist, kids would be running around, knowing nothing about the world, History, Maths, Language (Correct Spelling). And the people, would be educationless. That means they'd be stupid, not clever, but stupid.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The lesson planning system's called "MoSCo" which stands for "Must have, Should have, Could have." And it does not change.

Also, he would be a strong male, he would have Grey Eyes, Jason was born in Russia, the year 1988 and he would the "Get the hell away from me." face, if someone threatens his family. Also he would be straight.
Jason would wear an (Will be setted once a skin is prepared.)
Jason is different from others, because he is always carrying a school bag, and also Retro Glasses, and watches, he would always be polite. And non-dangerous. He would also enjoy to play Baseball.
His outlook on students is different, if a student is behaving badly, he mostly is strict to the student, when they're behaving great, he is really nice to the students.
He has a really great outlook on his co-workers, because he wants to fit in, and not to be hated by another students, making them think that he is just trying to help the rule breaking students. But Austin would be really nice on duty as a teacher. He always pays attention to the class, watching if they're not breaking a single rule, and if they would, he would also be protecting his co-workers if something would happen. Like them getting threatened. Austin would immedieatly act. Like apprehending an armed student.
His personality is the "Heroic" one. Because he mostly acts as a hero, if something bad happens, armed student.. etc.
Jason's plans for the futures are, to be successful at the job, having lots of friends, and trying to gain less hate. Also his plan for future is to later join the police force.

I would ask them to stop, if they would decline, I'd give them warnings, and if still no response, Department Head, Vice-Principal, Principal, to talk to the students,

I would attempt to gain their attention by raising my voice a bit saying "Start paying attention!" If it would not work, I'd ask again. And then yell "Please, pay attention to the class, or detention will come!" due to me wanting that people will listen to my teaching.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He would talk to his co-workers about his plans, also having a nice talk, about his childhood, and also be acting really nice, always paying attention to his co-worker when he is sying something, and then respond. Also he would never be 'Mean' or 'Toxic' or 'Cursing' in the lounge. Because he wants to be respected, and respect back the other teachers. And also making friends. He would also be extra nice while in the lounge.

Backstory
Jason was born at 1993, May 7th, 10 A.M,
Jason was a normal kid until he reached the age of 11, when his parents died, and his brothers, sisters, had enough money to move to Czechia (From Russia). After they moved to Czechia, they forgot about Karakura, the city that they always wanted to move in, but forgot about it, so then they had to save up money to actually move to Karakura. But in Czechia, there he was training self defense, so he has some strentgh, he gets into a fight at the age of they 15 he made it, he only was there as self defense, because he did not fight back, he did not hit the person, after that day, he spent more time in the training, because he felt like he could become police after that event, so he trained and trained, until he felt like he could do it, so he stopped training. Eventually spent 9 years there, then Jason got a job in Czechia, He worked there for three months until getting enough money and moving into Karakura, Jason has his birthday, and was accepted as a Private Tutor at the YHS. He works as a Private-Tutor for four years, then he applies for police, and awaits his response for now, and now he is currently awaiting response. He was applying at his 20s, but he kept on failing, he did not spend that much time in it, then he had wrote one again at 31 and is still awaiting some response to it, he always checks his mailbox for the response. At his he was excited when he was writing it down at his 25 years before taking a pause for the 6 years.
He knew what to put into it when he applied at 31. understood what he will do as an Police. He understood laws, due to his manager saying that he should know the laws, if some student wants to get tutored. So he understands every Law of Japan, Czechia and American, but he was not accepted as Police. Which meant he had to go to Univerisity and study for History, it later on became his dream to teach children, so he had been in an Univeristy for more than 3 years, later on he applied for teacher, and now he would be awaiting response FOR teacher, and he had destroyed the note from his Police One, and now he is always focusing to receive his note. He had later been broken up with his Girlfriend. Due to him paying no attention to her, and also lost lots of friends because of awaiting response to the Teacher one. Which got him sad, but later on, he had got a few more friends what were aged around 20-39, and they supported him, that he will teach History, because he had always wanted to teach history, it was his 2nd biggest dream. But it became his 1st after getting denied to be an authority. Which ruined his mood for 2 days, but then his mood was fixed, and he was then not even paying attention to the Teacher Note. For 4 weeks full-off fun, he later self-tested himself if he is good at history. But he had failed one time, he panicked and began learning History again, until eventually he had self-tested himself a few times more, and it was positive, so he went back to his daily routine of life. Which is.

As his months passed, he had found a new girlfriend what was 29, they relationship was really good they always paid attention to eachother, as two months passed, Jason began to be more calm, which was an good sign for him, as another days passed, he thought he wasn't learning that good, so he had grabbed Harder History, and began to learn it until he had gotten response to his Teacher Applicstion, at first, he had been denied, so he awaited 3 months, and reapplied again, with more information, and details, and better Grammer, Maybe Jason wasn't the best at grammer, but he had put 2 weeks into it, and his grammmer was way better than before. He even became more polite, he would not surrender making applications until he is accepted, it was his dream to teach after forgetting that he wants to be a part of the authorities. And he also said to himself that he'd never quit, and never let down anyone on the school grounds.

I would attempt to gain their attention by raising my voice a bit saying "Start paying attention!" If it would not work, I'd ask again. And then yell "Please, pay attention to the class, or detention will come!" due to me wanting that people will listen to my teaching.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He would talk to his co-workers about his plans, also having a nice talk, about his childhood, and also be acting really nice, always paying attention to his co-worker when he is sying something, and then respond. Also he would never be 'Mean' or 'Toxic' or 'Cursing' in the lounge. Because he wants to be respected, and respect back the other teachers. And also making friends. He would also be extra nice while in the lounge.

Backstory
Jason was born at 1993, May 7th, 10 A.M,
Jason was a normal kid until he reached the age of 11, when his parents died, and his brothers, sisters, had enough money to move to Czechia (From Russia). After they moved to Czechia, they forgot about Karakura, the city that they always wanted to move in, but forgot about it, so then they had to save up money to actually move to Karakura. But in Czechia, there he was training self defense, so he has some strentgh, he gets into a fight at the age of they 15 he made it, he only was there as self defense, because he did not fight back, he did not hit the person, after that day, he spent more time in the training, because he felt like he could become police after that event, so he trained and trained, until he felt like he could do it, so he stopped training. Eventually spent 9 years there, then Jason got a job in Czechia, He worked there for three months until getting enough money and moving into Karakura, Jason has his birthday, and was accepted as a Private Tutor at the YHS. He works as a Private-Tutor for four years, then he applies for police, and awaits his response for now, and now he is currently awaiting response. He was applying at his 20s, but he kept on failing, he did not spend that much time in it, then he had wrote one again at 31 and is still awaiting some response to it, he always checks his mailbox for the response. At his he was excited when he was writing it down at his 25 years before taking a pause for the 6 years.
He knew what to put into it when he applied at 31. understood what he will do as an Police. He understood laws, due to his manager saying that he should know the laws, if some student wants to get tutored. So he understands every Law of Japan, Czechia and American, but he was not accepted as Police. Which meant he had to go to Univerisity and study for History, it later on became his dream to teach children, so he had been in an Univeristy for more than 3 years, later on he applied for teacher, and now he would be awaiting response FOR teacher, and he had destroyed the note from his Police One, and now he is always focusing to receive his note. He had later been broken up with his Girlfriend. Due to him paying no attention to her, and also lost lots of friends because of awaiting response to the Teacher one. Which got him sad, but later on, he had got a few more friends what were aged around 20-39, and they supported him, that he will teach History, because he had always wanted to teach history, it was his 2nd biggest dream. But it became his 1st after getting denied to be an authority. Which ruined his mood for 2 days, but then his mood was fixed, and he was then not even paying attention to the Teacher Note. For 4 weeks full-off fun, he later self-tested himself if he is good at history. But he had failed one time, he panicked and began learning History again, until eventually he had self-tested himself a few times more, and it was positive, so he went back to his daily routine of life. Which is.

As his months passed, he had found a new girlfriend what was 29, they relationship was really good they always paid attention to eachother, as two months passed, Jason began to be more calm, which was an good sign for him, as another days passed, he thought he wasn't learning that good, so he had grabbed Harder History, and began to learn it until he had gotten response to his Teacher Applicstion, at first, he had been denied, so he awaited 3 months, and reapplied again, with more information, and details, and better Grammer, Maybe Jason wasn't the best at grammer, but he had put 2 weeks into it, and his grammmer was way better than before. He even became more polite, he would not surrender making applications until he is accepted, it was his dream to teach after forgetting that he wants to be a part of the authorities. And he also said to himself that he'd never quit, and never let down anyone on the school grounds.

This application had took me 2-3 hours, I had paid lots of attention to it, I hope that it was worth making this application. Thank you for reading my application. Half of it was made through my phone due to me leaving, and going on Cottage, I somehow managed to save it in my phone and sucessfuly managed to fully complete it.
