How old are you?: I am 12 years old, I am to turn 13 in August.
Do you have any previous bans?: I have been banned for Major AvoidRP in late January to early February. I hastily tried to kill an officer and ran away without staying on long enough to be manhunted. I have learned my lesson from this and I will do everything I can to prevent it from happening again. As for warns, I've been warned several times, but I don't consider them actual warnings, but instead ways to improve upon myself in terms of roleplaying and behavior on the server. For kicks, I've only been kicked for relogs and AFK kicks, and one time for reaching a final warning, with three warnings at one time.

Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:

On the server, I am very active. I often switch from one community at a time to the other, so that I'm involved with each community, which I'm sure you could understand. On the server, I use grammar despite the fact that there is an autocorrect system to fix poor grammar, and I sometimes use exaggerated characters in OOC to be funny. Overall, I'm quite active on the server and the server discord, but I can't say the same for the forums.
On the forums, I normally just post applications and other threads when I have ideas that come to mind, such as the community bowling guide I made. I only use the forums to post things that I think should last a little while, like a few days, and sometimes post memes relating to SchoolRP, despite the fact that I haven't done any in a while. I basically use my forum account to post ideas and applications that I have in mind.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:

I am motivated to apply to become a Design & Technology teacher because I've been designing several things on the internet for a while now, whether it be with Photopea, or Google Drawings, I've always found myself to have a knack for making designs, for projects, etc. I like making layouts to several things, such as Minecraft builds, videos, and so
much more.
Back on topic, however, I am motivated because I want to share my knowledge about Design & Technology with people of the SchoolRP community, in complete spite of the fact that a lot of students will cause trouble in class ICly. I believe that designing and learning how to use technology of the world right now is crucial to help aspiring people follow their career choice and know how to use the equipment for said career they want to pursue.
Some lessons I have in mind also include learning how to draw using JavaScript, and it's really easy to learn. Designing things may help people in their careers, they may want to pick being a digital artist, or a videogame developer, or any other career involving technology and design, including being a NASA engineer, I believe, since I know design and technology are heavily involved.
In short, I want to become a D.T. teacher because I believe such subject is necessary to learn for some career paths that some students and people might be taking for their lives in the future, and to allow people to pursue the career they want. Such subject can open new career paths for people, in my opinion.


Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes. I have a lot of experience in roleplaying. I first got into the habit of roleplaying when I came across a Discord RP server that had partnered with another server I played on, that was for a steam game server. I branched out to more Discord RP servers and learned how to detail my actions and not make overpowered characters, or be the one person who's overdramatic and metagames, which I've learned not to do.
Using this knowledge, I decided to try to find Minecraft roleplay servers to play on, and I found Roleplay Hub on a server listing, which is how I found the server. I also found another server that I want to keep anonymous for the sake of advertisement. As mentioned previously in my punishment section, I have been given many warns and one ban, and from these my roleplaying skills have developed further and I believe now I'm ready to take on highly respected roles on the server.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are important because it's necessary to document the behavior of students in a class, such as who attended and how they behaved so that if a student misbehaves, that student can be punished accordingly even if a V.P. is not present in the room, and it is necessary so that the administration knows what the teacher is teaching the students, what projects they are starting, and what homework they're handing out, etc.
It basically documents the class activity, and it is necessary to make sure that the teacher is doing his or her job correctly, and to determine if any students are causing trouble.


You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:

If I find a place that I believe I should take students to, I will start arranging a field trip, otherwise I will not. To start a field trip, I would have to brainstorm how it would go, and who could attend, depending on their behavior in class. I would begin arranging where the students are going to go and when during the field trip, and then deciding how many students would come, and then finally, deciding a date.
After drafting the field trip, I would bring it to the V.P., or the Principal of the school, for approval. If I get approval to do the field trip, I would tell my class and would indicate that whoever behaved would most likely go on the field trip, and I would then begin to hand out tickets that can be redeemed for a field trip pass over the course of the next few classes.
If I am denied, however, I would ask why. If they say it's not a good idea, I would scrap it, but if they were confused about a part of the field trip, I would fix it and return it for reviewing. I wouldn't start a field trip if it wasn't going to be educational for students.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:

My Classroom Rules.

1 - No eating or drinking inside of the classroom.
2 - All cellular devices are to be turned off in class, unless instructed otherwise.
3 - No violence is to take place in class, whether it be physical or verbal. Punishment will be taken immediately.
4 - Please keep in mind everyone has personal space, please do not invade their personal space.
5 - Please bring school materials to class, as they will not be handed out.
6 - Please raise your hand if you need to move, or ask a question during the lecture.
7 - Please keep your area clean, and do not make a mess.

Class Computer Rules.

1 - No eating or drinking is allowed near the computers.
2 - You may not use the computers for inappropriate purposes, such as going on sites with nudity.
3 - Please use your school account whilst using the computers.
4 - Any damage of the computers will be on whoever did it.
5 - Please keep your computer space clean.
6 - Do not play games or do miscellaneous activities on the computer, unless told otherwise.
7 - Do only schoolwork on the computer, and schoolwork only.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD:
Head of Department
The Head of Department role in teaching requires a lot of time and dedication to the subject you are teaching. Achieving this role means that you are in charge of NQTs of the same subject, and you're overall, in charge of the entire subject that is being taught. Being a HD means that you are a role model towards NQTs and other, QTLS teachers of the subject, and in the end to teachers entirely.


- QTLS:

Qualified Teaching & Learning Skills
Qualified Teaching & Learning Skills are rewarded once an NQT has proven that they are capable of teaching students their subject. A QTLS is another role model to NQTs, and once someone becomes a QTLS, they can host their own classes without requiring permission from HDs. QTLS teachers should still be hosting classes regularly and provide time and dedication so that they can move up to become a HD, if they want to.


- NQT:

Newly Qualified Teacher
An NQT is a teacher that has been recently accepted into a teacher position. NQTs are a trial of sorts for new teachers, as they will have to prove themselves to the HD that they can teach their subject well. NQTs require permission from the HD to host classes. NQTs should look up to QTLS and HD, as said, they are role models of sorts for teachers, and once an NQT can prove that they can teach, they rank up to a QTLS teacher.


Teacher Knowledge


Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in
general.


Salary

In Japan, a high school teacher is paid on average ¥200,000 - ¥600,000, mainly depending on how they teach and how many classes they teach, as seen in SchoolRP, whereas a teacher must teach 15 classes to be paid ¥250,000 yen, and get additional payment every 5 classes.

In-Game Behavior

Teachers, in-game, are supposed to act like role models, as stated in the CoC. They are supposed to act mature and refrain from goofing around often. Teachers in-game should be teaching classes in depth in the simplest form possibe to help students understand, and helping students if necessary, whether they are asking questions about class, or asking for advice overall.
Teachers ICly/In-Game, overall, should be behaving at a mature level, teaching classes at a level that students can understand, and answering questions for students, all so that the student can ICly grow up to be something they want to be in terms of their career.


Out-Of-Game Behavior

Teachers, when they have something better to do other than lounging around, should be planning new lessons and, if they just taught a class, typing a classroom document to place in the classroom logs. They should still be acting mature, since there is a chance that someone will come asking them questions such as when they're hosting the next class. When they're not in-game, they should also be grading assignments and/or keeping up on their teacher agenda.
Overall, teachers should be focused on preparing for their next lesson and keeping up with student grades, questions, and what they have on their agenda.


Purpose

Teachers exist to do one thing; teach. Teachers play a significant role in society, and that is to make sure everyone who's in school grows up to be smart so that they can either become a teacher and pass the knowledge down again, or pursue their career choice to advance human technology, or make entertainment. There are so many careers that students can choose from, and the only reason they can is because of teachers, and the way they teach students so that they easily understand the concept and are able to use it in their everyday lives.

Teaching Method
Teachers often begin a new lesson by introducing it to the students, often giving them the base of the lesson in a nutshell. Afterwards, teachers slowly build up from that base, via lectures, videos, worksheets, homework, and so on, and then doing a mid-lesson check with a small quiz, once or twice, before beginning to build up again, and then finalizing the lesson with a test, to see who retained the most information. And after a test is returned, it basically displays how much of the information given that the student remembers, and can use, such as math, where you learn multiplication, and after you finish the test, you can then use your knowledge of multiplication. No, I'm not saying you couldn't have used it before or while you're learning it, but it helps students so that they can choose what they want to do in life, and because of the teaching method, it allows students to understand the concept of the lesson easily, and therefore it is easier to comprehend the lectures, videos, worksheets, etc.

Spare Time
Teachers, in their spare time, when they're not teaching or planning, should use this time to relax or take part in their hobbies, since everyone needs a break every once in a while. Just because a teacher has a job doesn't mean they do it 24/7. Spare time should be used to relax and enjoy life, whether it be socializing or heading to the teacher's lounge.


Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:

Teachers are important to SchoolRP because they're the one and only reason SchoolRP is SchoolRP. Without teachers, SchoolRP would be very bland, and with NPC teachers, that would make it excessively boring to play SchoolRP. Teachers play a significant role with deciding the future of characters, e.g. punishing them for specific actions, their grades, etc. Teachers provide SchoolRP with a very exciting experience, because every class, you don't know what you're going to learn, and it's fun to expect the unexpected. In short, they really make SchoolRP fun, and make it the unique SchoolRP it is now, and not CityRP.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:

The school operates using the MoSCoW system. Must have, should have, could have.


Character Knowledge


Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?


Appearance
Kaoru Concord is a male standing at 5'7" weighing 142.54 lbs. He'd have a normal build, and has a scar running from his shoulder to his elbow on his left arm. He has caucasian skin. He would have brown eyes, wearing glasses due to his nearsightedness. He would be wearing a red shirt and black pants, with some nice shoes and a black tie, with his shirt's collar covering the small loop going around his lower neck. He occasionally has a large guitar case strapped to his back whenever he wants to play his guitar out in public.

Difference
What separates Kaoru from other people is his desire to do all of these different jobs in his life, and his personality. Kaoru's traits, being half French and half Japanese, really separate him from the crowd and make him unique. He's also a very quick learner, which is why he wanted to become a D.T. teacher in the first place. Kaoru is always an individual with plans, whether it be school or free time, he always has something to do.

Student Outlook
Kaoru sees students as the outlet for the future, in complete spite of their diversity and personalities, whether they're delinquents or nice people, Kaoru wants to educate them so that they can pass down knowledge, and help the world develop and evolve in the future. He also thinks of students as an audience to please, to help him focus on lessons better and more often, to get over his tendency to be shy and retract.

Teacher Outlook
Kaoru thinks of teachers as partners. He already has in mind of partnering up with some teachers and hosting a crossover class sometime, if the subject is relevant. Kaoru wants to help his peers to educate students, and knows that his other teachers are good people. He sees other teachers as unique individuals who can help with the teaching of students, alongside with him, he believes that he and the other teachers can achieve great things and educate students well.

Personality
Kaoru is an ambivert. Sometimes, he likes talking to people often, and sometimes, he doesn't. He's often shy towards people who he doesn't know, or threaten him, or basically people who don't make him feel comfortable. Kaoru is a kind person and likes messing around sometimes, but is serious when he needs to be. Kaoru doesn't like lying too much, unless it is absolutely necessary, not to protect himself, but others.

Future Plans
Kaoru's future plans mainly consist of going from career to career, taking a few years to study each career so that he has the best opportunities whilst taking part. After retiring from being a teacher, he plans to spend the prime years of his life as a police officer, and them as hospital staff, and then retiring to a shop owner, if that happens. Kaoru, in his opinion, has his whole life planned out ahead of him, and wants to make the most of his time before he passes away.


Scenarios


You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:

I would approach the delinquents and tell them to stop swearing and using foul language since it could be offending someone nearby. If they keep doing it, I would give them a second warning. And if they are still swearing, I would find a V.P., or any school authority figure to take care of the matter. If none are available, I would send them to after school detention.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:

First, I would attempt to get the students attention back by doing a /mel something along the lines of:
/mel raised his hands, clapping loudly in attempt to get the class' attention.
If that doesn't work, I'd try again, similar to how I would handle the delinquents. I would then use the intercom to call a V.P. or other school authority figure to come deal with the problem. And if none are online, well, I guess I'd give the "teacher stare," which is basically a non-verbal guilt trip in my own words, and a glare, and wait for the class to give me their undivided attention for the lesson.


When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:

In the lounge, my characters feelings really depend on how the class went. He would most likely be relaxed or frustrated depending on how students behaved. Somethings he would probably do is talk to other teachers about students and other topics, print out worksheets, or grab a cup of coffee/snack so that he has the energy to teach.

/me approached the blackboard in the room as he took the small metal hook on the projector screen as he pulled it down, making sure that the bottom aligned with the small rail on the bottom, as he pressed a button on the remote he was holding to turn on the projector, as he walked back to his desk and opened his slideshow.

/me paced around the room slowly, as his shoes tapped gently against the wooden floor as he did so. He looked at each student's monitor carefully, with his hands holding onto each other behind his back.

/me sat down at his desk, sighing in relief that the period was over. He opened Google Classroom and began looking at the projects that the students had turned in, looking carefully to see if it had met the expectations he set for the project.

/me closed his laptop, standing up as he slid it into his laptop bag, adjusting his tie before beginning to pack up his things into his laptop bag's miscellaneous slots, consisting of his grading books and other supplies as he used a small clip to attach his thermos to the side of the bag.

/me stepped aside as he slid his chair in, walking around his desk and to the door of the classroom, flicking the switches down to turn off the lights, opening the door and walking outside, turning around and using his key to lock it, turning around again and beginning to walk away, having that he'd packed up for the day.



Backstory


1994
Kaoru is born on April 9th, 1993. His parents names were Colin Masayuki, his French father, and Akira Masayuki, his Japanese mother. He was normal, having that he learned how to speak Japanese, and was taught by his father how to speak French when he wasn't busy with work. He didn't have many friends at school, due to the fact that he was very shy at the time. Unfortunately, his father lost his job, causing his family to lose money quickly. His father took out a loan of ¥200,000 from a group of anonymous individuals who promised no interest. He relied on his own family to support him, which didn't last forever.

2008
Kaoru successfully makes it to High School. Kaoru made several friends that he still calls up and occasionally visits from time to time. He struggled in some classes, while in others he didn't, and he just barely made honor roll in his Junior year. On half-days, he went out and played Dungeons & Dragons with his friends, eating pizza, snacks, and generally having fun.

Kaoru, at this point, is 17, and in his senior year of high school. His father's family had stopped sending him money a week ago, but they never told him, since they thought that if they did, he would go berserk. He was woken up in the middle of the night, only to find himself strapped down to a chair with his parents in front of him, held back by two masked figures with black clothing, another keeping his eyes open, as the two figures holding his parents began to gruesomely cut, punch, and hurt his parents until they fell onto the floor dead. They cut two intersecting lines onto his arm before knocking him unconscious with a wooden baseball bat.
He woke up to see them dead, as he quickly ran over to get his flip phone and called 119, the EMS number in Japan. They took them away as Kaoru was sent to an orphanage in Karakura, whereas he was then adopted by the Concords, and is still part of that family today.

2012
Kaoru graduated High School and enrolled in a college near Karakura, taking a few courses to earn a Design & Applied Arts major, and a Design & Advertising art major, and a Game Design minor, as he learned how to code Javascript to make simple videogames. Nothing interesting really happened from 1999 to 2002, just education and hanging out with friends.

2016

Kaoru applied for a position as a T.A. on an online Design & Technology course, in which he was accepted due to his position as a college senior and already existing knowledge of Design & Technology. He helped a professor teach sixteen other people, younger than him, from around the world to learn how to use technology and learn how to draw, create, and edit using photo editing programs. Later in his senior year, he learned how to edit videos, whether it's adding sound effects, adding music, and so on. He additionally learned audio editing in his senior year along with video editing, since it was included in the course summary in January.

2020 (Present.)
Kaoru had graduated from College to get his Bachelor's degree and the majors and minors he achieved in the process. He spent an additional four years learning how to become a teacher and how to talk to students, with his prior experience as an online T.A., he learned easily and quickly on how teachers operate and work with themselves, fellow teachers, and students in High School. He used this knowledge and compiled a portfolio of his past experience with others and decided to apply to become a teacher over at Karakura High, as he then takes a plane to settle down in Karakura, as he wants to help share his knowledge of Design & Technology with teens so that they can use it for their own purposes, whether it be designing a robot, or drawing, he wants to teach students how to use technology for their benefits in the future.
