What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My main motivation for becoming a teacher is to improve the school-roleplaying atmosphere. Classes are quite rare on the server, which takes away the main attraction (being ‘school’). I’d like to try and help fix that problem by becoming an active teacher on SchoolRP and hosting as many classes as I can.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I have participated in multiple genres of roleplay: school, medieval and Harry Potter being the main types. On this server, I have been a lunchtime monitor and multiple student characters.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are what teachers use to keep track of everything. They use this to record what they teach, when they teach and other important things.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: If a teacher wants to organise a field trip, they must create a thread under ‘Field Trips’.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: Teachers shall not use physical violence, psychological violence, discrimination, or influence students political/religious beliefs.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I started roleplaying when I was around 11. Obviously, I didn’t know about the strict rules which led to a lot of failRP, so it was all fun in games until I got banned. However as I joined more servers, I got the hang of roleplay and then I found this server, which has been one of my favourites so far.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head Of Department - in charge of the entirety of the department
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher - able to host classes without permission from HD
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - requires permission from HD to host a class
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
The job of a teacher is to educate their students through scheduled lessons. In these lessons, teachers aim to provide students with insight into a particular topic by presenting information and distributing assignments to be completed by the students. This knowledge may (or may not) be necessary for examinations. But their job doesn’t stop at tutoring kids. They manage classrooms, meet up with parents and help students deal with issues out of class (eg. bullying). They enforce basic rules too, which are to be followed by the students. If a student was to ignore a teacher’s warnings (typically 3 warnings before punishment, depending on the wrongdoing of the child), the teacher would punish them, either by detention, yard duty, lines, or referral to the principal (which may potentially lead to either suspension or expulsion). Whilst teachers are not teaching a class, they may devote some of their spare time to marking assignments/homework or planning new lessons.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are the most obvious, biggest necessity of a successful school. If we did not have teachers in this SchoolRP server, the server would not have lessons, defeating the purpose of the title ‘SchoolRP.’ It would also be terribly unrealistic to have a school without teachers.

Aaron Leahmon (AKA Azza/Mr. Lemon) is an effeminate, 37-year-old Australian man with a round, chubby face possessing a big nose, slanted green eyes and thin lips. He speaks with a lisp and his voice is very high-pitched. He often uses a lot of Australian slang and can be unintentionally racist to non-white people. Aaron is extremely flamboyant and arrogant. He thinks he is famous for starring in fan-made movies posted on YouTube. He sees himself as an actor, singer and dancer but others may view him as simply annoying. His self-centred attitude causes him to frequently lose his temper with the students, and he is hostile to the Asian students being involved, under the belief that they will damage the quality of performances. His attitude towards both teachers and students is often controlling, he enjoys taking authority. Performing arts is his most favourite thing in the world and he aspires to bring out the ‘inner star’ in his students. He rewards his favourite students with gold star stickers. Aaron’s plan for the future is to become an ‘even more’ famous actor/singer/dancer than he already is. His biggest goal is to star in a real Batman movie as he is a huge DC Universe nerd and will disregard all Marvel fans. Aaron typically wears tucked-in long-sleeve collared shirts and pants.

Aaron would delightfully brag about his ‘talents’ to the the other teachers. Sometimes, he’d be gossiping about Asian students/teachers to white teachers. He is sensitive about his colleagues touching his property and will threaten to call the police to emphasise this.

Backstory
Aaron Leahman was born in Sydney, Australia, and was raised by his wealthy grandmother (a retired English teacher that was 40 years older than Aaron). Aaron was an ambitious kid and had many hobbies such as running, hula-hooping and swimming but he always had an intense passion for drama and performance, so he enrolled in ballet at the age of 5. Despite being mocked by his school peers for participating in ballet, he was determined to fulfil his dream of becoming a legend. Growing up, he was rarely referred to as ‘Aaron’. In fact the name is so foreign to him that he doesn’t always register that you are talking to him when using the name ‘Aaron’. He always went by ‘Azza’ and the pronounciation of his last name has commonly been mistaken as ‘lemon’ therefore he went by Azza Lemon. Throughout high school, Aaron always tried to take charge during Performing Arts classes; directing plays and instructing everyone to match his high standards. He organised countless plays and musicals when he was at high school, all of them starring himself. When he was fifteen, he quit ballet and started making fanmade movies and uploading them on YouTube (particularly cheap Batman videos as he was a huge DC fan). He also learned the piano and began to write his own songs. When his most popular video got 80 views, he felt as if he was destined to become an actor. He graduated from the Teachers' College of Macquarie University in Sydney, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts and majoring in the performing arts (music, drama and dance), and a Diploma of Education. He moved to Japan shortly after his grandmother died of diabetes to become an actor. Unfortunately, after being rejected one too many times for being ‘talentless’, he decided that teaching Performing Arts/Drama was the next best thing.
