changing name on forums

so like only half the users on the forum can change their names please, can we make it so everyone can change their forum usernames because I HATEEEE my username and i wanna change it

I think that'd this be really cool, Just in case I ever change my name from Shizai on Minecraft i'd like to change my name from Shizai on the forums. However this could be abused, but possibly only give access to this feature to those who verified their minecraft account on their forum account so you can keep track of the people who are changing their names so this is not abused, and put up banned names beforehand so people don't change their names to innapropiate things.
