I was thinking of that, then if my teaching assistant app were to get accepted that could be a turning point where he's finally learning to socialise, I'd imagine Aksel mostly speaking with a whisper due to his lack of confidence [this probably stemming from a lack of socialisation as a child eg. homeschooling]

Yeah like if you've heard of the netflix tv show The Healing Powers Of Dude, sort of like that. Except your char doesn't have social anxiety disorder but is going over social anxiety.
