What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I really wanna finally try a REAL job and I want to finally be something on the server and not just a student, I want to help the school and give people IRL knowledge through my ICly classes since I also love teaching IRL, as I teach my friends and people programming and cyber-security in my free time, I think ill good a perfect teacher!
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Of course, I 'v roleplayed on a lot of different games such as Garry's Mod, ArmA 3, DayZ, GTA 5 Online and Minecraft.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Sadly no. If we follow the link given in "How To Apply For Teacher" which is https://schoolrp.net/index.php?threads/faculty-handbook.1981/, it gives me an error. So I sadly cannot read it along with the Code Of Conduct.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom Logs are very important to keep track of the activity of the player along with their salary since I know Teacher's salary can be increased based on how many class you've got in a month, so it is VERY important to log each of your classes so the SRP Staff would know your activity and how much your salary would be.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I'll ask the Principal for his agreement on it, explaining what we'll do, why we'll do that and what are the benefits of it. Then ill set up a date and here we go.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Be polite and respectful to ALL students.
2. Be a role model for ALL students.
3. Always be patient with people, some may be slower than others to comprehend the work.
4. Do not get out of the subject, teach what you teach and not other's teacher's subjects.
5. No drinks or food in class. Unless it is needed for a medical purpose.
6. No phones in class, warnings are given.
7. Give it a go before letting go.
8. Keep the class cleaned and make sure you clean your mess.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have a lot of experience in GangRP and PassiveRP as both a Highschool student and a College Student as an Elite Operator and Head Member of Zero Tolerance Gang then as a Commander of G.H.O.S.T Gang. I previously worked at The Fridge as a Security Guard and I was also a Personal Bodyguard of one of the girls from the KPOP group.

- HD: HD also known as Head of Department are the most skilled teacher in the school. They lead and oversee lower teachers, you could say they're leaders/chiefs/role model for lower-skilled teachers.
- QTLS: QTLS also known as Qualified Teacher of Learning Skills are certified and approved teachers who can teach their subjects in official schools and classes without supervision or help by a higher teacher.
- NQT: NQT also known as Newly Qualified Teachers are new teachers, they're not yet fully trusted to teach their subject, they'll need supervision and help by a higher rank at all times until they can be QTLS.

Teachers serve one of the biggest purposes to me in SRP, they're the BASE of SRP's Roleplay. They serve knowledge about a subject they're specialized in throughout lessons, work, exercises, homework and much more. They get a fixed salary if they worked enough but can be increased based on how many classes they do, teachers IRL tho have a fixed salary every month unless they've done good towards their class where they could get a promotion. Let's not forget teachers are humans and adults before anything, so like everyone in-general, they spent time for their love (if any), they go to dinners, they go have fun at the beach, etc. They only difference from other people is that they'll need to spend some time creating and setting up their future lessons, work and exercises.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: SRP is based on SchoolRP, meaning Teachers are the base of everything, without it, there would be no schools or classes so we couldn't call it SchoolRP. Plus, it also gives new Roleplay experienced and work for players.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The school system is entirely based on the student's current life and future life. They guide students on the right path by helping and teaching them what it takes to have the best job for them later on so they could maintain a good and happy life.

My character, Yankov "Yaki" Ivankov is a blonde Russian male with special eyes as his right eye is blue and his left eye very light reddish. He normally wears classy outfits such as shirts along with ties and suits pants or jeans with golden jewelry to express his love for fashion and expensive clothes & accessories. He is unique due to his family being a mafia, so he knows how to lead a group of people and knows how to handle the worst circumstances. He sees students as his children, he treats like them with high respect and honor even tho they may be the kind of student to mess around, he'll understand them and keep in mind he has been a teenager like them before. He is very open and chill when it comes to his workmates. He is ready to help them with anything even outside of school. Yaki is the kind to be serious but also- fun at the same time. He is serious when it's needed but he will also make fun things with his class, to make sure they also have fun while learning, he works hard and is very friendly and nice towards anyone as long as they don't hurt his family. He plans on becoming a teacher, getting a bigger house for his family along with growing up his family and educating his kids.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'll slowly and friendly approach the group, asking them politely to stop cursing and swearing, informing them about the school's rules that they're breaking and the consequences of it. If they don't stop, ill take them to detention after school along with letting know the Principal about their behavior.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I'll get their attention somehow, noticing the importance of the class and their behavior is extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and the people in the class who would like to learn.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He'd be very quiet, but very friendly. He'd be open to anyone who may come to him and start a conversation, without making up a fuss he'd do his work or do whatever he needs or want to do making sure to not annoy his workmates.

/mel &7He'd fix his tie, cleaning up the board and making sure his desk is neat as he'd look to the class, showing he is ready to start the lesson.

/me &7He'd pick up his red pen, grabbing and picking up the first student's workbook from his desk before opening it to the page to the lesson's exercises and quietly corrects their work, keeping an eye on the class.

Backstory
Yankov "Yaki" Ivankov is a very classy man, wears very expensive clothes, neat and classy along with his smooth blonde hair and two-colors (Heterochromia) eyes and a proud and confident stance. He is from Russian, Moscow. Where he grew up along with his 2 brothers. When he was 11 yrs old, he started learning Computer Network Security, Programming and Web Developing cause that's what he loved to do and learn. He was planning on becoming some sort of Teacher, cause he loved sharing his knowledge with people and teach people ANYTHING he knew. He started online studying about teaching and more about computing and technology when he was 15 yrs old and dedicated his free-time to ONLY that and nothing else. He was always a quiet and shy kid at school and due to his online studying in his free time, he would not have many friends even if he would try his best to get friends and get people to like him, but it somewhat never worked. When he turned 18 yrs old, he learned that his family, Ivankov, was a Russian mafia family. But Yaki had different projects for life, different plans, different opinions. His father and the rest of the family were not okay, they wanted him to lead this Mafia and nothing else. One night, out of nowhere, his brothers tried to murder him, orders from his father. Tho, Yaki was taking training in martial arts and weapons handling, he was able to easily kill his brothers instead where he ran away from home, for 3 months, Yaki was gone. No one knew where he was, tho one day he went to a gas station in the northeast of Moscow where he got caught by the cops. Yaki tried to resist but he got shot in the chest, he was taken to the hospital where he was taken care of but when his family picked him up out of the hospital, he ran away again. This time, he did the choice of going for good and leave the Mafia life behind. He flew right to Japan, not telling ANYONE back in Russia. Today, his family still wonder where he is and how was he able to defeat 2 skilled mafia killers. He started his version of the Ivankov family, making it better. He got his certificates and degrees. Now, he wants to become a teacher to give a better life for the future generation, give them a life different from his, teach them the errors he made to make sure they won't do the same and teach everyone all the amazing sides of computing and technology.
