What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: School is a very important part of the Server, I want help and bring out more into roleplay, making the school life more interesting for players, that are going to school.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I am online daily on the server and have had multiple jobs on the server. Such as T.A, Office Secretary and Shop-Owner.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes I have.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: They are helpful, for such as marking down, what class has been taught and what happened in class. So, you don’t have to repeat everything repeatedly. It is also helpful to see which teachers are active and who is not.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I at first tell the superiors, the HD, the Vice-Principal or the Principal himself. If my request is accepted, I see how long the trip would and how many hours it would take, at most I would want it to be 4 hours, if it’s only a smaller field trip, I would want it to be 2-3 hours. Letting the students talk about the session in the next class.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No yelling at students
2. Raise your hand if you want to speak, otherwise be quiet.
3. Stay at your first chosen to sit, don’t run around class while the teacher is teaching.
4. You shouldn’t start fights, verbally or physically.
5. You aren’t allowed to bully, threaten or harass other students or even the teacher.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I’ve been roleplaying for over 3 years, not just on SchoolRp. I have often watched people teach, but also taught classes myself. While my time on SchoolRp, I am a College Professor. I have had many ranks where I had to watch classes, such as T.A. Generally, I am a very big fan of roleplaying, I roleplay often on other servers or other games.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department, they give the permission to the newer teachers and supervise them.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills, are the teachers who can start classes without permission of the HD of the Department they are teaching.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher, these are the teachers who are newly hired. They must always ask the Head of Department, when they can start classes. After certain amount of time, they are moved up the QTLS and must not always ask.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.:
A teacher’s job is to educate pupils/Students to learn more about life and about the future world. Also, to give them an understanding of life and how to succeed in life. Teachers who work at school usually get the amount of 250,000 yen. Teachers are the main thing a school needs, a student’s job is to receive information that the teachers give, a student’s learning is measured through tests and assessments. A Teachers primary goal is to give knowledge to the student. If a lot of work is done that day they might have to stay behind to mark work or take the work home to do it there. If there is a test they will do a group up with other teachers and mark the test. They will also stay behind and do after school for student’s and help them catch up.
Often teachers are seen as “not human” by students and others, yet they are. They don’t live 24/7 in the school. Teachers will go out, go shopping, go home to rest, hang out with other teachers or other school workers. They are still humans and still enjoy themselves outside of school.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: The teacher rank is important, hence this is a School server. No school has no teachers. It adds realism to the server, showing that it is a school server, where most things happen around it. Without teachers, the server would just be a city roleplay server, which isn’t its ideal form. The main part of the server is the school.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: It uses MoSCo system which means:

Character Knowledge

Parker is a very young and happy woman. She stands at 5’9 with a nice toned build. She has seemingly violet eyes and long nice wavy brown hair. She talks softly, which is calming and gives off a calming and peaceful vibe. She always smiles brightly, bringing out her happy personality. She doesn’t wear what most people her age wear, she likes to wear more of a “teenage” style clothing, adding to her slight childish personality.
What makes her so different to others, is her view on the world. She doesn’t relate to the more violent side and always tries to bring people to see the brighter side of life. She finds it often better, to be in the view of students, so she acts a bit like a child, so she can make younger people relate better to her and not see her as just an authority person.
Her outlook on students, she sees them as her responsibility, she wants her students to leave high school and her under the knowing, that she taught them all she could and that they can take the knowledge into the real world. She wants students to learn, but also see her as someone they can trust and go to for psychological help. She does not wish for students to see her as a person, they can’t talk with and must hide from.
She sees her fellow teachers, as the people whose job it is to also help students. She puts full trust into them, to teach them correctly and work correctly. But also sees them as friends, who can give each other tips for further teaching skills. She believes she can learn from them and learn other ways to change her classes, if there are any negative sides of them.
Parker is a very sweet woman, she cares very much for people who are close to her in any way. She attempts to always see the best in even the evilest of people. At times she is naïve, giving often people more than a few chances after they have done something unforgivable. She is generally a kind person, yet she has sass when it comes to people annoying her. She usually doesn’t act so. Just showing her happy side to others.
Parkers plan of the future isn’t very, massive. She wants to settle down with her soon to be husband. She wants to keep teaching and educating newer generation of kids. Her dream is mostly to see the children she teaches, to grow into good people, who help the economy or Karakura. She sees teachers as people who lead the children to their future, the one who give them the chance. She wants to keep that dream up.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would quickly tell them to stop, if they wouldn’t I would give them warnings. I would after report the actions to higher ups, such as an HD, Vice-Principal or the Principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would attempt to gain their attention. If not, I would count the minutes of how long no one was listening and keep them for that period of time longer in class. I would give them a quick lecture whilst those minutes.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She will act with kindness, starting small-talk and ask about how their class was. She will act as if she is the same as everyone else, not seeing herself as something higher. If she’s not talking with other teachers, she will reread her lesson plans, seeing if her lessons is complete and ready to show in front of class.

Backstory
Parker Devlin was born on the 31st of December, 1997 in Stockholm Sweden. Parker was born youngest, meaning often didn’t get much attention from her parents. She never minded, she was grateful for what she was born into and didn’t want to disturb her parents while they were working for their now four children. When Parker went into high school, she was much outcasted. She didn’t wear newer cloths, the money in her family not much. She wore hand me downs from her older sister Lara or even her two other brothers Eric and John. Parker was often bullied by people for her looks and clothing style. In Parker’s mind, it wasn’t bullying, she was trying to see the best in people, even in the ones that had hurt her. She started to study the groups. This interested her more, than the bullying. She didn’t quite understand how they ticked, so she started to interest herself into sociology and psychology, she would let them continue their bullying on her, but she noted their actions after. She learned how they ticked and started using her knowledge against them. Soon after that, they finally stopped. She taught other’s her knowledge, earning her many friends at school. She asked teachers if her notes were correct and often asked psychologist’s if she was noting down everything important. She kept doing her research on groups, such as clicks and or bullies. She was fascinated by their actions, making her finally decide to study Sociology and Psychology in her College years. She started to teach Sociology and Psychology in schools, hoping that this would stop bullying that happened at the school.
Another thing she had studied was the Japanese language, as she saw Japan as her future home she moved there, at first, she saw herself not completely suit as teacher, so she stayed studying the Japanese culture, as it was different then Sweden. After reading about a town names Karakura she believed she could learn about the different culture that was in the town. She had heard, that the town was known for its rather aggressive groups, she set her destination there. When she got her knowledge of Japan secured she applied as Owner of the store 11/7, placed in Karakura. After the previous Owner, had supposedly passed away. After a few months of being the Owner, she noticed the business of owning a known store, wasn’t her expertise. She soon after resigned, hoping 11/7 would get a better Owner, then she could have been. She finally believed in her knowledge of the city itself, the groups that had formed there, that she could try to teach the kids of Karakura everything about Sociology.
