School Employee Role you are Applying For: Karakura High-school School Janitor.
How often do you log onto the server?: I log on every single day for around 6-12 hours a day on weekends, yet, it goes down to 3-6 hours on weekdays.
Do you have discord? I do indeed have a discord, it is 'News#0999'.
Do you have a microphone? I have a microphone that I can use on discord as well, yes.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have been banned on this account for 'Avoid-RP' a few months back before I believe.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I can definitely assure this, in fact I will always make sure to notify the entire School Staff team before I go inactive for a certain period of time, whether it be a few days or a week. If I do not come on for a day or two and I have not notified the team, this is usually just because something came up, this will not usually happen but I truly apologize if it manages to.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: I recognize and fully have taken this into account upon applying for this specific role, mainly due to having experienced it myself. I will utilize my past knowledge of working to try to assure this does not happen.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: The role I have chosen, as I stated in the title, is a Janitor. This role specializes in keeping the School grounds, clean, tidy, and in order. As a Janitor they often focus on the cleansing aspect, however they may do the more 'dangerous' jobs in order to help the school to their fullest. A school Janitor will also enforce the rules if it comes upon them and will try to keep students in order.
Do you have any past experience in this type of role-play?: I have a very minor experience in this role-play on other servers, but mostly I will be new to a lot of it. I will make sure to try my hardest to catch on to anything I am not familiar with.
What experience, in general, do you have in role-play?: I have been role-playing for a very great amount of time at this point, I would go ahead and say maybe around 5 years. This goes back to the origins of my role-playing which began on smaller creative servers when I was around nine or ten years old, so I consider myself having a good amount of experience in role-playing as a whole. On the School Role-play Network I also have a decent amount of playtime to add onto my credentials of role-play experience.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: As stated in the previous question relating to this general topic, the School Janitor will attempt to keep the school tidy, clean, and in order. Again, they will also do the more 'dangerous' jobs that say; a teacher will not do.
[Situations]
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I calmly assess the situation and give him off with a warning, with the clear assumption of him just having a bad day. I'll maybe give him one more warning after this, however, if he displays blatant disrespect to me, I may retaliate with getting a teacher to hand out a detention, or give it myself if I am so capable of this.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would simply follow through with the task as requested due to the fact that I am a School Janitor and this is my general type of 'turf'. However, if I cannot complete this task, I would inform the Principle as soon as possible, or try to get help from another School Employee.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If the task is something designed for a janitor to complete easier than if they did it, I would assist them, however if this task is un-orderely I would attempt to get them to stop what they were doing. In the case of them acting in a disorderly manner in general, I would try to correct them and assist them in heading in the right direction.

Chosen Job: School Janitor
Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for applying for this job is the fact that it would help out the school as much as possible. As I have seen in the past going to the school, there are a lot of students that are generally messy with their surroundings. I would like to improve the overall environmental conditions of the school grounds. With that said, I see the School Janitor position as a great job for me.
Age (Minimum age is 25): 25 years of age.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I cannot say for sure whether I should be accepted over all other applicants, due to the fact that I know there is always going to be someone who is substantially better than me at the chosen job. However, I will give the job my best in dedication and assure you that I will remain active and attempt at making the school a better place. I will also assist the other school staff in their various tasks regarding anything I could potentially help with. In this case, as said, I cannot assure you that I should be accepted over all other applicants, but I will give it my complete best.
