Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
My activity tends to be quite decent. With an average of three to four hours before a break of one, generally. Trivia

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I've always had an aspiration for inflicting emotions on others (in a positive light) and making them sense and envelop a fictional world that they can explore, along with the audience that surrounds them. As I sluggishly explored ways to express this passion that I felt - drama unveiled itself. A source of creativity that enables you to form into the art, be the melody that words can create and interact with characters that your mind thought beyond imaginable. Drama is and was a source of freedom for me, that transformed me into the person I happen to be, today. As I dove deeper into the wonders that was this new experience, I gradually came to the decision that this was what I wanted to do. Helping people feel that way, express emotions, too - would be an honour.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes, I do. I have been a long time roleplayer in a handful of servers and locations. Personally, I would want this to continue for as long as possible. When joining the server - I had a different experience, with a whole set of rules to learn. This proved to be a challenge. Despite this fact, it was all worth it as it proved to me, at the time, that I thoroughly enjoyed roleplaying and wanted to continue engaging with others, who thought the same.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
The Faculty Handbook has been read by me, several times - in order to be able to have it implemented to the way I act and react.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are a document in which the purpose is to make a note of the events taken place in a classroom. It is also useful as it can be evidence to a Teacher doing their job as they are required, without issues. Furthermore, it is an efficient way to keep track of a large amount of people (The employees, in this case).

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
In order to start a school field trip, I would need permission for such an action. For this to be acquired, I would need to post an application. Further requirements include other staff on the trip, permission slips from students as well as the request being accepted. The application must be brought into being in a specific format, otherwise it would not be approved.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Class is a place that rules must be regarded, constantly. If this is not the case, a learning environment would not be created. These rules are vital:
• Talking whilst a teacher, or perhaps fellow student is verbalising, is prohibited.
• Blatant disrespect is deemed as intolerable and should not be seen by any students.
• Swearing is not viewed as a deemable action and has consequences.
• Asking for the bathroom is not allowed, as it is a time-waster. If you plan on going, wait until after.
• Food, drinks or even phones must be kept away from sight, to reduce the chance of removal. If this is not met, me confiscating should not come as a surprise.
• Hands raised are a must, if you want any questions or statements heard.

Summarize your previous RP experience(s) (both in general and on SchoolRP):

Due to the fact that I have been role-playing for a large amount of time, I have had more than one experience. At first, my Roleplays were very casual, with a few mutual friends and nothing extravagant. However, after coming into SchoolRP, that altered. In a server that explores several types of ways to Roleplay, I slowly but surely left my comfort zone to discover my interests, sticking to calm yet enjoyable moments.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD:
The Head of Department. A teacher who spent several years training to fully master the skill that it is to develop a student's mind to its full potential. They are experts who tend to share their knowledge to newer teachers, with less experience. They can be considered the manager within their field.

- QTLS:
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills. They are trusted, within the community, to be able to teach alone - without hesitation. These teachers have been teaching for a while and know their "way around a classroom".

- NQT:
The Newly Qualified Teachers. The teachers fresh into handling classes and engaging with students. They are constantly learning and are expected to uphold expectations, despite being relatively new. They are frequently supervised by their colleagues.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

• (ICLy) A teacher's job is to present students with the fundamentals of life, as well as basic skills. This is so they can be prepared for responsibilities gained, as they increase in age and transition into College.

• (OOCly) Their purpose is to give support to students that may need it, as well as any of those who are keen to expand their minds. They are there as a beacon of knowledge for those who dedicate their time.

• The average salary for most teachers in Japan is ¥250,000.

Teachers should be prepared to dedicate their time to construct a lesson that best suits their subject. For this to be the case, they are at a constant strive to teach in a way they feel comfortable, whilst still providing the best opportunity possible for those attending, as a chance to seize them. Whilst teaching styles may vary, the basic concept is simple:
• Have the Student's interest at heart, even if it is difficult for them to perceive this fact.

Despite having free time, teachers often choose said hours to plan for their next lesson, in order to offer the best experience. They may spend hours doing so, as it is a neccesity to mark exams etc.
However, when they are not doing this, they are expected to remain civil and a role model for those around, at a constant time. No matter the situation.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The lesson planning system is MoSCo which signifies: Must Have, Should Have, Could Have.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does she look like? What makes her unique and different? What is her outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is her personality like? What is her plan for the future?:
Akanishi E. Helvete, commonly known as simply Aka - is a young female who happens to possess very distinctive features. With usually messy yet comfortable hairstyles, Aka aspires to stand out from the crowd, in a hope to apeal to playwrights, as their next protagonist. With perhaps gentle eyes, she overlooks the world, with a deep sense of care but don't let that fool you, she is as strict as any other person may and can be. Sometimes seen with spectacles displayed upon her face, the female gazes upon the landscape. She can be considered mature yet caring, as she attempts to improve every person's capabilities around her. Commonly an outgoing person, Akanishi can occasionally be seen talking to the students about what they did well, to increase their morale - while still giving constructive critism. Despite this, she is not a push-over. She does not have a problem raising her voice, nor being stern with delinquents - when required. She will always prioritise the safety and happiness of her students, while maintaining the rules set in the establishment. Strictly, if need be. She views the students as people who have the opportunity to improve life for everyone, thus working intensively hard to make sure they reach their potentials. Teachers for her, are the foundation of the school, she does not see them as only colleagues but also the supporter for the next generation therefore she does all in her power to ensure this. She plans to consume her thoughts with scenarios for the future, all of which she could create, if only she was tenacious.

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Those who are considered to be breaking the rules, first should at least be given the chance to stop at their own accord - meaning, I would procede with telling the group that this is not appropriate and further actions will result in consequences. If trouble persists, punishments will have to become a reality.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
At first, I would clear my throat, loudly - as an attempt to gather as much attention as possible, without causing too much chaos in the room. However, if that fails - shouting would not be non-existent. If behaviour persists despite doing so, they are breaking a rule of the class and ultimately, should be removed without continuation of this behaviour.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Whilst spending time in the teacher's lounge, Akanishi E. Helvete greets every member of the school present. She does not forget her manners and refuses to show any ounce of disrespect, no matter the circumstances. She engages in light chatter with others and if she feels someone may be directing the conversation to an innappropriate situation - she is not afraid to state so.

Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me procedes to walk across the room, collecting the papers off of the students who she noticed to be lounging about - almost as if their grades were of little importance to them. Her eyes slowly divert to the conundrum in the corner, as her voice warms up to yell.

/me slowly points to the small student at the back, who she noticed to have put up his hand several times, before listening intensively to the words he stated. She nodded as to give the boy reassurance, seeming he had issues to talk in front of the class.

/me stares at her notes, a concentrated look on her face as she flicked through the countless words splurged upon her notebook. Before long, she turned her attention to the clock, before presenting her self and announcing the class had come to an end.

/me stands near the entrance, greeting students who galloped through the entrance, not acknowledging her effort to welcome them. She decides not to pay attention to this and waves as the next pupil leaped into the small room, ready for another lesson.

/me looks through the homework she is acquired to mark before hearing a blaring noise. She notices it's a ringtone emerging from the corner of the room. Upholding the rules, she made her way towards the abrupt sounds and confiscated the item from the student, refusing to return it - before the end of the lesson.

Backstory

Akanishi E. Helvete was born to a family, located in Germany. They were a strict group, who had traditional views on all aspects of life. This meant liberation for Akanishi Helvete was limited and she had difficulties showing her imaginative side. This troubled her, as she was not permitted to engage in acting, as she wished. However, she saved up money, annually, by working small shifts for people, as a hope for the future. Coming into her college years, Helvete decided going abroad would be beneficial for her hopes and dreams, so she came to the conclusion of travelling to Karakura, Japan. Upon arrival, she was envelloped in the beauty and sights that were present. As she set foot in this foreign land, the young female looked for opportunities that could turn her into the actress she wanted to be. However, finding a college was difficult as not many offered the Drama experience. Time passed, she began to lose hope, as these traditional values seemed to be even more evident, as days parted and showed. At a point, a letter arrived, stating she had a chance to attend Karakura College to gain the experience she needed to improve her skills. She soon graduated with a degree in Drama and Performance. This sparked a realisation in her that she wanted to do the opposite her parents did to her - prove to young people that Drama is something they can persue with patience. She was going to offer her abilities to a school, so that pupils could receive a supporting role in their environment, to make it easier to achieve what they wish. She applied for a job as a Teacher, her thoughts and feelings slowly submerging into a reality, for her.

Additional notes about your application (if any):
I am aware that the time required to apply (having an active forum account) is longer than mine is up. However, I used to have another one, which was active for a lot longer, which used to be the same as my previous username. After a while, I acquired new information, which meant I lost access to my old account. Here's the link to my previous one:
https://schoolrp.net/index.php?members/kawaii_bunnies.6483/
I previously talked to a member of staff, who stated it would be okay to apply, as long as I show/mention my old account. Hope this is alright.

Do you have any questions?:

No, I do not have any questions but I will ask if one happens to cross my mind.
