School Employee Role you are Applying For: School Technician
How often do you log onto the server?: I log on everyday for hours at a time, ensuring my activity in the server is my main priority.
Do you have discord?: Yes, my discord is CuJo#4986
Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I do have a microphone.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I was banned once for exceeding my warn limit and too many warnings/bans, I’ve learned from my mistakes and try to follow the rules to the best of my ability. And I understand that I have a bad history and I won’t claim that I’ve changed but I am more aware of my actions and know that there are always consequences. I’ve been striving to change my outlook and abide by the rules at all times, so far I’ve been doing very well and haven’t been warned within this time period and I plan on continuing this so on and so fourth.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, I can ensure that I’ll be able to log on because I understand the importance of staying active on the server. The only time I wouldn’t be able to log on would be due to family but that is under rare circumstances. I know that if I don’t log on for 4 weeks, there is a high possibility that I’d get demoted due to inactivity. I acknowledge this and can promise that I will try to be as active as necessary.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, of course I am aware that if I act out of order ICly there is a possibility that I can get fired. I know that if I would like to keep my job, I need to monitor my own actions and hold up an image for myself.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A school technician is a person that takes care of the school electronics. This varies from computers, IPads, tablets, smart TVs, etc. The school technician must be prepared for any situation where one of these devices may have an issue such as a bug or even a wifi issue. This also applies to the school cameras. An example of this would be if a student throws a rock at a security camera, the school technician must be rushed to the camera and is to work on fixing the lens to where it is usable. Technicians must have a basic knowledge on how electronics work and different ways to fix the various problems that a device can have.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No I do not, but I do know many people that have been in the type of roleplay that can guide me until I get the hang of things on my own. I’m also not afraid to ask questions and I know how important it is to be aware of what I’m doing.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Well, I do a lot of roleplay on SchoolRP and I have also done roleplays on other things such as GTA V.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: The role of school technician is a role that looks over the technology of the school. When I say ‘look over’ I mean things such as, getting rid of a virus, ensuring that the computer itself is working properly, and overall just making sure that the computers are in tact and ready for school use. I elaborated more on this idea in the previous questions regarding the tasks of a school technician.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I’d inform them that if they don’t stop, they will face the consequences and how important it is to follow school rules. If they still don’t listen after this point, I’d get another employee and try to smooth out the situation, if nothing happens, I would assign them after school detention and lecture them about their actions.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: At first I would most likely question the job that was requested but I would proceed and do the job that was requested hastily and efficiently. Afterward I would inform him that the job was completed and go on with my usual duties as a school technician.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would approach the employee and question them on what they’re doing. If they were acting out, I’d warn them saying that if they continue with that kind of behavior that they might get fired and should be more aware of their actions. And if they employee continues to act out, I’d take down their names and roles and report them to one of the higher ups. If the employee is completing a dangerous job, I’d approach them with care and calmly ask them to stop what they’re doing for a minute to answer my questions. I’d first ask them for their name and role then proceed with the rest of my questions regarding what they’re doing and why. Afterward I would ask them to stop depending on the circumstances and ensure that none of the students or themselves got harmed in the process.

Motivation for Joining YHS: Ever since I started attending Karakura highschool I had always wanted to work here. It seemed like such a nice environment and best fit for me. I had seen children acting out and wanted to do something about it, if I were to be hired I would be able to do something about the students acting out and I’d be able to prevent any issues that may occur. I’ve also seen a lack of technicians within the school but there are still appliances that may break. An example would be something like if one of the computers in the ICT room had gotten a virus, there would be no one that is properly trained to fix the issue. I would love to see a change around the high school with more optimistic and available workers, and I want to be able to be one of those workers.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I believe that I should be hired over other applicants because I have an optimistic personality that can be useful when handling a tough situation with students who are acting up. I also consider myself as a “ready-to-work” kind of person. What this means is that I am almost always prepared for a situation where I have to be rushed somewhere to assist. I try my hardest and I attempt to be as informed as possible. I’m the kind of person to listen to the facts before I jump to a conclusion which can be very helpful in a scenario where listening is required.
