This is my 2nd application.My first application I accepted but I got fired bc my pc was broken.
What is your motivation for applying?:
Im in the school band of my school for 3 years and I am good at it and I was playing on school rp server then I decided to be a music teacher and give my music experience to the students.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do? First I would have to send a letter to the principle that I wanted to have a field trip with my class. Then if it's accepted I will tell to students and go to field trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
1. All students need to be quiet and not disturb a teacher unless they are playing a musical instruments.
2. Students must sit on the seats and if they want to ask for something they need to raise there hands.
3. Classwork that is not finished will count as homework for the next day.
4. Any students that disrupt the class will be warned.If they continue they will get on to principles office.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I think one thing I would change about the Teacher Group is that we should all be able to have our own way of rewarding students, not just one way for all teachers. I would do that because I think that depending on what subject the teacher is teaching there might be some ways to award students that other teachers in other subjects might not be able to do.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are there to assist students and to guide them to higher levels of achievement. The teachers try to prepare their students for the future, like college and employment. Also lead the students to be able to be independent and to be able to make the right
decisions when it is hard too.
A Music teacher out-of-game gets a salary of about $65.000 per year. Where in the server a teacher's salary is 250,000 yen.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
Teachers are important to a SchoolRP because if there's no teacher there will be no classes and the server not go well.

Trainee|(Trainee): A trainee attends classes and help the teacher. It will give you training for when your a future teacher. All of this will make you more comfortable with running a class and how a classroom works.
Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT): A NQT can run a classroom, but you need to make sure to check with your HD to see what you should be teaching and what you should be doing in class.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS): A QTLS is able to teach lessons now during regular school hours.
Head of Department (HD): A HD is in charge of all the other teachers in their department. They are responsible for training the trainee's and assisting the NQTs.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The lesson planning system that the school goes by is a MoSCo system (Must have, Should Have, Could Have).

I would tell them stop and if they still do it I will get them too principals office.

If the students are not listening I would wait and if they still talk I will clap my hands and see are they stopping.
