It was kind of irresponsible for me to leave my shop like that but I've learnt from my mistakes and now that its summer, and I have a faster computer Ill be able to get on more often.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: The lack of activity in the school. No one is really interested in going to the school anymore and I would like to help bring more awareness to the existence of the school.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Recording what you do in class on the Teacher roster. Classroom logs are important to check the activity of a teacher and the content they're teaching.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I'd have to apply under the Field Trips Thread with the format given.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Any type of violence (Mental, and Physical) is not tolerated towards a student, no influencing religion onto students, favoritism is not allowed, no racial discrimination, no slacking off while teaching a lesson.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
My first time roleplaying was when I was first introduced to WarriorCats , that was 3 years ago. From that I've had interest in many different fandoms and genre's. I started roleplaying on Minecraft 2 years ago in a private server my friend had made (I was a math teacher). I kinda got more and more interested in School RP's and I decided to learn more about it. I found SchoolRP around April 2017, and since then I've been a Shop Owner, and a School Librarian. Since i was the School Librarian, I've had experience working at the school.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department, they are the head teachers in the subject they teach. For example, in art, you'd be the head of the Art department.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher, unlike the NQT, they're able to host their classes without permission from the HD.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teachers, they can host classes, but not without the permission of the HD.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
The role of a Teacher is to educate children/young adults throughout their lives in school. They have periods where they would teach one class each day. Each class a teacher would teach has a different subject. There's a teacher for each of these subjects (Science, Math, English, etc.). They're the ones responsible for the future and growth of their students. Its crucial for them to fully understand what they are teaching and how they're teaching it. Its also the teachers job to take care of bullying or any problems at school unless they're unable to. It is a teachers responsibility to punish students correctly, for example giving students 3 warnings before detention as to giving them detention straight away. In the teachers off time they would plan their next lesson, or marking homework/assignments. A teachers salary is around 250,000 yen per month in japan.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: You cant realistically have a school without any teachers. Because SchoolRP is a school based server, it would require teachers for a more realistic roleplay.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: Must have, Should Have, Could Have.

Teddy Shah is a short and stubby (5'3 160lbs) tan female from India. She practices Wicca and it seems to be a huge part of her life. She has black, short, unbrushed hair. Her fashion style has a lot of old witch aesthetic to it (Witch hats, Lots of black, Mary Janes, Winklepickers, skirts). Teddy's studied Planetary Science and Biology throughout her whole life. Teddy believes the Wicca saying "If it harms none, do what ye will". Teddy has large hips, and a slim waist. Her face would be rather round, having a greek nose, with light green makeup. She tries her best to educate her students and cares for them even if she might come as mean and strict. Teddy would be very friendly to other teachers and adults. Teddy is short tempered and demanding, but she can also be caring towards others.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Would threaten to "turn them into frogs if the didn't scram".
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: She's clap , tap on the desk loudly, or scratch her nails against the board to get their attention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Teddy would non-stop tell stories about her two cats, she'd also brag about her favorite students. Teddy is very sensitive about her religion, anyone disagreeing with her on something about Wicca would get her very upset . Teddy is very loud and obnoxious sometimes.

She was raised to follow Buddhism, a religion her whole family has followed for decades.But it was more forced upon her, it was a religion she didn't really connect with. As Teddy grew older she was required to learn more, as her family believed a successful life comes from good grades. Growing up Teddy had little to no friends, and no one to trust. She was very unlikable as a child and very demanding. It was difficult for Teddy to be doing the things the kids her age would be doing. Teddy would be forced to be sent to learn in the library when she wasn't helping out at her parents farm. Teddy later on discovered Wiccan, a religion about natures rank, and superiority. Where humans aren't the superior and yet stand besides nature. Teddy soon graduated and moved to London where she continued her studies in Science and Wicca. She got more into the "Witch" aesthetic as she grew older and older. Teddy first found a job at a pre-school in Tokyo, where she was fired due to her beliefs as a Wiccan and the way she would dress. Teddy traveled to many different countries (Norway, LA, Russia , South Africa) to find job opportunities but never managed to stay at one job. Teddy has had multiple relationships, all of which have never lasted long because of her short temper. In 2014 Teddy moved to japan again where she'd stay at. She'd teach online classes as a way of earning money, soon enough Teddy would get bored of this. Teddy started a unsuccessful YouTube channel and uploaded videos for 6th months before she got tired of it and moved on. She later remembered her goal of being a Wiccan science teacher.
