HOW LONG HAVE YOU PLAYED ON SCHOOLRP?: I've been playing on SRP for a year now but I didn't play over the previous summer alot. My play time as of me typing this application is 17 days and 10 hours.
HOW ACTIVE ARE YOU ON SRP A SCALE OF 1-10?: Recently I have had a spike in playtime (due to current events) and have been playing everyday for atleast 6 hours. If I were to go back to school I'd be able to be on from 5-9pm PST. Overall I'd rate myself a 8/10 on my active scale, but I can Increase that if necessary.
ARE YOU A COLLEGE STUDENT? (Y/N): Yes, I have applied twice, the first time was denied but after some changes my application was accepted.

DESCRIBE YOUR INTEREST REGARDING MEDICINE: I have always been interested in the medical field, and have done some research in it outside of wanting to become a doctor in SRP. Im mostly just looking to learn from becoming an EMS and most importantly expanding my knowledge on the server through helping peoples characters.
WHAT DEPARTMENT WOULD YOU LIKE TO INTERN IN? (DOCTOR/SURGEON/NURSE): I would like to have an internship as a doctor and have made a doctor application already.

CHARACTER NAME: Leonard Bellerose
CHARACTER AGE: 19
CHARACTER AMBITIONS: Leo wants to become a doctor for Karakura and spread his family name. His brother Abraham Bellerose, is a police officer. Leo has always wanted to work in the medical field and help the people of Karakura, he has never been involved in gang activity and has a clear background.
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICINE: My character has many friends and some of witch have medical difficulties. He knows many medicines such as;
Painkillers: Paracetamol, Aspirin, Hydrocodone
Anti-Depressants: Fluoxetine (These are all the medications my character has either seen or used legally, I know of the other ten and their effects oocly as I have done research, I also know of adrenaline shots and how they are used).

IS YOUR CHARACTER AFFILIATED WITH ANY GANGS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY?: No, Leo Bellerose has no connections to gangs as I have set him up to not, I had decided that I wanted a completely Innocent character. You will see I have a separate character who is Arthur 'Shiranai' Ivankov who is a Ring leader in ghost, I have an alt I am setting up so If I get EMS role I will not have to worry about losing this character and I can dedicate my "LoliRP" account to EMS.
DOES YOUR CHARACTER HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD, AND IF SO WHAT? (AT LEAST 1 ARREST): Again, no. I have not done anything illegal on this character and I have had him for about 3 months now. He is directly connected to Abraham Bellerose (Police Investigator) and is part of the Bellerose family who is strictly against criminal activity.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE GENERAL INFO ABOVE FOR INTERNS? (Y/N): Yes, I understand that my character Leo Bellerose is not allowed to do any illegal things, or be connected to any gangs. I accept all these terms and will not violate them.
