Downloadable resource pack?

A lot of people seem to have issues downloading the resource pack in game, myself being one, so I was wondering if anyone would make it possible for us to download it to our own computers so we could use it....

People buy custom items all the time - they’d be annoyed if they got added every few months

It's highly possible to download the resource pack, There is a way, You'd have to take it upon yourself to update it every few days or weeks as needed, it's best to update it when you see a lot of the items around you are not looking as they are supposed to be, so if you see diamond hoes, not seeing cars, not seeing hats, other items, etc you'll have to take it upon yourself to re-enable it and then re-do the steps in this video on one of the closer dates to get texture pack to keep it updated. A lot of the items will not be in single-player as they use multiple textures for one item and it's impossible to see most of them, but there are still plenty, personally I like to download it so I don't get any 10-20 second wait time when joining, as it's already enabled and downloaded within the resource pack I also feel slightly that my game is faster this way, although I'm not sure if that's correct.
