Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I am very active on the server and i like to keep up with the latest server news, i have up to 44 solid days on my record. with my time spent on the server averaging at one day a week, meaning i spend 3.4 hours a day each week.
I check the forums every now again, depending on how much time i have. Usually while i am online i will have the forums open in case i need a referral in terms of rules or situational RP.

I have only one other application, a news reporter application in which i made approximately 43 days ago (depending on when you read this), It has not yet received a reply so i am unsure if it is still a valid application at this time.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I find it very interesting, I have attended many classes as a student in RP however i remain intrigued by the various appliances of a teacher. I find this interesting since this is RP however students seem so captivated by the lessons facilitated by the server through these teachers. I would very much like to play a larger role in this, I think i posses the knowledge required in this role since i have spent most of my childhood learning the piano. I know a lot about music and think i could deliver quality music lessons.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have 2 years of experience in role play, I was here in the early stages of the server, where i spent a year of active role-play (exact amount of time spent is not retrievable), admittedly i did quit after i started boarding school, however i have recently picked up the mantle once more. and within a year i have accumulated 44 days of role-playing. This means i have accumulated 1056 hours of role-play within the span of a year. I think this time has really paid off and i have become a proficient role-player.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs keep track of the classes being held at a given time during school hours, this helps administrators to determine the effort being made by teachers within the school. They also keep track of events that may be held at the school, for example sporting events etc.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I have looked through the forums however i have not seen anything relating to this, so i looked on google and it states:
  • Decide Where You are Going.
  • Ask Your Administrator.
  • Arrange for Transportation.
  • Decide On a Food Plan.
  • Plan Your Schedule.
  • Arrange Your Supervision.
  • Create a Permission Form.
  • Decide Who's Allowed To Go.
So i assume you take identical or similar steps when performing the same action in rp, except you would create the permission for on the forums after completing the prior steps.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I do not RP outside of SRP therefore my experiences are exclusive to this server.
My overall eperiences have been positive, as a student RPer (my current role) I have enjoyed things such as Gang RP, family RP, and couples RP. These may be standard however they are my most positive experiences, i have made many of my closest friends through these forms of RP, which were sparked merely because we decided to RP together. However now I would like to broaden my horizons, these forms of RP are very enjoyable, however, I want more diversity in the way I RP, i think it will help me build my interest in RP farther. RPing on this server has helped me and many others learn to deal with real world situations. so my experience in RP, is that of a simulator for the real world, and one that i can't get enough of.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: The head of department is the highest status in which a teacher can acquire in a given field of study. They keep track of classroom logs and review teacher applications.

- QTLS: Qualified teacher learning skills is acquired when the teacher is proficient and consistent in their teaching methods, they take up the responsibility of consultant and are often referred to when a lower level of teacher is concerned or is of concern.

- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher is when the employer accepts a teacher application and the recipient is not yet of high experience or knowledge of the teaching environment.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:

Teachers are important to a school RP server considering that the centre and point of this server is to rp within a school environment, it is common knowledge that the point of a school is to provide a focal point for learning which is facilitated by the teachers. Therefore since this is a schoolrp server, by extension it would be imperative that teachers are involved within it's operations. Without this factor authenticity is lost and as a result the point of the server is lost. without the presence of a teacher body there would be something missing within RP and as a result it would lose it's engagement.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
Must have, Should have, Would have.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?



Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would first find a way to get their attention by first calling their name, if there is no response i will proceed to arrive at a different method by clapping my hands or raising my voice. Once their attention is achieved i will ask them to stop while coupling this with a warning stating "If you continue to disrupt the hallway i will have to give you detention after school" If they continue to disrupt the hallway i will warn them once more in a more stern manner. If they refuse to listen i will then proceed to carry out the warning and provide them with an after school detention.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I will raise my voice above theirs in order to gain their attention, If this is not achieved i will single out the most prominent disrupter which would eliminate most of the noise and cause them to pay attention. in which case i will refer to the classroom rules and proceed to keep the class back for a portion of the break.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
If a situation is urgent i will speak to my colleagues about work and help them or allow them to help me plan farther actions to take in order to deal with an issue. If this is not the case I will speak about general topics such as weather, news etc in order to keep a positive energy within the lounge.

/me He would stand up in front of the class on the pedestal, he would point to musical proceedings on the board in which the class must ****yse.
/me He would open the door in order to allow the students to enter/exit the classroom.
/me He would hand a student a spare note book and pencil as requested
/me He would place his hands on the pedestal growing more frustrated with the class's behaviour he would vocalise stating "etc"
/me He would sit at the teacher's desc as students do the work as assigned he would grade tests from a previous class, or plan future lessons.

Since I was young I've been torn between becoming a physicist or a musician, my mother was a musician, however my father was a physicist. Since their divorce they have been in an ongoing war to make me more like themselves. As a result my father wanted me to be an unrelenting academic who was amazing at all scientific subjects, while my mother wanted me to be a brilliant artist and musician who would one day hold great talent. As a result of this divide i took part in both, i became proficient at music and at maths however i was never able to focus on one thing exclusively. This made selecting a career very hard. However i found myself leaning more towards the side of art, i became proficient at music however i didn't have the heart to tell my dad so i continued to part take in both. As a result i chose teaching in order to achieve satisfaction in my hard work, and to please both my father and my mother simultaneously.

- Your application carries many grammatical errors, please run the application through peer editing or Grammarly before posting.
- The application overall has a very informal tone in many of the answers. Please attempt at making it more formal, as it is an application.
- You also forgot to write several sections in the biography itself- I suggest looking over and ensuring that every section is complete.
