What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for becoming a teacher is mainly due to being a student and ****ysing the impact of progressing ones knowledge really has on them. I also know people who teach and they always have something good to say and I would really like to benefit the knowledge of people from becoming a teacher. And I feel that I would like to inspire the next generation to become a teacher and continue this amazing profession.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I do, I have roleplayed many scenarios such as: StudentRP, GangRP, however, I have not roleplayed as a teacher and that's why I would like to become one so I can have a new experience in roleplay and to expand my Roleplaying abilities.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs are a way of keeping the lesson plan organised. It is used to log down the lesson, and any extra notes. They are also used to show how active a teacher is, and without them, there is no evidence that the teacher has taught anything during the day.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I will inform the Vice/Principal and I will tell them what the trip is, and how it is related to the current subject and how it will benefit the students and say how it isn't just a day out for fun. I'm not saying it will be boring and not fun, but the students will learn something from the field trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Do not consume any food and drinks during class.
2.Raise your hand and do not shout out.
3. No electronic devices are allowed during class
4. Ready yourself for class, don't come to class to disrupt anyone.
5.Always pay attention to the teacher, don't get distracted during lessons.

I have RPed many scenarios and I wish to improve my RolePlaying ability by becoming a teacher. I have done RP such as: StudentRP, GangRP and I wish to extend my capabilities and I believe that I am worthy and I will prove this by my role and how I act. I will act responsibly on the school grounds and I will act responsibly and set a good example on the students.

- HD: HD mean Head Of Department. This means that the person who is Head Of Department, is the 'leader' of the chosen subject they teach. They are here to assist other teachers in the department and they will make sure that everything is going well and running well and everything is going well.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills, are teachers that have been on the team for a vague period of time. And are trust worthy. They are one step away from HD.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher, they have been chosen for the team recently and have little to no teaching experience and work under the HD of their department.

Without teachers, no one would learn and no one would benefit from it. The average salary of a teacher is roughly 200k. Teachers receive a salary of 250k if they complete 15 classes in that month. If they manage an extra five within that month, it's an additional 50,000 Yen on their paycheck.
Most teacher may use their spare time in order to plan lessons and mark books and homework.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important to SchoolRP because it is the whole point of School. Without them a school wouldn't be a school. They are there to assist and support students and make sure they have good knowledge and education for their future life.

Tyrone Yates is athletic and well educated male. His dark green eyes represent his hard personality. He is a very strict male who has long hair and well cared for skin. He really cares for his students and wants the best for their future. He would be a Dad and would also want the best for his children. He would be a hard-working father and would be single. As a child, Tyrone was not bought up well by his parents, he had a hard childhood however he got through the hard times and he wants to make the best life he can and becoming a teacher is his dream and it would be a highlight of his amazing life.His plans for the future are to find a loved one, and to complete his hopefully successful career as a teacher. He is a very kind and he is very respectful to other beings.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would slowly approach them, not enough to gain their attention, however I would listen closely to their conversation and make sure that they are going against school policy. Once I am sure they are breaking the rules, I shall approach the gang and inform them that they are breaking the rules and tell them to stop, if they don't stop, I shall seem threatening and give out a detention. If they refuse to come to the detention and take no interest of my words, I shall inform the Vice/Principal and if they are not available I will inform the HD or QTLS and further action will be taken from there on.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would attempt to gain the attention of the pupils, if they don't abide and continue to not listen, I will inform them that there is a class detention if that does not work, I will report it too a the Vice/Principal for further action.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He'd be kind and respectful to the other teachers, he would listen in on conversations and pay a great amount of respect to them. He would make sure that he was always involved and not left out.

Tyrone Yates was born and raised in the United Kingdom, Wales. From a young age he lived with his parents and brother. He always wanted to be a teacher when a young one due to his mother being one. His first school was Linddlw nursery, he would later on lose his Dad in a car crash and miss parts of school due to family issues. He later moved into a Primary School and got through that like any other child his age. At the age of 12, High school didn't treat him nicely. He would get bullied for practically everything about him. (His height, how big his nose is, anything you could possibly think of). He had one main friend in High school, it was his best friend Joseph. Joseph was a very talented writer, speaker and overall was an amazing student. His family then ended up becoming poor after his mum losing her job and 15 year old Tyrone wanted to make a difference. At the age of 18, Tyrone Yates moved to Karakura in Japan to achieve his hope of becoming a Teacher. He went to college to get an A-Level in English. He was living with his adopted father and brothers and sisters in an apartment and he decided to move on from that and start a family of his own, he is now living with his children and himself and hoping to find a loved one down the line. He is living a very happy life now and is hoping to become a teacher because he didn't have the best of childhoods and he doesn't feel that any child should experience the horrors of not having a good and reliable education. And now wants to become a Teacher in Karakura.
