Question, why can only staff reply to faq questions? (On the discord server) I mean, I guess it makes sense because most questions regular players can't answer. But if it's a question like "How do you add a contact to you phone?" I feel like people should be able to respond. Mainly because the staff team isn't very large and sometimes they can be busy with other things. So wouldn't it be easier for people who know the answer to SIMPLE questions like that can answer? I mean either that or a staff member can create a message with common questions that are asked the most with answers and pin it. So If someone needs the answer to a very easy question like "How do you set your description?" can be added. It's just a suggestion because it makes more sense than the current situation.
I understand that me saying all this could be frustrating because the answer can seem "obvious" but some people don't know. Like I keep forgetting the command to view descriptions it would be easier to have it automatically there instead of asking and waiting for a response. Sometimes, people will ask in OOC like I sometimes do and it's easier. And being a long time player, it can be a little embarrassing asking that question since it's a very basic command.
So that's why I think it'd be easier to have something like that. Even if it was just a section on the forums. Like you can have a command (Ex: /faq) and it gives you a link to the section in the forums with commonly asked questions like I just mentioned. For me, I have made a section I wrote on a discord with a shit ton of commands that are commonly used so I don't forget and it can very helpful. So why not add the same thing but for everyone to use?
It can have a view rules to descriptions like the rules/character rules. (Ex: You can't be more than 6'4 tall / You can't copy off of a character that's already made or a popular celebrity or something like that.) I know it already says this at spawn, but it would be easier if it was in a more of a guide. Plus, they don't really say you can't be a celebrity or something which is an unsaid rule but could be added. And plus, sometimes with different texture packs, it can be difficult to read what it says at spawn. So this could be a solution for that as well. I better end this here before I write even more c': I hope some people agree with my opinion but also hope some people disagree so they can say what they think is wrong with my suggestion. Anyway, I encourage replying with anything you think about this.
P.S. I apologize for my bad grammar or any spelling mistakes I made. c':
