Find out ICly where you can find them. The stores open when they do, as people have lives outside of a blocky game.

Another way you can get phones (or other items) are from other characters that are selling the item(s) you are looking for. It can be dangerous, but if you are desperate and careful, you could ask around to see if anyone is willing to sell you their phone.
