What is your motivation for applying?:
I feel as if I can bring a new thorough and exquisite way of rping within the medical field in the wonderful city of Karakura. I have noticed that as gang rp spikes more doctors are needed in the hospital, time and time again I have noticed not many can help with small to large tasks. I want to be that person to help within the field! Though I may be new to the server if given the chance I know I can make a difference.
What do you know about medical practice?:
In real life, I know how to suture a wound as well as perform basic CPR. I am learning more about anatomy and plan to go into a real-life medical field. I know basic meds and herbs and how to use them as well as how to properly splint an injured limb until it can be taken care of professionally.
What are the basic color codes in a medical emergency and hospital?:
Code Silver: This means an active shooter is on the hospital campus
Code Orange: Assistance is needed for a hazardous spill
Code Red: Fire
Code Brown: Severe Weather
Code Pink/Purple: Missing Child
Code Violet: A combative person is on campus
Code Black: Bomb Threat
Code White: Hospital Evac

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
How is your character during and off the job?
Miya is a very competent and gathered person. Many years of taking care of her sibling after her parent's tragic deaths she has learned the good skill of working under immense pressure. On the job, she would be attentive and focused. Off job is no different still taking care of her family she makes sure she does as is needed. Self-sacrifice and Selflessness is something that Miya knows is needed in the medical field.
What do they look like?
Miya is a 5'9 pure-blood Japanese woman. She is thin but not fragile. Her black hair is straight and goes down to her waist her pale skin is as light as snow. Her smaller frame might suggest she is malnourished which is partly true as she always makes sure her family eats before her and she gets the scraps they leave. She doesn't mind just like a mother if they're happy she's happy.
Do they have any mental or physical illnesses?
Slight PTSD from the many murders she saw at 17 though in her spare time this may affect her, she never lets this distract her from her job and purpose. She has minor epilelpsy. She takses meds for such and is safe for working.
What makes your character unique?
She has the unwavering ability to keep calm, a mix of stubbornness and calm come together perfectly to give a doctor who knows what to do. She's not in-human she's simply tactical and thoughtful. No task is too large or small. No person is better than the other. She is Unique as she is unbiased and a hard worker, as well as being super adaptable she can get the job done.
BACKSTORY
Miyazato Mizuko was born in Tokyo, Japan to Mrs. and Mr. Mizuko on September 19th, 1991, being a wealthy family she grew up with a silver spoon in one hand and a stack of cash in the other. all of which would make one think she is a big snob. She stayed modest, caring for her siblings, hardly for herself. Most money from her allowance went to some sort of charity or good cause. Her father thought it was stupid of her to simply just throw away herself for others. She was taught combat skills, cooking, and every little detail "a perfect housewife" would need. Her mother as a rich woman on the outside, one thousand dollar perfumes, tight-fitting dresses. All a mask to the meek, abused, and utter trapped woman she was. Miya's father was far from a saint, Miya use to think that if he stepped onto any form of holy land her would burst into flame; you see when her dad drank, he didn't stop till he blacked out. He used Miya's mother as his punching bag, and her for rather unspeakable acts. Hence why she hates being touched from behind. What a perfect mask her family wore, the rich snobby prick's with a dark family past. Miya HATED this, all she did was hear about death, why couldn't anyone stop and smell the white roses; not paint them red in blood. She hated for people to be hurt, from all the pain she has caused she can't feel but regretful. She wanted to heal others and learned from her mother quietly how to help others. This would not come quickly to her. Everything was great; until...her parents were brutally murdered by a Japanese mafia gang. Becoming head of the house at a very young age she used the money in her own savings to stay in Tokyo for the next three years. Finding of her father's gambling problems and the secret debt her family was in she was forced to move with her siblings to Kurakura and move into a very small apartment. For many years she studied at the school and college in hopes to become a surgeon. Now she works to take care of her siblings and give them a better life.
