Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I would describe my activity to be actually amazingly phenomenal on both the server and the forums. Half of my day, I'd say that there aren't many people that are online or in-game, which I would say I am on almost everyday, throughout the day if I do not have any personal activities. This would consist of me being on almost 5-6 times a day, or maybe even more.

Trivia

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation towards becoming specifically becoming a teacher is my love for teaching and being able to help students out within the department of learning. It is amazingly special to be able to help each person's future to benefit their lives, and to think that this may help their jobs and their specialists makes you feel quite over-joyed. The amount of work that you also put in (may sound quite unbelievable), but I am looking forward to this too as I am quite good with pressure.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I do. I have been playing this server for quite a long time now, also on different servers which consist of different role-play techniques, so I'd consider myself to be quite an experienced role-player.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
I haven't, though I have a valid reason for this.
When you click on the page to lead to it, it ends up with an error, saying that you may not see it because it could not be found.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are a log type that allows you to log what you did in class/what you taught. This could help you near end of the month/year, and could guide you through what you have and haven't done so that you do not risk the chances of getting demoted because you have repeated several classes or lessons over again. This could include different lessons such as: English, you taught for example, simple ways, adverbs again. This could be reported easily, therefore you could either get a strike if this is a system, or you could possibly risk getting a demotion from your current position. This is something that I believe is considered taken seriously.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
Due to the class that I am applying for (Drama), I would make sure that it is something to do with the topic, instead of going off on something that doesn't even link to drama. There would be many plans set out, and I would most likely make it link to the topic we were learning on, unless it was the end of that specific topic and I wanted to start the new one off with an amazing field trip. The field trip would be discussed by me and some others however, just to clarify that I am making a benefit to each student by showing them what the topic includes and what there is to learn about within it. Then, I would discuss how many students would be valid to be included in the trip; these would be the students that had attended my classes most, making them more able to be chosen; if a student for example had only attended once, they would have less chance of joining, though they would probably be accepted into it. This would depend on how many students had signed up.
After that, I would create a list of the names that would like to participate in the adventure, and make sure that they can all attend before signing it and awaiting the trip. Teachers would be welcome to join if wanted, though they may not be needed if they would not like to come. Though, before all of this, of course I would confirm with the student council, making sure that my trip would be an entertainment to all students, and confirming that this was a good decision to make and a great experience for all willing to come.
The trips would be just as fun as in classrooms, and the rules that would be created in the classrooms would still apply on the trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Well, I'd probably have around 10 rules, though these would be the standard ones and the ones that would be strictly focused on within my classes.

1. Absolutely no phones in my classrooms, you may have them in your bags, but you may not hold then, use them, or speak into them. Not abiding this rule will get your phone confiscated and you will be able to collect it at the end of the class.
This rule would be taken very seriously, hence why it's number 1. As if you join my class, you have to be willing to learn and not play about in it.

2. No talking to other students while the teacher is talking/no talking in general when I am talking.
This will also be taken seriously, though you would be given a warning before any consequences.

3. You may bring drinks into my classroom, but absolutely NO food.
This is because you may drop your food on your work, and this would be such a hassle. Drinks may do much damage; hence why you would only be able to bring drink into class with a bottle, no open drinks. Drinks are also key because you may get a little tired from acting something long out, as this can happen.

4. Do not disrespect any of your fellow learners or the teacher. This includes verbal attacking.
This will get you a detention and you will have to stay with me for the end of the day until I decide you are able to leave. This would be around 30 minutes in game.

5. No disrupting my classes or messing around in other words. If I find out you are disrupting either me or your other students, you will be given a warning. After that warning, you will be asked to leave the classroom/room.

6. This is not a major issue, though it is something that everyone should use if they are not 3. Raise your hand, do not call out.
Again, you will be given 3 warnings and then told to leave. If this happens in another of one of my classes, you would be given a detention.

7. Follow strict instructions (such as sit down, act this out, stop calling out etc). These are very simple so you would be expected to follow these. The warning system would be used once again if not abided.

These are the only rules that I can think of right now, though this most likely covers most of my subjects linked to drama.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):

In the role-play department, I'd say that I've joined quite a few classes as a student. This doesn't happen anymore as I am not a student, though this was quite phenomenal and it had many different aspects. Specifically, the reason why I have chosen drama is because I loved to role-play in that specific class. It was like, role-play in another role-play which I thought was amazing. Many different people don't seriousrp, though I do. This is for example, not walking in people, believing it was actually myself in the situation instead of it being imagined on a screen. It's not very often that you find many different people doing this, as many walk through others which is extremely frustrating to me. Detailrp is also another matter. I do this quite a lot, and I don't even realise it. My actions for about 2 things are imaginably 2 paragraphs.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: I believe this is Head Department? This is the person that is head of everything/that subject. They create several different qualifications for different teachers of that subject, making sure that everything is in line.

- QTLS: This is the upper role from NGT. This means you have proven yourself worthy to be able to be trusted to teach amazing and exciting lessons to other student without having to ask a HD for permission.

- NQT: This basically stands for new teacher. The full input of it is 'New Qualified Teacher'. This is the first stage for new teachers that have been accepted. This concedes of different permissions and you must prove yourself to be an entertaining, enjoyable teacher. Another thing that must happen is they must ask a higher to teach any lesson, and they must approve for them to have access.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

I may be wrong, but I believe that teachers earn the salary of 250k? Or more depending, though this means that they have to have taught 10 lessons to be able to receive this. Not doing so will make your own self miss your salary and make yourself quite unhappy if it is the salary you are going for. Yet again, I am not completely sure if this is correct, this is just an estimate.
Many teachers are usually online when it is school hours, so that they may teach their fantastic lessons, a as well as talk to other different teachers while on-shift. I have personally seen this happen before, and I must say that they do have amazing conversations when they are not teaching. Though sometimes this is mostly in spare-time that they have, and when they decide not to teach a lesson that period for a certain reason. Maybe, they might also be planning what they would be teaching in their upcoming lesson, as they may not be fully prepared.
A little more about their salary is that they may earn 50k more than what they'd usually earn for every extra class.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
In my own opinion, teachers are especially important because if you think about it, without teachers, SchoolRP would just be townrp with a school plonked in the middle. There would be no lessons, it would be students roaming around an empty school which has no meaning to it whatsoever.
They provide a much better experience within the server, making it more interesting and more realistic within the school society.
Another reason they are important is because of what they bring to the server. They bring more lessons, more entertainment, and certainly, to others, more difference to other roleplay servers, which makes the server more unique.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
I'm not 100% certain as I wasn't able to read about it, but if I use my common sense and thinking, I would guess it would be about what would be in the lesson and what should be, making it be improved. And maybe thinking about further lessons and what you would put into lessons.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?

Her name is Chanel De Amesa, she would have luscious brown eyes and brown hair that would flow all of the way until her mid-spine. Her skin would be tanned, her teeth being perfectly straight and shimmering white. She'd have a warm smile, making herself look very presentable.
Her personality is what makes her unique and different. I'd describe her as quite a posh female, her accent being one of the main things. She is British, making her sound posh too. You would find that mostly, she barely gets angry or upset at students, and even if she did, she would never shout, unless it was very needed. She is a very lovely person, alongside of being posh. Usually, she would never take things to heart, unless it was something amazingly upsetting.
Her outlook on students is that she believes that they are amazing children, though she does have her students which she knows misbehave, which she still treats the same as the others. Especially, she does not hold a grudge against them. The other teachers she absolutely has no problem with, unless they are extremely self-centered, then she decides not to make any contact with them as she hates these types of people.
This all changes out of school, though she acts the same around students.
Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
My beginning act would be walking up-to them and making sure that they were in the wrong. Then, assuring that they were, I walk up-to them and ask them politely to stop. If this request is denied, I would ask them to stop, telling them that their next stop would be detention if they deny again. If denied again, I would tell them that the group of them have earned themselves a detention which would begin in the moment after I had announced it. This would end in about an hour of them being there.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If no one decided to listen, I would cross my arms, awaiting for everyone to pay attention. If this does not catch their eyes, I would regularly shout "Everyone, quiet down and sit properly, please!". If again, this does not catch their attention, I would most likely bang on the table, shouting louder; "Students! This is a class, not the playground. Quiet down!" I would say this with quite a stern face, though hopefully I would not get to this stage.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
My character would act the exact same as she would act in class. All bubbly and sweet.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me would walk up-to the board, picking up the chalk with her right hand and holding it like a pencil. She'd then glance at the board before writing the topic down at the left hand corner of it.

/me would take a glimpse of the student who was continuously talking, her eyebrows would lower, turning into a frown. Her smile dropping, her teeth no longer showing. "Ephem? This is a class. Now, quiet off."

/me would call a few students names out, pointing over at the corner and awaiting their presence over there. Her smile would gleam at them as she waited patiently.

/me She'd pull the chair out from underneath the table, enough to sit on. Then, sitting on it, she awaited the students performance.

/me would proceed to write on the chalk-board with the chalk. Each letter would be written in quite a fancy writing, and she'd be smiling gracefully as she did this, it would read 'The Titanic'.

Backstory

Chanel as a 7 year old loved to teach her pets different things, playing around with them. She would always use her fathers glasses to make herself look like a teacher, using her book to write certain things, pretending it was a board. She lived with her mother then- her father had passed and the glasses was all she had, though she was working through it, making sure that she would stay elated for her papa. She grew up in France, also.

In her school, she especially enjoyed the fact that drama and English were linked to the same thing, also enjoying music too on the side. Drama was always an entertainment, though, which she always wanted to be an actress when she grew up, though this dream was not reached when she grew.

When Chanel was 13, she had this big obsession with researching may different actresses and writing many different facts about them, keeping it as a little ornament on her bedside table, opening different pages everyday to revise each facts. She was a little nerd back then, learning her vocabulary and reciting it to make sure she knew all of it. You would probably think this is where she got her amazing vocabulary from, well you're absolutely wrong.

By the age of 19, she had moved to Karakura and she had gone to all of her English classes, as well as do her exams for high-school. This is where she learnt her vocabulary. She did extra studying on the sides, making herself comfortable with her exams, and making herself more experienced and familiar with the questions she would be asked.

At the age of 20, she had had her amazing limelights, her amazing, graceful, beautiful, important children. She cares for them a lot, and makes sure that she has enough to provide for them so that they have the best childhood that anyone could ask for.

Sadly, when she turned 30, on her birthday, her husband died. He died of a brain tumour on her birthday, which she mourned his death for a few days, and then amazingly got over it.

Her current age, 40, she has had many activities with her children, including making them very well and fortunate throughout their lives, making them have the best teenage and childhood that they could ask for.
